Silence...

Pin drop silence...

...that's exactly what the entire environment that surrounded Malhotra industry was filled with...

...but of course every human being that was present in that building knew that this silence was...

...the silence before the storm.

All the hearts were beating in sync as they were waiting for the arrival of the hurricane named Manik Malhotra..

...including Alia.

Today was just not her day.

First Manik humiliated her and then straightaway denied to accompany her to the Fashion Show..

...and now this.

Her Dolce & Gabbana floral printed fitted dress was now spoiled with the stains of coffee.

Of course it was totally Alia's fault..

...because she was the one who wasn't looking where she was walking..

..in fact she was still looking at Manik while walking towards the door in a hope that maybe he would stop her from leaving...

...that's why she wasn't at all watching the door when out of now it opened and this girl dashed into her.

Though Alia knew it wasn't that girl's fault because how is she supposed to know who was behind the door when she opened it..

...and it all happened accidentally.

However Alia thought to make a big deal out of it so that she might get some sympathy from Manik and who knows she might even be able to emotionally blackmail him.

She knew how much Manik hated indiscipline especially at his work place..

...so she thought to take advantage of it.

That's why she decided to created a big fuss out of nothing in a hope that maybe she would be able to change Manik's decision.

So what if she had to get this girl fired..

...it's better than..her to face humiliation at the Fashion Show and become the butt of all jokes.

Alia did what she thought was necessary..

...so what if for that she had to get an innocent fired from her job..

..as long as she gets what she wants rest of the world can go to held.

She was expecting Manik's anger..

...but of course...

...never in her wildest dream was she expecting to hear these words..

"ALIA.."

"..leave..before I called my security and get you kicked out of this place..out..now.."

If Alia was disheartened before..

...now she was shocked from the core of her existence.

Manik asked her...THE ALIA SAXENA...HIS EX- GIRLFRIEND..to leave..

..and that too for a nobody like her.

She thought she misheard his words..

...maybe Manik has mistakenly taken her name instead of this commoner who was looking at both of them with doe eyes.

So in order to clear her doubts she turned to look at Manik who was now standing right next to that nobody and started with her drama all over again.

"Manik look.."she pointed towards her dress "..look what this bloody looser did."

Then she turned to look at that commoner with venom filled eyes and said "..you looser...are you blind..can't you see where you are walking.."

"I..am..sorry Mam.."she shook her head while Manik looked at girl. Alia smirked as she thought her plan was working so she continued with her theatrics "..sorry..what do you mean by saying.."she glared at the girl "..you think just by saying sorry..you will rectify your mistake.."

"Do you know how much this dress costs..like I said it costs ten times your lifetime salary..and you think just by saying sorry everything will be sorted out."

"No Miss Nobody..things doesn't work like this here.."Alia then looked at Manik and said "baby..call the security and get her thrown out of this place.."

She walked towards the nobody and said "let everyone know what happens when some one tries to mess up with your girlfriend.."

Before she could say anything Mukti and Abhimanyu stepped up together.

Mukti looked at Alia and said "Alia Mam..she is new here..please..forgive her.."

"So what if she is new that doesn't give her a right to break rules here..and Mukti don't you dare interfere in between or else who knows it might even turned out to be your last day in Malhotra Industries.."Alia threatened her.

"In that case be it.."Mukti folded her arms across her chest. "..but that doesn't mean I will listen to brainless barbie dolls like you.."

"How dare you.."Alia was about to slap her when Abhimanyu caught her hands "Mam..don't you dare.."saying this he jerked her hands away "Just because we work for Manik Sir that doesn't mean we will tolerate your nonsense.."

Then Abhimanyu looked at Manik and said "I
am sorry sir..I know that you are my boss and you can fire me any time you want but unfortunately we aren't spineless yes man who would tolerate these kinds of inhumane behaviour.."

"You pathetic low life creep..how dare you speak to Manik like that.."Alia scowled at Abhimanyu. Then looking at Manik she said "..baby fire all three of them right now.."

Manik wasn't looking at anyone...

