Personality

Creed is a cynical, somber, and quite bitter yet straightforward, no-nonsense, composed, and serious person. He expects his teammates to act like this and such when they are on a mission, and utterly hates people who "wastes his time", to the point he would even beat them.

Among the few times he smiles is out of spite for others, although he still frequently have casual conversation with others including his teammates, and in fact have respect for his fellow teammates. While he can be severe and harsh to them, nonetheless he still cares for them. At first, he saw Vincent as another Homelander because how he betrayed his fellow heroes, but later begin to see his genuine redemption.

When he was once a police officer, Creed was a righteous and optimistic person who wanted to keep the people safe, but after his fellow officers who received bribe for the Supes at Vought who covered his parents' deaths made him lose his faith in the law, becoming depressive.

Creed has an habit of counting composite numbers whenever he felt anxious or irritated, in a way of calming himself down.

Biography

Creed was born to Gideon and Shirley Morrow in New Jersey. Growing up, just like his father, Creed wanted to be a cop, wanting to bring bad people to justice. His father later gave him his family heirloom, an antique pocket watch, on his 10th birthday.

After graduating from high school, Creed joined the police force. During his time as a cop, he began to learn that being a police officer wasn't what he thought was. Given how there were many superheroes, there were less and less times working as a cop, but most of all, some of the superheroes, particularly ones from Vought International, would often fail in their work and lead to many innocent civilians getting killed.

When A-Train, a member of the Seven, accidentally killed Robin Ward, an innocent woman, who was torn into pieces as he ran into them. When he got to the scene, Creed, seeing Robin's boyfriend, Hughie Campbell, screaming and crying while covered in blood and still holding her decapitated arm, haunted him for the rest of his life. He later filed a complaint against this, but to no avail.

He later got a report of his parents being attacked, as he went there, a villain was attacking their apartment complex. As he tried to take down the villain and save his parents, Homelander appeared, and lasered the villain, before flying off with a smile. Creed looked, and much to his horror, his parents were also cut in half. Holding his parents, he cried out in despair.

After his parents' funeral, he was approached by a Vought official attempting to pay him money to keep him quiet. In anger, he brutally beat the official before walking off, and the day after he quit the force.

"The law can burn in Hell if it wants. I'll make sure to follow my own law from now on, where rich bastards won't be able to pay their way to satisfy their own asses."

Out of anger, he believed that he needed power to take Vought down, so using his deductive skills as a cop, he snuck into a chemical plant that were illegally experimenting with Boost, a superpower serum that was more powerful than Compound V. Stealing one of them, Creed injected himself with it, gaining his powers.

Later, he was approached by Vincent McGrath, who offered to join his team, along with four others, including Philip Peverell, Olivia Ziegner, and Grant Wright.

Powers

Evohuman Physiology: Creed is a natural-born Evohuman, a human who developed superhuman powers through genetic mutations.

Time Acceleration: Creed has the ability to accelerate the flow of time, to the point everything appears if the time is frozen, when in reality Creed is just moving fast enough to have everything has stopped. Upon using his powers, Creed can move and react at the speed of light itself, approximately Mach 860,000. When he uses his powers, Creed manipulates the tachyon particles around him to do so, in which grants him superhuman speed, effortlessly outspeeding his opponents and can inflict injuries that would be fatal with a single hit due to his immense speed. When used at full power, can gradually speed up the flow of time for everything in the existence, with the exception of living things which can't catch up. 

Accelerated Perception: With his powers, Creed also has the ability to perceive the world at a rate attuned to his reaction speed, and process information at such speeds that time appears to have slowed down. It also heightens Creed's senses to the point he is even able to read a person's subconscious reactions to both manipulate and react to a person's reactions without the subject even knowing.

Accelerated Aging: With his powers, Creed is also able to physically age people or things around him by fast forwarding their time, through making a physical contact with someone. Interestingly, when he uses his powers, despite being aged, his target still retains their same mentality as their previous age,

Accelerated Healing: With his powers, Creed can also regenerate from injuries much faster than any normal human, such as closing his wounds almost instantly. He is also able to use his powers to regrow any limbs he has lost, by accelerating his cells' growth to heal any injuries.

Toxin Immunity: Due to his accelerated metabolism and such, Creed is able to process and essentially neutralize many substances, including alcohol and even poisons. He claims that he can drink about dozen kegs of alcohol and won't be drunk. However, the side effect is that he would feel hungry time to time.
