D-Twinkle is suffering from subchorionic Hematoma or you can say subchorionic hemorrhage.

K- But you said she is stable

D-For now she is stable but it can happen again that's why I said you need to be extra careful last time.
Vaginal bleeding is common symptom in this condition. I will prescribe complete bed rest to her or else she can have complications in her pregnancy.

Kunj was shocked hearing this.

K-But doctor you didn't say anything before.

D-I know I was going to talk about this with you. But before that this happened. But don't worry if she will take proper rest and diet,she will be fine. And bleeding will stop itself in some weeks. Don't let her lift heavy things and no heavy exercise and sex.

K-Thanks doctor.

D- Don't worry everything will be fine
She patted his shoulder and left.

Nisha and Avantika were waiting outside the ward where Twinkle was admitted. She hadn't regained her concious yet.

N-Why can't our children be happy in their life for once without any tension? Already my Twinkle is suffering the pain of losing her baby boy now this thing with her.

A- I just want my children to stay happy without any trouble in their life.

Kunj remained by Twinkle's side the whole time she was unconscious, her frail hand in his and his head resting on the bed.

He was blaming himself for this condition of Twinkle. He wanted to kill himself for waiting so long to express his true feelings for her. If he had been brave enough and said it earlier,this misunderstanding wouldn't have happened. Twinkle wouldn't have to suffer so much.

The most stupidest thing he did was to confess his love immediately after discovering about the pregnancy, which made her doubt him. Offcourse it made her think that he was doing it just because of the baby. She wasn't to be blamed because any other woman in her place might have felt the same way, especially after hearing about her husband wanting to leave her.

He knew how much she wanted to be a loving mother. First she lost Ansh and now for this baby she has to suffer so much.How was she going to cope up with all this?

For three reasons, Kunj declined the idea of explaining to Twinkle why he had agreed to Natasha's nonsense pleas of getting rid of her in return for Ansh. First one being her, health. Reminding her all the things would stress her more which is not good for her and their baby.

The second one being her distrust on him. He knew how much ever efforts he tried to put on explaining the situation to her, she wouldn't believe him. The third one was the fact that if in case he got a chance to explain himself , it would kill Twinkle for jumping into conclusions without confronting him. She would blame herself for the rest of her life.

He didn't want that for her. She was already into so much pain and grief over the loss of Ansh and now the health of their unborn. He didn't want to increase her suffering for talking about this now.

He was pulled out his thoughts when he felt Twinkle stir open her eyes slowly. He was sure that she would be angry at him and wouldn't want to see him. Before she could open her eyes fully he leaned forward to drop a kiss on her chapped lips. It hurt him to think that she didn't believe him when he said that he loved her. He wished she had believed him and reciprocated his feelings instead of letting her insecurities consume her. He quietly left the room after throwing another glance at her.

He informed the doctor about it. She took about twenty minutes to examine and explaining her about her condition before she came out.

D-She is awake. You can go and meet her. Two at a time and please don't stress her much,she needs proper rest both physically and mentally. Stress isn't good for her and baby.
The doctor warned before walking away.

N- Kunj and Avantika...You both go in first. I will wait here.
Nisha offered but Kunj refused to it. He excused himself saying that something came up at work which needs his immediate attention. He assured her to meet Twinkle once he was back from work.

Nisha picked up the tension between the couple but doesn't emphasis too much on it. Whatever it was, she believed they would sort it out soon. She nodded and accompanied her friend to meet Twinkle.

A-Twinkle,she softly said as she caressed her hair gently.
She was awake but lay there with her eyes closed.

Her entire body was burning with pain. On the top of it, the grief and agony of heartbreak was making it more worse. She didn't know before this day that such an intense pain could exist.

All she ever wanted to be loved and being a mother which she never got in her life. What she ever do to anyone for this punishment?

Her droopy and tired eyes roamed around and she was grateful when she didn't find the one person who was the reason for her pain.

Thinking about Kunj, her eyes turned blood red. She had never imagined that she would come to hate him one day. She clearly heard what he told Natasha. She had no doubt in it and she accepted it but all this wouldn't have happened if he hadn't tried to pretend that he loved her.

