in the common area.

McKayla walks in as Adam, Bree, Chase, Leo and Sebastian exit the hydraloop after a mission.

"Nice work, guys. That mission was a total success." Chase says "Maybe for you. Nothing caught on fire or blew up. To me: colossal failure." Adam says "Well, good news, you've got heat vision and a whole afternoon ahead of you. Go make something happen." Leo taps him on the shoulder.

"How was your first mission?" McKayla asks Sebastian "Guess what. The mission leader didn't let me do anything" Sebastian points to Chase.

"Well it's Chase being Chase, being honest" McKayla shrugs "He interferes with my training like that" Sebastian says "Of course not, you're doing very well, after all, you went on this mission, didn't you" McKayla puts her hand on Sebastian's shoulder.

"Why do you always defend him?" Sebastian asks, McKayla frowns "I don't defend him" McKayla says, Sebastian tilts his head "I thought you two were on bad terms" Sebastian says "Uh...we are.. a bit" McKayla says.

"It's just that maybe our fight is losing its meaning. Or maybe it never should have happened" McKayla thinks confused. She was hurt by Chase, but little by little the hurt began to unravel, but she knows she messed up with him, and she finds it difficult for him to forgive her.

"Macky, I...can I talk to you later?" Sebastian asks "Sure, you can tell me anything!" McKayla smiles, Sebastian smiles "you're incredible" Sebastian says and gives her a sudden kiss on the cheek, he walks away and McKayla feels a strange feeling of guilt upon receiving that kiss on the cheek.

Bob walks up to Adam "Hey, Adam, check it out. While you were gone, I got to boogie board with the dolphins." Bob shows a boogie board with a bite taken out of it "Bob, those weren't dolphins. These are clearly the bites of an angry catfish." Adam says.

"Wow! Is there anything you don't know?" Bob walks away, Bree, Sebastian and McKayla look at him perplexed "I don't think we should let those two play together anymore." Bree says "Uh-uh." Sebastian says "Nope" McKayla says.

"Hey, Chase, on the next mission, do you think I might actually be able to do something?" Sebastian asks "Well, you did get to do something. You watched me be an amazing mission leader. Most people would pay to see that." Chase smiles "And then demand a refund." Bree mocks.

"I'm just saying, the whole purpose for me going on the mission was to get some hands-on training." Sebastian says "And you did. You handed me my flashlight and my lip balm. Thank you!" Chase says "He uses lip balm?" McKayla thinks running her tongue over her bottom lip.

"But I'm the best student here! I've been acing all of my training exercises. Without practice how am I ever gonna be mission leader?" Sebastian says "Oh, that's just it, you won't. 'Cause I'm mission leader." Chase says.

"Yeah, dude, you can't be mission leader, too, because then I would have to make fun of both of you, and there just aren't enough hours in the day. I need some me-time." Adam says putting his hand on both of their shoulders.

"Hey, Chase, stop being such a control freak, okay? Sebastian seems perfectly capable." Bree says "Yeah. You're kind of interfering with his training and that's definitely it's not something a mentor would do" McKayla says.

"Oh, thanks.Finally defending myself I see" Sebastian smirks, McKayla smiles shyly "Yeah, maybe" McKayla says, Sebastian moves a little closer to herm "Okay, our next mission: stopping that." Chase says annoyed.

"They've been really close lately...it doesn't seem like a good thing to me" Chase thinks.

"Hey, look! I'm riding an angry catfish!" Bob shouts from outside, Adam looks out of the window "Whoa, look at him go!" Adam laughs "Yeah, that is not a catfish." Adam says.

Adam, Bree, Chase, McKayla and Sebastian run out of the room "Bob!" Adam screams.

In the common area.

Bree and Donald walk through the academy "Look, I got to admit, Mr. Davenport, you did a really good job designing this place." Bree says.

"This academy is my greatest achievement. Of all the things I've built, this is the thing I'm most proud of." Donald says proudly.

The hydraloop arrives and Mason steps off it holding Perry's arm.

"Look what I found" Mason says "Morning, Don. Morning, girl." Perry waves and Mason releases her abruptly "The island is contaminated. Get everyone to the life boats. We can blow it up. I wasn't that attached to it anyways." Donald tells Bree desperately.

"I found her trying to go unnoticed by flirting whit me, to gain my trust." Mason says crossing his arms "You were falling for it" Perry says "Of course I'm not very happily married!" Mason shows his wedding ring "That's what they always say" Perry says, Mason looks at her with disgust.

