The Drive was silent. No one has spoken a word since they found out about Rachel's whereabouts. They were going back to where it all began Raccoon City. In 1998 William Birkin and Umbrella unleashed a virus in Raccoon City that would change the entire world after the incident. Despite the government commencing a bombing in Raccoon City. The City still remains but with no infected at all. It's more of a ghost town for many years but knowing Rachel. It won't be that quiet at all.

Maria: Guys, The Silence is killing me.

Tobias: I can see that.

Wyatt: So This is finally happening. After Four Long Years. We're gonna take down the person that started it all.

Chris: This is gonna be interesting.

Dario: Maybe after this we can get back to our normal lives.

Keku: The Life that we once had before Rachel changed it all.

Sheva: Just like What Wesker tried to do many years ago.

Mayu: It still shocks me that Rachel wants to finish off what Wesker tried to do. Why?

Daikon: Who knows? We don't know anything about her and we didn't quite care hearing about her past.

Alex: She is a mysterious person and Ms and Daikon don't know her real motives besides Operation New World.

Keku: Looks like we're gonna get our answer soon.

The Team were looking through the window as Chris was driving until They saw the sign ahead of them.

Meanwhile Rachel was with Birkin as She put the Crowe Virus in the cloud burst and set the timer as She was smiling to herself.

William: Miss Goodman, You need Rest!!!!

Rachel: I'm fine William.

William: Rachel, Are you sure this is gonna work?

Rachel: It will Dammit!!!

William: Quadra is here along with those two brothers.

Rachel: Ah So Our Guests arrived to see the end of the world. I'll make sure to let them see the new world.

William: Rachel, What are you doing?!?!?

Rachel grabbed something as she injected herself with a enhanced Crowe Virus and started spitting blood.

William: Rachel-

Rachel smiled to William as William tried to give her the anti-gen but Rachel grabbed his throat and ripped his head as she laughed to herself. William's lifeless body was on the floor as Rachel saw the cloud burst timer.

Two Minutes and Forty Eight Seconds.

Rachel: I'm gonna enjoy this.

Meanwhile The Team arrived in Raccoon City as They were looking for the research facility that Rachel has the cloud burst on. They were also keeping a lookout since Raccoon City still might have some infected walking around and they were right. They saw a few zombies around them but they killed them as They proceeded foward until they saw something in front of them as they looked.

Daikon: Out of our way or else.......

The Brute just stared at them and walked a little back as they were confused by it.

Alex: It actually listened to us?

They saw something behind the brute as they saw what it was.

Sheva: Ah Great.

The Brute and its minions started attacking the team but they came a little prepared as They dodged the brutes attack and sticked a sticky bomb on it's back as It exploded and instantly killed the brute. Keku grabbed the head of a divider and started smashing it as Maria and Daikon killed the others. The Team continued to kill more and more of them until it was all clear.

Mayu: All Clear. Let's get going.

The Team kept going until they noticed a large research facility as they head towards it. Rachel named it the NEST but it wasn't underground as it used to be. They kept walking at the same time killed any infected getting in their way until They managed to override the security door and got inside the facility and they were treated with blood on the wall and corpses on the floor.

Mayu: What a mess.

Dario: Indeed but we have to keep going.

They kept walking through the facility until they saw something on the computer. It was the cloud burst and the timer which read Two Minutes only.

Tobias: Jeez we need to stop this fast.

Wyatt: Its in the Testing Fields on the other side of the facility.

Chris: Well Let's get going. I'm not gonna see this world perish.

Keku: Neither do I.

Daikon: This is the Grand Finale and it's now or never.

Mayu: Time to Make Rachel pay.

Maria: For Everything she has done.

Dario: For All The Lives She had Took.

Sheva: Let's take this world back.

Alex: And Send The Devil Back To Hell.

They kept walking until they were in the main hall of the facility as they heard laughter. They looked around until they saw Rachel clapping at them.

Rachel: You all finally made it. I'm surprised all of you are still alive and good to see you again Alex and Daikon.

