she said in anger
at the young girl
the girl who has so much anxiety
worried about what she does affecting people
worried her words putting a burden on others shoulders
so she stood there
silent

she thought
her mind couldn't rack the idea of all the good she's done before
her heart sunk

'why am i so selfish'
tears started to roll down her face
'i'm trying so hard'
her silence
the silence that always seems to appear when the conversation got serious
when people got worried
when she was asked how she was
the silence that made her realize
if she said one word
others view on her will only be pity
the weight of worry added onto there shoulder
just to see how she was doing