Both Avantika and Nisha stayed with her. In the evening, they both decided to go home when Alisha arrived. She offered to stay with Twinkle until they come back.

Alisha tried to divert her mind by talking about college and other stuff but she wondered why Kunj was not seen around after Twinkle woke up. The previous night,he didn't leave Twinkle's side even for a second, what happened now?

A-Where is jiju? I don't see him anywhere. She asked not knowing what happened between the two.

T- I don't know. Twinkle replied with a grimace on her face which confirmed that something was definitely wrong between the couple.

A- He was so worried about you. He wasn't ready to leave you and stayed up with you whole night. I doubt he even had an ounce of sleep last night. He really loves you so much. She said with a small smile.

Twinkle snorted mockingly
T-Love? Huh. He isn't capable of loving anyone. He has a motive behind everything he does. She spat venom through her words.

A-Twinkle, what are you saying? She was stunned hearing her words.
I saw the love he has for you in his eyes.

T-Oh really? Then he must be a very good actor because just two days ago, I heard him telling to Natasha that he was ready to leave me for Ansh. How can he do it if he loved me, Alisha?
Her eyes were welling up and she looked up to stop her tears. She doesn't want to cry for Kunj because she thought that he wasn't worthy enough to be cried for.

A-What? Are you sure, Twinkle because I think there is some misunderstanding between you two? As much as I know, Kunj would never do that to you. He was genuinely worried about you. I even saw him silently crying for you. The love and pain in his eyes were true.

Twinkle silently shook her head in denial.
T- Alisha, i don't want to talk about it.
She shifted on the bed to lie down and Alisha got up to help her.

A-Alright sleep. Don't think about anything... It's not good for you and baby to take unnecessary stress.
She murmured and sat on the chair next to bed. She was sure that Kunj truly loved Twinkle and she was a fool to think otherwise.
She made a mental reminder to talk to Twinkle about it when she was back to normal.

The next morning, Kunj came to hospital during Twinkle's discharge. He paid the hospital bill and ordered his driver to take them all back home.
He wished to see her and hold her in his arms but he knew that he had to stay away from her for the sake of her inner peace.

Avantika informed him that Twinkle wanted to stay with her Massi for a few days till she recovered. Though he hated it, he agreed to it was for the best and made all the arrangements for her to stay at her massi's home. He spent the previous night packing Twinkle's things and books that she would need and dropped it at Nisha's home.

Nisha was sad to see Kunj's dull face. He was a great husband who only had Twinkle's best in his mind. She fought the urge to ask Twinkle what was wrong with them both. She decided to talk to her niece when the time was right.

The driver dropped them at Nisha's home. She helped Twinkle into her room. Twinkle felt relax to be back here. She spent the next two days sleeping and only getting up when she had to eat and bath. Nisha made sure that she didn't even lift a feather and had a complete bed rest.

On the third day, Twinkle was exhausted from bed rest. She couldn't be going on like this forever.

T- Massi, I am planning to attend college from tomorrow.
Twinkle informed her at the dinner table.

N-What? Have you lost your mind, Twinkle? You need complete bed rest for atleast another one week.

T-I can't stay like this forever. I have already missed so many classes that I doubt I would be able to write my final semester.

N-But beta.... She began to say but Twinkle stopped her by holding her hands in hers.

T-Please Massi, I would go mad if I continue to be at home. She pleaded causing Nisha to huff.

N- Alright... But first you will have to inform your husband about this..
She told her sternly which instantly annoyed Twinkle.

T(sharply)- I don't need his permission.

Nisha gasped at her niece's sudden rudeness. She had never talked to her in such a tone before.

N-Twinkle, what's wrong with you both? Why are being so difficult all of a sudden. Nisha asked angrily.

T- Nothing is wrong with me. I just don't want to get his approval in each and every decision that I make in my life.
She quickly got up and left the place leaving Nisha alone. Somehow this made her suspect that Twinkle was assuming things wrongly and avoiding Kunj foolishly.

Kunj sat behind his desk immersed in work, trying to take his mind off Twinkle. It had been two weeks from the day she had been discharged and every day he expected her to call him but there wasn't a single call from her.