Because his eyes were fixed on that girl..

...that commoner.

But that wasn't something that caught Alia's eyes...

..something else did.

Manik's expressions...

...as if he was breathing fire.

In that moment Alia knew that finally the dam of Manik's patience has been broken..

...that too severely.

But she wasn't able to understand one thing that why he was looking at that girl like that..

...as if he was holding himself back.

The look confused Alia.

Had it been some other day Manik would have taken action by now..

...then what was the hold up now.

..what was stopping him now.

But whatever the case was she couldn't let these low lives spoil her fun like that..

...so she put one hand on Manik's shoulder while Manik continued to look at that looser and said "..baby say something..tell them that they are fired..show them where there actual place is.."

But Manik paid no heeds to her request as he continued to look at the commoner which irked Alia so she thought of taking care of her first.

So pointing her fingers at that commoner Alia spoke "you whatever your name is..get your stuff and get the hell out of here.."

"Mam I am sorry.."she pleaded again and then looked at Manik "..sir I swear I didn't mean to..it was an accident..I am.."but before she could finish her sentence Alia spoke "oh just shut up..enough with your nonsense..listen just get the hell out of here before I end up breaking that ugly face of yours.."

That did it..

Finally..

Like Finally..

That moment came..

...when Manik lost the last drop of his patience.

Jerking Alia's hands away he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket and dialled a number.

"Aryaman..there is a security breach at my office.."

"..and I want you to take care of that.."

Except for Alia who was smirking all the heads in the building snapped up.

"..you have two minutes to be specific.."saying this Manik disconnected the call.

"But Manik sir.."Mukti tried to speak but this time Manik cut her off "Miss. Mukti Vardhan..it would be better if you stay out of it.."Manik said in such a deadly tone that was enough to silence Mukti.

She looked at Alia who was shamelessly smirking. Mukti was about to pounce on her as she so badly wanted to break her face but she couldn't as Abhimanyu stopped her. She looked at him with questioning eyes.

But the way Abhimanyu looked back at her all her doubts were cleared in a moment..

...because she realised what Abhimanyu's silence was saying.

They are all in this together..

..if Nandini goes then it will be there last day in Malhotra Industries too.

Mukti calmed down immediately and the next moment she held Nandini's hand which didn't went unnoticed by Manik.

However he chose not to say anything for the moment.

And the very next moment Aryaman arrived.

"Finally you came.."Manik's words were filled with sarcasm "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN.."

His words were more than enough to send shiver down Aryaman's spine "I apologise Sir..it won't be repeated next time sir.."

"Next time.."Manik pointed "..Mr.Aryaman Khurrana..next time..there won't be any next time for you.."

Before Aryaman could say anything Manik continued. "I will deal with you later..however right now I want you to listen very carefully to me.."

"...in fact get my words imprinted in my brain.."

"..because if this kind of thing ever got repeated than trust me Aryaman I will be Male sure that your career is over..once for all..you got it.."

Aryaman simply nodded.

However there was someone who was shocked to the core..

..Nandini.

It was clear that for the rest of them it wasn't something new that they were witnessing..

...however for her...

...it came as the big shock..

...as she finally realised what everyone else was referring to.

However before she could absorb that she got one more blow which easily surpassed the previous shock and ended up becoming the BIGGEST SHOCKER OF THE DAY.

And that was Manik's words..

"Aryaman..please get Miss.Alia Saxena thrown out of my work place.."

"..once you do that make sure you get restraining order against her so that she couldn't even be anyway near 100 mile radius of Malhotra Industries.."

"..and yes call my lawyer and ask him to meet me as I want to discuss important details of the defamation case that I am going to file against Miss Alia Saxena.."

"..not to forget which would be accompanied by other cases like trespassing..threatening and of course creating nuisance at someone else's work place.."

And with these words coming out of Manik's words Alia finally realised that..

...indeed..

...she was doomed .

**** I know many of you must be wondering why Manik was silent when Alia was doing all this drama and nonsense..

...why he simply didn't tossed her out of that place.
