As we reach the area, the Slytherins are already waiting, and a total of twenty brooms lay side by side on the ground. The brooms don't seem to be in the best condition anymore.
Finally, Madam Hooch appears on the field and wants us to stand next to the brooms.
>>Extend your right hand over the broom and say 'up'<< she explains.
But it doesn't want to succeed, except for Harry and Draco.
After a while and more attempts, all students finally hold their brooms in their hands and wait for the next order from Madam Hooch.
Now we should float on the broom a few feet above the ground and then land safely.
But again it's Neville, who rushes into the air, can no longer hold onto the broom and falling on the grass, breaking his wrist. Merlin's beard, the poor boy!

Madam Hooch takes him to the hospital wing, but warns us and says that we mustn't do anything, otherwise we would get kicked out of Hogwarts immediately.
Not that I would dare.
Shortly thereafter, Draco walks over again to get everyones recognition and takes Neville's Remembrall.
When Harry tells him to give it back, he challenges Harry to get it.
To his bad, Professor McGonagall, who has seen all this, enters the field and takes Harry with her.
Will he get kicked out of school now?
Draco just grins maliciously, like the other Slytherins too.

But later Harry appears for dinner. He happily announces that he is the new Seeker Gryffindors.
Normally, first graders never make it into the team.
Maybe that'll save him from more trouble with the teachers.
We talk about it for a while, then I say goodbye to them and go to bed.

Middle of the night.
Woken up by noises coming from the common room, slowly I look around in the room.
It's Hermione sneaking inside.
>>Where have you been?<< I ask, after that she tells me about everything that happened.