They just stared at Rachel as She started spitting more blood and was holding her gut.

Mayu: What are you gaining from all this?

Rachel: *Spits Blood* EVERYTHING!!!!!

Rachel hit her hands on the floor as The Team pointed their guns at her.

Dario: Your going down Rachel and Hey I'm sure Hell has a free place for you.

Rachel: And What will you all gain when you kill me?

Tobias: The World would be a better place.

Rachel started laughing as Everyone was staring at her.

Rachel: Peace? Better place? I call them all lies!!!

Alex: And Who the hell will live in a world filled with Monsters?

Rachel: You all are clueless. This World will go back to what it is. Greed, Gluttony and much more. Peoples lives will be destroyed again because of humans like us.

They all stared at her as she had more to say.

Rachel: I was a little girl born in a war torn country. Every Night when I go to sleep. I hear sounds of people dying, Bullets hitting others and Rockets. My Mom was killed for what? All She wanted was to bring us food and THEY KILLED HER IN THE CROSSFIRE!!!

They looked at Rachel as She was spitting blood out.

Rachel: I spent so much of my life living in pain and anger. Those Soldiers took our home and made me and my father homeless. When I left this country with my father. My Father passed away from lung cancer and I was left alone. Ever since that day I blame everyone that done this to me. Where were all of you when I was in that place? WHERE WERE YOU ALL?

They just looked at her as Rachel hit her hands on the floor.

Rachel: When I heard Wesker wanted to create a new world. I was immediately happy but then *Points at Sheva* You and Redfield stopped it all. That is why I'm finishing what he started. You all did this to me. Humans like you are the main reason why we're approaching Armageddon.

Rachel fell down again as more blood was coming from her mouth and eye.

Alex: You know Rachel, You are a monster to this world and killed people for your Operation but I do pity you.

Daikon: Even I do but you should have known that your past doesn't define you. You could have changed it all and made a better future for not only yourself but for the rest of the world.

Chris: As Much as I hate you for Everything you have done. I'm sorry for Everything you have been through but in the end you made things worse then before.

Dario: It doesn't matter that you had a bad past. I get that you lost so many of your loved ones in the past but It didn't give you the right to take away other peoples friends and families.

Wyatt: Dario's Right. You had this much fortune. You could have at least made the world better.

Tobias: You Know Rachel. If you took the right path then maybe things would be different for you. Everyone would be there for you regardless if you had a bad past. We're sorry that we weren't there for you when this all happened.

Keku: We may be monsters to you but People will brand you a devil for your selfish anger and pain. I'm sorry but in the end it won't change anything for you.

Mayu: Your thinking effected you badly. We can still fix all of this. Just think about it.

Sheva: I know deep down. You still have some humanity left in you and I know your asking for forgiveness. Please Rachel.

Maria: Rachel. Listen you can still fix it all. Stop the cloud burst.

Rachel started laughing as they were staring at her.

Rachel: FORGIVENESS? PITY? I DONT NEED ANY OF IT. IM GONNA KILL YOU ALL!!!

Rachel was gonna charge at them but The Team riddled her body with bullet as she fell down to a pit.

Daikon: We dont have time. We need to stop the cloud burst.

The Team couldn't lose any time as they ran out of the hall and continued to get through the facility until they noticed they're in a large electric room as There was a blast door leading them to the testing fields as they were get there until something busted through the ground as it was large hand. The Team saw the horror as it finally revealed itself.

Chris: Rachel?

Rachel: HUMANITY IS DEAD AND ILL MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU WILL BE REBORN!!!

Rachel tried to slam them but they dodged as they looked at her size.

Tobias: We have no time. Me and Keku will stop the cloud burst. You guys distract her.

Keku and Tobias got through the blast door as The Team was fighting Rachel. Rachel used her tentacles but Daikon and Alex sliced it as Dario and Chris were shooting Rachel in the head while Maria, Mayu and Sheva were throwing Grenades at her. Wyatt shot her heart as Rachel fell down.

Rachel: USELESS PATHETIC WORMS. ILL KILL YOU ALL!!!