"How much ocean do we have to put between us to get away from you?" Donald says "Ain't enough water in the world. My webbed toes double as flippers. When I spread them out, they look like baby pterodactyls." Perry says.

"Why are you here?" Donald asks "I retired. The school just wasn't the same without my favorite freaks to torment. I tried, but I couldn't hate the new kids as much as I hate you guys." Perry smiles, Bree frowns.

"Anywho, a little birdie told me your robot school is looking for an administrator." Perry says "Yeah, we're not. But tell you what, leave your resume and we'll call you if we lose our minds." Donald says.

"Oh, how about a gardener?" Perry asks "No." Donald says "Short order cook?" Perry asks "No." Donald says "Unlicensed psychotherapist?" Perry asks "At the! Mason get her out of here!" Donald says.

Mason tries to hold her but she dodges "Look, I'm bored and I want to get back in the game. Just tell me what you need. I could be your barber. Nobody likes a pretty girl with long hair." Perry mimes cutting Bree's hair.

"Perry, your time here is over, come!" Mason says and tries to hold her again she smacks his arm and he rolls his eyes "Oh! I can work with you. Be part of your security team. I've been a warden, a guard, any position in prison, I've held it, including inmate." Perry bows.

Mason and Donald look at each other "Sorry, cell block Sally, we're not hiring." Donald leads her to hydraloop "But you need me!" Perry is shoved into the hydraloop and the doors close. Perry's shirt is torn between the door crack as the hydraloop speeds away.

"Her shirt got stuck." Bree says "Yeah, that's the mainland's problem now." Donald says leaving, Mason's eyes widen "Thank god I didn't get into the hydraloop with her!" Mason says, Bree agrees.

In the training area.

"Okay, using the technique I just taught you, attack me." Donald's holds up shield, the group of students use their bionics to attack Donald, sending him to the floor "Not all at once!" Donald shouts.

"Just everybody take five. Okay? Let's just take five. Thank you. Thank you" Donald says, he points to boy "You take ten." Donald walks over to Bree and Chase.

"This is ridiculous. There are too many kids here for me to train them all at the same time." Donald sighs "And I don't want a single student to be denied the Donald Davenport experience." Donald smiles.

"You mean the Bionic Academy experience." Bree says "No, you mean the Bionic Academy experience." Donald says.

"Hey, maybe I can design a new virtual training simulator. And each group can take turns using it." Chase suggests, Sebastian walks over "Or even better, I can design one that will allow every student to train at the same time." Sebastian suggests.

Chase laughs "Whoa, whoa, whoa. If anyone's gonna design this thing, it's gonna be me." Chase says "Control freak." Bree says sing-songy.

"How about this, you guys design it together." Donald suggests to Chase and Sebastian "After all, two minds are better than one. Unless of course it's this mind" Donald points to his head.

"And after that, maybe you can build something that'll shrink his ego." Bree says sarcastically "Bree, there's no machine in the world that could do that. But if anybody could build it, it'd be me." Donald says convinced.

In the training room.

Chase and Sebastian started working on the simulator and surprisingly they work very well together, Chase in the middle of the process started to reflect on his entire conflict with Sebastian.

"All right, a few more tweaks and we should be done. I have to admit, this is working way better than I thought." Chase says "Oh, I know, I figured you were going to ignore me and do all the work yourself." Sebastian says.

"And I thought you were gonna be totally incompetent." Chase says and they high five "Maybe I'm starting to understand why Macky spends time with him tho" Chase thinks but slightly worried.

"Incoming!" Adam shouts and a boy is thrown on the floor in front of Chase and Sebastian.

"Adam, what are you doing?" Chase says "Ah. Seeing if Charlie here has the ability to fly. So far, the answer is no." Adam chuckles.

"Can you do that somewhere else? We're working here." Chase says "Fine." Adam walks away.

"Okay, where were we?" Sebastian asks, Charlie is thrown through the air again and hits Chase "Adam, I thought I told you to go do that somewhere else." Chase says annoyed "Yeah, you know, I thought about that and then I just decided to ignore you." Adam and Charlie walk away.

"Come on, Sebastian. Let's move our stuff before one of those idiots ruins it." Chase says, Adam is thrown across the room and knocks Chase and the device down "Hey!" Sebastian says.

"Adam! Look what you did!" Chase holds up ruined device "Hey, don't blame me, blame Charlie. He can't fly but he sure can throw." Adam and the rest of the students leave.