The pain and hurt of heartbreak was killing him from inside. He tried to keep himself busy with work and not think about her but he had to agree that no matter what he did, he was unable not to think about Twinkle end of each day.

When his mom informed him that Twinkle wanted to attend college, he made sure to send a driver because he was certain that she he wouldn't want him to drop her.

Meanwhile he went back to Delhi to meet his investigator to discuss about Ansh's case. His investigator,Rudra said that a video alone wasn't sufficient to get the child's custody back. They had to collect more evidence against them which would help them to win the case. He suggested arranging two of his most trusted men to keep an eye on Abhishek and Natasha.

R-Mr. Sarna, request Ms. Natasha to arrange a meeting with Ansh at her house.

K-Sure, I would do that.

R-But you aren't going alone. He said throwing a playful smile at him.

K(confused)- What do you mean?

Rudra grinned and explained his plans to Kunj.

R- I will call the officer and inform him that Ansh's biological father doesn't live with the child anymore.
This would trigger them to pay a visit at Natasha's house. We have our men working at the child care service, who would intimate us the time. You just need to be there and show them how much Ansh misses you.

Coming back to Amritsar, the first thing he did was to call Natasha requesting her let him see Ansh. He also informed her that Twinkle wasn't staying with him anymore and he could sense the happiness in Natasha's voice even from afar.

She agreed to it without a second thought and asked him to come home the next morning.

At around ten in the morning,he texted Natasha that he was on his way to her home. She was excited to see him. Ansh's new nanny, dressed him up in a button up shirt and jeans.

When she heard the doorbell ring,she jumped up on her feet to open the door but was shocked to see the person standing behind Kunj. The child care superintendent.

N(nervously)- Wh...at.. is he here?
She was clearly not prepared for it.

K-He wanted to meet Ansh.
Kunj shrugged and entered the huge villa.

Natasha began to sweat and panic as she led them inside. Ansh's eyes grew wider upon seeing his dada but he stood still on his place as if he was too shocked.

K-Ansh...how are you buddy?
Kunj crouched down on the floor in front of him. He looked like he had lost all his baby fat from not eating properly. He looked so dull and his eyes lost charm. Ansh's lips quiver and kis eyes began to glisten with bitter tears before he threw his small hands around bis dad's neck and cried.

Kunj wound his hands around his tiny frame and hugged him tightly against his body. He felt guilty for not bringing Twinkle but he had to do this alone. Bringing Twinkle here would make Ansh too happy and would give a false impression to the superintendent that Ansh is happy under Natasha's care.

A-Mumma...My...Mumma...? Ansh began to ask for Twinkle between his
choking cries. Kunj noticed that officer's eyes were fixed on Ansh, studying him carefully. He was glad that Ansh was reacting just the way he wanted.

K-Mumma is at home baby. She misses you too badly.

'Where is the child's father?' The officer asked Natasha

N(stammering)-Ah... He... He has gone out.

O-When will he be back?

N- In the evening.

O- Alright can I see the child's room?
He asked taking out the camera from his bag.

N-Yeah sure.
She nodded and led him towards Ansh's room which looked nothing less than a prison cell with his things lying around shabbily.

N-I didn't know you were bringing him with you. Natasha asked Kunj through gritted teeth.

Kunj smirked seeing the anger brimming in her eyes for betraying her but served her right,he thought.
K-I didn't bring him here. He was already standing outside when I came. He lied.

N-Really? Her anger cooled down instantly.

K-They would keep giving surprise visits until they believe that Ansh is really happy and comfortable here.
He answered lifting Ansh in his arms
'I see Ansh still hasn't got used to this place.'

N- No he is fine... Just misses you sometimes..She shrugged.

The officer kept going around the house. He took pictures and made notes of his observation.

O- Thanks for cooperating. He said when he was done with his job.
'We will be back soon for the final visit.' With that he left.

K-I should be leaving too.
Kunj informed her and placed Ansh on the couch.

When he saw his dad leaving, Ansh's cries heightened to a great extent.

Kunj bent down in front of him
K- I will do everything to take you back my sunshine and that's a promise... Just be patient for a little more.. he whispered to Ansh and kissed him before leaving him.
