I kept walking around the house. I was mad. At some point, I felt that I needed two things, first of all, fresh air and then a good plan to make the gold digger to go away.

I reached the balcony, looked around and noticed a kid over there. Who is she? She must be around 12, so she is probably Janet's daughter. I walked longer and asked her who she was. She confirmed that she was Janet's daughter... I am thinking... She is only 12, if I hurt her, Janet will go away, after all, she is the mother, she should protect her child.

I tried something simple. I tried to befriend her. I lighted my cigarette and asked her if she was OK regarding the marriage. She did not know who I was. She simply answered me 'Does it matter?', I then asked her 'What do you mean?', She then replied 'No matter what I think, they will marry, so what's the point of having an opinion?' I looked at her, I liked her attitude, but she was too young. I get another fag from my pocket and offered one. I did not think that she was going to take it, but she did. She gave it a try and she started coughing badly. She was trying to impress me, poor kid. I just walked away and hide myself. I wanted to know more about her in order to hurt her but I was not ready for what I saw next. 

Janet came, she smelled the cigarette, turned her head to both sides, and then after making sure that nobody was around she slapped her. Wow, and that was her mother. She started yelling at her. 'Are you trying to embarrass me?' I noticed that the kid did not even cried. It looked to me that she was kind of used to this motherly behavior. She then said 'Careful, I am going to marry him and you can not do anything about it, I am going to have my hands on the money and on the company. If you ever see anyone from the family, you better obey them otherwise... you do not want to know what I would do to you'. And then, Janet left. That kept me thinking that hurting this kid is not the best way to get the mother out of everything!