"Can you believe him? He just destroyed all of our hard work." Chase says "Don't worry, Chase, we can fix this. And when we're done, we're gonna need someone to test it on. And I think it's time we give Adam a taste of his own medicine." Sebastian smirk.

Upon hearing this, Chase slowly smiles "Where have you been all my life?" Chase says and he high fives again.

"He's nice" Chase thinks "Maybe I have to accept that he would make Macky happier than me" Chase tries to convince himself. But it hurts him to think about it.

In the common area.

"Okay, let's test our new video conferencing system. I'll try and call you." Donald tells Bree. Perry appears on both Donald and Bree's tablets "You rang?" Perry says "Turn it off! Turn it off!" Perry screams.

"How did you break into my secure line?" Donald says, the video call with Perry ends and Perry walks into the room "Better question is, how did I get in your equipment room to steal this?" Perry holds out helmet "Give me that." Donald grabs the helmet.

"Or into your bedroom to steal this." Perry holds up Donald's shirt "That" Donald snatches shirt "is island wear." Donald says

Mason runs in, taking silver tape off his mouth. "Ahh! What do you want in my coffee?" Mason shouts "Homemade heavy sleeping pill. I learned how to make it when I was a guinea pig to test a medicine for sleepwalking " Perry smiles.

Mason looks at her in disbelief "Still think you don't need a assistant?" Perry asks "No. A couple more tweaks and I'll have this place locked down tight. And we will never see you again. Bree, Mason, any parting words?" Donald says.

"Yes. Get out." Bree says "Try taking your shirt with you this time" Mason says "Mm-hmm." Donald pushed Perry towards the hydraloop.

"But you need me." Perry says "No, we don't." Donald shoves her into hydraloop "Wait, wait, wait!" Perry says, the hydraloop doors close and Perry's shirt is torn between the doors again as the hydraloop departs.

"She literally doesn't listen to anything we say" Mason rolls his eyes "Really? She needs to start wearing tighter clothes." Perry says "Uhg! No!" Mason says in disgust and leaves"Yeah, no. she doesn't." Bree says.

In the training area.

Sebastian and Chase are about to test the simulator with Adam when McKayla walks in.

"Hey Macky, tune in. We're about to make fun of Adam" Chase says excitedly "what? You two?" McKayla asks "yeah, we've been working really well together" Chase says, McKayla frowns, slightly impressed.

"Maybe that's good...i think" McKayla thinks.

"Hey, Adam, how would you like to be the first to test out our brand new bionic training simulator?" Sebastian says "Whoa, hold on. You want me to be your human guinea pig?" Adam asks "Oh, well, I wouldn't say...""I'm in." Adam says excitedly to Sebastian.

Chase puts a vest on Adam "Here, put these on." Sebastian hands him a VR headset "They'll sync with your bionic chip to give you the ultimate sensory experience." Sebastian explain.

"Anything that happens in the virtual world will feel totally real." Chase says "What's the vest for?" Adam asks "That part's a surprise." Chase turns on Adam's headset and runs over to a control console with Sebastian.

"Whoa! Whoa. It looks like I'm in a jungle." Adam says "And what do you feel?" Sebastian asks "Oh, feel like I'm in the jungle with you talking to me." Adam says and a monkey screeches in virtual world Aw, look. It's a cute little monkey. Aw, and he's holding a cute little bazooka." Adam does a double-take "Wait, why is he holding a bazooka?" Adam says.

"Woah!" McKayla laughs "check this out" Sebastian presses a button and Adam is shot at in the simulator "Whoa... whoa! He shot at me! Argh! That's it. I'm gonna use my heat vision." Adam says "That doesn't work in a virtual world." Chase says.

McKayla and Sebastian laugh "Oh, no, the monkey called for back-up. Now there's a ton of..." Adam says, Chase and Sebastian press buttons and Adam feels more pain.

"They got me! Oh, man, that didn't feel virtual at all." Adam groans "Wait till you feel this." Chase and Sebastian press more buttons and Adam experiences pain.

"You guys are evil" McKayla laughs "Want to try?" Chase asks "That's not your thing" McKayla says.

"Wait, does this thing have any weapons I can use?" Adam asks "Of course." Sebastian smiles "Oh, good." Adam says "But unfortunately, those are sold separately." Chase says, Sebastian and McKayla laugh.

"What?!" Chase and Sebastian press buttons on the control panel and Adam continues to get beaten up by the monkeys.

McKayla shakes her head with a smile "As much as other people's pain is fun.." McKayla says sarcastically "I'm going, but I have to say that I'm happy and proud of the maturity of your two working together despite your conflicts," McKayla says, putting her hands on both their shoulders.

