Melissa Oswald/Steel: A tall woman in her forties with dark skin and her black hair slick back in a low bun. She is FALLOUT's main coordinator and leader, the one who recruits, trains, and makes the hard decisions for the FALLOUT agents. Her formal name is Melissa Oswald, but she's called Steel since her gaze can "cut through steel" according to Raven.

Orla Sullivan/Diva: She's a beautiful woman with ginger hair to her hips, she's one of FALLOUT's distractions, Diva often does not go into field violence. Her beauty is used to her advantage, she manages to charm her way into anything.

Nathan Yang/Frost-Byte: He's an off-field agent who sits next to Steel on most missions, he is the most promising hacker in FALLOUT. He's an East Asian man with black hair and red-rimmed glasses, he's described as "icy" when someone touches his tech gadgets without his permission.

Alexander Lanza/Whistler: He's a tall, brooding man with dirty blond hair that Raven states needs to be cut. He's quite popular among other agents, known for his brute strength, but can be hotheaded and violent. To avoid crossing his own temper, Whistler whistles every time he wants to destroy.

Camilo De Aguirre/Glossy: Similar to Diva, Glossy is a distraction agent, however, he often disobeys Steel and joins the gun violence much to Diva's protest. He's a short man with light brown skin and glossy curls but uses his wit to save the day—most of the time.
