Daikon and Alex were in Washington D.C as They were walking through the streets of Washington as Casual Civillans. Things have gone chaotic since The Sydney and Madagascar incident. The Entire world was on High Alert. Pictures of Yuiko Kauffman were shown. Mayu Kauffman The Younger Sister of Yuiko Kauffman introduce a new task force in combating the unknown mastermind behind the Global Outbreaks.

Alex: Looks like those idiots messed up bad.

Daikon saw in a Huge Television Screen pictures of Fabain and Marcel as Daikon sighed in anger.

Daikon: Those Buffoons really did messed up.

Daikon and Alex really didn't mind anything since they are used to danger and everything but the situation has completely escalated and they needed to do their missions without creating more attention.

Alex: So who are we gonna meet?

Daikon: Karrion's Brother Damian Rowe.

Alex: I see

Daikon and Alex were talking about Karrion and his brother until......

Daikon: Alex, Wait

Alex saw a spec ops operating the streets along with military trucks passing through.

Alex: Looks Like They got Washington armed to the teeth

Daikon: Those are Quadra Operatives.

Alex: Armed to the Teeth Brother.

Daikon smirked at Alex's joke as They walked to the hotel where they heard Damian is rooming at. They got Damian room number as They went on the fourth floor. Alex knocked on the door on the door which said Room 422 as A Man answered the door.

Alex: Damian Rowe?

Damian: Who the hell are you?

Daikon punched Damian in the face as they locked the door.

Meanwhile The Team made it to Washington over an incident supposed civil war happening here. The Team managed to recover from the Madagascar attack. The Team also had a lot going through their heads. The Outbreaks were getting worse, Innocent People were getting involved in the crossfire. J'avos were getting even more stronger and better since the Edonia War. Some of the team members were also losing hope thinking that they could lose this war. The Quotes that they read in the past may have given them strength into not giving up but the question still lingers.

"How Long will They Keep Their Hope?"

Chris: Multiple J'avos were spotted on the streets.

Tobias: Well Let's do this guys.

Dario, Keku, Maria and Wyatt took positions as They heard gunfire. The Team ran ro the sounds of gun fire ae They saw J'avos shooting at Spec ops and police officers. The Team started assisting them as More and More J'avos started flooding through the streets.

Dario: We need to push forward.

The Team continued shooting as More Civilians were getting caught in the crossfire. The Team were trying to help the Civilians at the same time protecting them from their attackers until they saw something.

Keku: What is that?

They saw some type of purple gas in the skies as They put on their gas masks. The Spec ops that had their masks on started dying as The Team ran into the mall and locked the door.

Wyatt: What the hell was that?

Tobias: I don't know but that was not good at all.

Keku: This is Getting worse by the minute.

Chris and Maria saw the entire mall as They were shocked by its state. There was blood everywhere and bodies of spec ops were hanging without certain body parts.

Maria: Guys, We're not alone here

Chris: Everyone Stay Alert.

The Team nodded as They started walking through the dead mall where they saw more and more bodies. Maria puked by the sight as Wyatt and Dario helped her out.

Dario: There there Maria.

Maria: Sorry Guys. I didn't mean to do that.

Chris: Its a disgusting sight and I can't blame you.

Tobias saw bodies hanging upside down as He was having some strange thoughts about it.

Tobias: Zombies can't do this.

Keku: Well Whatever it is. We have to kill it even if it gets in our way.

Dario: That's true.

Wyatt: The Exit is through other side of the mall.

Maria: Let's hope we can make it there.

Dario: In One Piece Of Course.

The Team were focused as they started looking through ever corner. The Team heard a sound as they stayed quiet. They saw someone saying "Help" as They walked towards the sound only to be a hideous monster.

Tobias: What the hell?

The Monster started twitching as a spec ops operatives was trying to run only for that thing to run towards it and slice him in half. The Monster looked at the Team as it started running fast. The Team started shooting at it but it dodged all of they're bullets as It was trying to slash Dario and Wyatt. Chris and Keku hit a superkick as Dario stomped on its head but it was still running around as Maria kept shooting its limbs before it fell down.

Wyatt: I never seen a monster run that fast.

Chris: It took a lot of bullets too.

They heard more growls as They saw more Twitchers running towards them as they were surrounded.

Meanwhile Before The Mall Incident. Daikon and Alex were interrogating Damian.

Damian: I'll rather die then snitch on my brother.

Daikon: Well then.

Daikon had his pistol on Damians head as Damian started panicking.

Damian: NO PLEASE!!!!!

Alex: What? You said you'll rather die then snitch on your brother.

Damian: Okay I'll tell you everything. Karrion sent a spy name Ada to help him get some useful information on Yuiko Kauffman.

Daikon: What is so interesting about Kauffman and Humanity?

Damian: Yuiko had antibodies for the viruses. We heard she wanted to cure some people but Karrion thought about finding those antibodies and selling it in the black market. Things went haywire after the Sydney attack. We had to lay low until You Assholes grab me.

Alex: Where's your brother Karrion?

Damian wasn't speaking as Daikon cocked his gun and Damian started panicking.

Damian: He's in-

Damian got shot as They saw Spec ops shooting at Alex and Daikon. Both men jumped through the window as They grappled to a rooftop. More Spec ops were shooting at them as Alex and Daikon started clearing house until They noticed more gunfire on the streets. Daikon and Alez ignored it as They jumped from one rooftop to another until a attack chopper stopped them.

The Chopper was shooting at them as Alex grapples on the helicopter while Daikon did the same. Alex grabbed the sniper and threw him off the helicopter as Daikon grabbed the pilot and stuck his head on the rotor blades before they both jumped off.

Daikon: I don't understand. What's going on here?

Alex: I don't know

They heard gunfire as They saw Spec ops shooting at them until they were attacked by someone.

Alex: No Way?!?!

Daikon: Birkin?

Birkin was growling at them as He was tearing the spec ops apart. Alex and Daikon started shooting at Birkin until Birkin had a canister in his hand as he let out a strange purple gas. Alex and Daikon saw the birds changing into monsters as The Gas started spreading.

Quadra along with Alex and Daikon are seeing something much worse then they thought.