Sebastian and Chase look at each other and smile "Thanks Macky" they both say "See ya!" McKayla says leaving, both Chase and Sebastian look at her leaving and sigh.

"She's amazing" Sebastian says, Chase sighs and presses more buttons "Yeah she is" Chase says "Look Chase about our little fight over her..." Sebastian says.

"It's okay, I...I'll get out of your way" Chase says seriously but gives a slight smile "Really?" Sebastian says, Chase swallows.

"Yeah like...I already tried to have something with her and it didn't work. I like her and what I want most is for her to be happy...if she's going to be happy with you...who am I to stop that" Chase says slightly upset but trying to hide it.

"Wow that's... very nice of you..." Sebastian says thoughtfully "She's precious, okay? I know that if she chooses you, it's because she believes you deserve it. Cherish this!" Chase says seriously.

Sebastian looks at him seriously "I will" Sebastian says, Chase continues pushing buttons. It wasn't easy to tell Sebastian this, he still felt a lump in his throat but he was sincere about McKayla's happiness.

In the training area.

Adam is still getting beat up by monkeys in the virtual simulator and Chase and Sebastian laugh while they press buttons on the control panel.

"I have to find cover. I'm heading for that mountain." Adam says and try to run in the simulator "Oh, good idea, except it's not a mountain. It's a volcano." Chase says, Sebastian laughs "Aah! Hot lava! Hot lava! It burns! It burns!" Adam runs off and the students follow him.

"Wow, that was awesome. We work pretty well together." Chase says "Yeah, we do. You might even say we're becoming...friends." Sebastian frowns with a smilem

"Yeah, which is pretty weird considering the two of us tried to kill each other." Chase chuckles "You know, I still haven't gotten that whole story. What actually happened?" Sebastian asks

Chase hesitates "Well, I'm probably not supposed to say anything," Chase sits on the floor, Sebastian sits next to him "but the guy who created you was pure evil. His name was Victor Krane. He controlled your minds and he made you his bionic soldiers." Chase says.

"Why would he do that if he was our father?" Sebastian asks "It was all part of his twisted plan to build a superior bionic race. The only way to stop him was to take him out. So we did what we had to do." Chase explains.

"Wow" Sebastian exhales heavily "Yeah. But at least you're safe now." Chase pats him on the back "Yeah. I guess I'm just lucky Mr. Davenport was nice enough to take us in." Sebastian says.

Adam runs back in, screaming whit the device "Whoa! They're still after me! I can't take it anymore! Shut it off! Shut it off!" Adam crashes into wall "Oh, that wall felt so real" Adam says in pain.

In the common area.

Bob and Spin exit the hydraloop, covered in mud along with Leo.

"Where were you guys?" Donald asks "On a mission." Bob says "What?!" Donald says "Don't worry. We didn't help anyone." Bob says.

"Leo, how could you take them on a mission?" Donald asks "No, he didn't take us, he saved us. It was all my fault. If it wasn't for Leo, we wouldn't be standing here right now." Spin says.

"Is that true?" Donald asks Leo "Well, I don't want to brag, but, yes, I was there. And I was awesome." Leo poses proudly.

"You two head over to the capsule dorms to get cleaned up. We'll discuss this later." Donald says, Bob and Spin get in the hydraloop and leave.

"Wow, Leo, it sounds like you really stepped up and acted like a true bionic hero. I think it's time we bump you up a color." Donald says "Really?" Leo smiles

The hydraloop arrives and Bob gets off "Bob, I thought I told you to go back to the dorms" Donald says "You might have told Bob..." Bob presses a button and morphs into Perry "...but you didn't tell me." Perry says using a cybermask

"Ahh! Who let that in here? Stay away, evil woman!" Leo says alarmed "Where did you get that cyber cloak?" Donald asks "From your equipment room, which, by the way, is still not secure." Perry says

"Yeah that big guy can't handle this whole island if I gave him assistance, I could have stopped those two runts from sneaking out. And no one would have to know that you wear these." Perry holds up zebra striped leggings.

"Give me those!" Donald snatches leggings "You're not gonna stop this until I give you this job, are you?" Donald says "Nope, and I've got nothing but time. The average lifespan of a Perry is 112 years. And I'm one of the healthy ones." Perry smiles proudly.

"Okay, fine. You win. You're hired." Donald says "Whoo! Ka-ta-ta-ta-ta!" Perry celebrates.

