Aaradhya's POV

"Aaru!! Breakfast is ready dear!! Come and eat" I heard my mom calling out.

Looking in the mirror one last time, I took my handbag and went out. I had to look presentable today. It was my interview day at M & S Group of Industries.

Well, I was already working under a company but finally I applied here. This is my dream job. I am so nervous about it but I know everything will be fine.

"Maa.. I'll have it on my way. I am getting late." I told mom and called out for my sister "Ishu!! Ishu!!"

I used to drop her at college since I knew how to drive a two wheeler. "Ishu!! I am getting late yaar. Be fast" I shouted again.

"Aaradhya you do this everyday! At least drink coffee." Maa shouted at me as usual.

I took the cup and drank it and hissed immediately. "God! Be careful! It's hot" mom glared at me

"I hope your work load will be less now since you are joining a new company." Maa said.

"I hope I get a job there. It's the best company" I said sipping the hot coffee.

"Of course you will get it di!" Ishita, my sweet sister exclaimed coming out of her room.

"Ishita.. your tiffin" mom said giving the lunch box to her.

"Ishu now please be quick! I am already so late" I looked at the watch and grabbed the two wheeler keys.

"Aaradhya, from tomorrow you will be out here with Ishu for breakfast. Only then, I'll let you go" mom said while I nodded "Fine maa! Bye."

I touched her feet. "God bless you! All the best" mom smiled at me.

"All the best di! Rock it!" Ishita hugged me.

I thanked both of them and we left together. I dropped Ishita at college and was about to start my vehicle when my phone rang.

"Good morning!" I said in a cheerful voice

"Good morning, my foot!"

Uh oh she was angry

"You didn't have breakfast today also!?"

"Niharika.."

"No!! I want you here right now!" She cut me off. She was one stubborn woman I had in my life.

"But I am getting late" I reasoned

"I don't care Aaradhya. You have to be here in 10 minutes. That's it!"

It seemed like an order to me. I sighed as I couldn't say no to her.

"Fine.. I am coming."

I smiled as I saw the big "A & N Cafe" board.

I still remember the first time I met this girl. It was my first day in college and I was hell nervous. I bumped into a girl and the coke in her hand spilled on my dress. She kept on blabbering "sorry" until I smiled at her and said "it's ok"

She probably noticed that I was nervous. She took me to the washroom and helped me clean my dress. Gradually, we started hanging out together.

She became a good friend of mine. Now, she is like a sister to me. I didn't have to voice my words in front of her, she could always read my mind.

She was a fierce lady. The "tomboy" of our college. Whenever boys would flirt with me, she would jump in between. Maybe that's why I never had a boyfriend. *Laughs*

She was interested in opening a cafe. It was her dream. I had motivated and helped her a lot. We bought this place together from our savings. And so she was adamant on naming it "A & N"

Her cooking skills are really great. She has trained the staff here, well too. Now this cafe is famous in the city. And on her insistence, I am the co- owner of the cafe.

Though she manages it, I sometimes look after the bills and other things.

As I entered the cafe, I saw Milly approaching me. She has joined here newly.

"Hello ma'am! Should I inform Niharika ma'am that you are here?" She asked

"No thanks. I'll go and meet her." I said and smiled at her

"By the way how is your work going? I hope you are understanding everything." I asked her

"Yes ma'am. I love working here. It's really good to work in such a positive atmosphere. Niharika ma'am is guiding me well." She smiled while I nodded

I walked to the room beside the kitchen where Niharika would be sitting. It was kind of "owner's cabin"

As I went inside, I saw her busy on the laptop engrossed in something.

"Hey! What are you doing?"

"First you eat this and then talk to me" she snapped back

"Oh! Angry much?" I laughed.

She glared at me and pointed at the plate of sandwich. I huffed and sat down to gulp my breakfast as soon as possible.

I couldn't be late for the interview round. What will they think about me.

"And if your stomach growls in the mid of the interview? Then what will they think of you?" Niharika asked reading my mind.

"That won't happen. No such thing has happened with me." I glared at her

She laughed "Yea except during college lectures, right?"

"Do your work" I told her angrily

Once my stomach had started growling during the lecture and she had heard it.

"By the way.. which company did you say? M and S?"

"Yeah.. why?" I looked at her suspiciously.

"Don't tell me you're upto something."

She smirked "Of course I am."

"What is that? I'll kill you if you do something and then I don't get this job."

"Nothing like that. But there are a few things I want to be sure about." She replied looking at me

"What are they?" 

She made a face and looked back into the laptop. "Excuse me? What are they?"

"I don't wish to answer you." She replied without looking at me.

"But I need the answer" I agree I am quite impatient especially when people talk in weird senses.

"Niharika. You are not doing anything. You get that?"

"Aaru! Come on yaar. I won't do something that will risk your job. But there is something else. I'll tell you later when I get to know" she said typing on the laptop.

"Fine!! I am leaving!!" I said so that she feels I am upset and tells me. But I didn't get any response.

"I am leaving!!" I said a bit louder this time

Again no response.

"I said I am leaving!!"

"Yeah yeah!! I heard it. Don't shout!"

I looked at her angrily and went away cursing this idiot girl.

"By the way, all the best!!" I heard her shouting as I closed the door and started going towards my final destination - M & S.

Precap: "I said stop it Vihaan!" I shouted banging my fists on the table.

"And this" he pointed at my face "this anger and this dark side of yours will drown you in a pool of guilt someday" he said angrily and left my cabin