Rachel threw all of them through a window as They were outside the facility where they saw large fans and Rachel jumping down.

Rachel: STOP DENYING THE INEVITABLE. ITS OVER!!!

Dario: Its not over yet.

Dario shot a grenade at her as Daikon and Alex started shooting her tentacles and head. Chris and Mayu threw some grenades while Maria and Wyatt along with Sheva kicked her but she was not going down.

Tobias and Keku saw the timer as they only had Fifty seconds.

Keku: Better hurry up fast!!!

Tobias: Sure!!!

Keku and Tobias saw feeders and zombies as they push past them and tried to get through but they were met with a brute as they dodged the brute and got outside the testing fields. They saw the cloud burst but saw another brute as it was growling at them.

Keku: Okay, Your going down.

Tobias: Back to hell.

Meanwhile The Team was badly wounded and hurt as Rachel tried to kill them all but dodged as Rachel was getting tired.

Rachel: WORTHLESS IDIOTS ALL OF YOU. STILL CANT ACCEPT DEFEAT?!?!

Daikon: *Removes his mask* Never.

Alex: We'll keep fighting

Maria: Till our last breathes.

Wyatt: To the end we fight.

Rachel got mad and attacked them as They were all hurt again. Meanwhile Tobias and Keku has ten seconds until They destroyed it as It stopped at two seconds.

Keku: Come on. We need to help the others.

Keku and Tobias saw carnage happening as they saw the team beaten trying to fight Rachel as Keku and Tobias jumped on her head and put a grenade as it exploded. Rachel was weak and was near the fans as she growled at them.

Keku: Welcome to a new world Rachel.

Keku shot Rachel in the head as she fell down on the fans and got sliced into pieces as The Entire Facility was on fire and explosions were happening.

Maria: Uh Oh.

Wyatt: Let's get the hell out of here.

Sheva: Couldnt agree with you more.

They ran as The Facility was gonna explode as They jumped through the window and watched the entire facility explode as They saw the fire and ash. Rachel was gone and so is the cloud burst. They all sighed in relief as They laughed at each other and got up.

Three Hours Later

They were outside the city as Medics and soldiers were checking on them. Mayu hugged Tobias while Io kissed Dario in the cheek. Rhea was happy to see Keku and hugged him as Maria was talking to Leon. Chris was getting bandaged up as Daikon noticed Alex talking to Sheva while Wyatt was talking to Candice.

Alex: So Daikon grab this guy and dangled him through a rooftop and the best part is he pissed his pants.

Sheva: Really Hahahaha?

Alex: Yeah and-

Daikon: What are you talking about Alex?

Alex: Your interrogation style and how you-

Daikon: I know that hahahaha.

Sheva: Anyways it was nice knowing the brother of Daikon Black. *Offers a Handshake*

Alex: What? A Handshake? How about a hug Sister?

Alex hugged Sheva as she hugged him back while Daikon smiled at them.

Alex: Take care of him Sheva.

Sheva: I will and you take care of yourself.

Soon The Last One Year Changed Everyone and It did for the world. It finally went back to normal although some were scarred and scared but they moved on fast. Things changed for everyone.

Wyatt and Candice Got Married shortly two months after the July 2023 Incident and live in Orlando peacefully.

Io and Dario started a family after the Incident and live peaceful.

Keku and Rhea are continuing their fight against the outbreaks as They were happy with each other.

Chris was happy to be with his kids and wife Lindsay as He was a happy man. He was also happy to start a new life here.

Sheva and Daikon got married and continued to fight against the civil war in Africa while keeping together.

Alex was helping out Ada in some tasks since he still keeps in contact with her and helps Quadra along with Daikon in tasks and work.

Mayu and Tobias got married six months later and they welcomed two kids in their life.

Maria was happily married with Leon and promised herself to retire after two years.

And So Was The End Of The Tryant that tried to destroy the world but failed. Rachel was a victim to this mess but it didn't change the fact that she killed those people.

The War was over but they all knew maybe new outbreak but they will be back and even more stronger then ever.