"And Mason is going to kill me" Donald says frustrated "Relax, he's going to have to go through me first" Perry says, Donald looks at her worried "And the world is gonna end" Donald says, imagining a fight between them.

Leo starts to walk towards the hydraloop "Leo, where are you going?" Donald says "To bury myself in quicksand." Leo says, Donald frowns and Perry waves at Leo with a smile.

In the common area.

Sebastian walks up to McKayla who is reading at a table "Mack" Sebastian asks "Hi Seb" McKayla smiles.

"Uh remember I said I wanted to talk to you?" Sebastian asks "Yeah I do" McKayla says, Sebastian sits with her at the table.

"I wasn't going to tell you this but...look I like you. I really like you McKayla" Sebastian says, McKayla feels a blank, almost non-existent feeling upon hearing this as she forcibly raises her eyebrows.

"Oh" McKayla says "I don't think you ever feel anything like this but, you're really nice and pretty and you've always been great company to me so..." Sebastian says slightly nervous, McKayla swallows hard.

"You don't feel like...trying to...uh..." Sebastian tries to find the right words, he has no idea how to do it. He doesn't remember anything about life before the Triton app, he has no idea how a relationship would be like but he is curious about.

"Do you want to ask me out on a date?" McKayla asks "Yeah, That's it!" Sebastian says, McKayla takes a deep breath "Uh I really appreciate your invitation but..." McKayla says "And there is a but" Sebastian says frustrated.

McKayla sighs "it's Just...there's this thing with Chase..." "He said it's okay" Sebastian interrupts "what?" McKayla asks confused.

"He said he wouldn't interfere with it, he's okay with that" Sebastian says "Did he say that?" McKayla says "Yeah" Sebastian says, McKayla looks thoughtful for a second.

"Wow, he's still hurt" She thinks, at that moment it's as if she feels his hurt and defeat. She also feels bad for ruining everything with him. She thinks he gave up on her by saying that to Sebastian, it's just hurtful.

"So what do you think?" Sebastian asks, McKayla looks at him "Woah hold on! I never cleared things up with Chase. This story isn't over so I can do that" she thinks.

McKayla takes a deep breath "No, that's not the point Sebastian..." McKayla says, Sebastian frowns "I can't, it wouldn't be fair to you" McKayla says seriously.

"What do you mean?" Sebastian asks, McKayla takes a deep breath "I'm... in love with Chase" McKayla says feeling those butterflies in her stomach that she's been missing feeling.

"It's good to say it out loud again" McKayla thinks.

Sebastian's expression instantly fades "He and I have matters to resolve. But if I love him it wouldn't be fair for me to give you any kind of false hope..." McKayla says, Sebastian looks down.

"Seb, please don't misunderstand. I really like you, you're an amazing guy but...I'm not the girl you're looking for" McKayla says afraid of hurting him.

Sebastian sighs loudly "Woah okay it's just... difficult" Sebastian says, McKayla presses her lips awkwardly "But I understand. It's okay" Sebastian says calmly "Are you sure?" McKayla puts her hand on his shoulder.

"Yeah, as long as we're still friends, we're still friends, right?" Sebastian says, McKayla chuckles "Of course, obviously" McKayla says, Sebastian smiles and hugs her.

They hear a commotion in the training area "Come on, the simulator demonstration is about to start" Sebastian says he and McKayla head to the training area.

In the training area.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Chase Davenport and Sebastian...last name to be determined, proudly present to you the future of bionic education: the Bionic Training Simulator." Chase says everyone claps.

"Now to demonstrate, we'll need a volunteer." Chase says "How about Mr. Davenport? I mean, he is the reason we're all here." Sebastian suggests.

"What, me be the center of attention?" Donald hops on platform "I couldn't."

"Go ahead and power up the mainframe." Sebastian says "Alrighty." Donald turns on the machine, but is immediately blasted across the room.

"Mr. Davenport!" Bree screams, they all run over to him.

"That's nothing. Wait till he meets the monkeys." Adam says.

"Oh my God, Mr Davenport, are you okay?!" McKayla says worried "Big D!" Leo says, Donald holds his chest "I think so." Donald says weekly.

"I don't get it. Our design was flawless." Chase says "No, come on, let's get him to the medic." Bree says "Good idea. Go!" Sebastian says, Adam, Bree, Chase, McKayla and Leo help Donald to his feet and they leave. The students file out.

Sebastian watches them go and his expression soon changes from worried to a serious and malicious face "You took away my father...I'm gonna take away yours" Sebastian says seriously with a tone of revenge in his voice.
