*This has violence and Language and I got inspiration from Baraka from Mortal Kombat. 

When Bill said those words...all of the Cipher Wheel started to panic. Why? Because Bill's punishments could end in their early deaths and unfortunately it seems like Wendy was the first to be punished besides Stan. 

"NO...I can't let you harm the one thing that I have left." Robbie said before Bill walked over and roughly pinched his checks.

"It's funny to see that you're trying to save Ice Bag especially since you're hanging by your arms and ankles. However....What gives you the right to tell me what I can or can't do. You're nothing, but a pest that I can easily crush without batting an eye. Now Assassin...punish that slut and make sure that it'll set an example towards the others." Bill said. Dipper nodded and slowly walked over towards Wendy who was trying to get free. When he was close...He clicked a button on each of his arm gauntlets which released two huge blades.

"Get away from her!!" Mabel shouted making Bill let go of Robbie and rush over to her. Mabel hoped that he wasn't going to do something too extreme, but that thought ended when Bill punched her on her stomach and slapped her.

"Shut up. You don't have any power here Shooting Star...Now Punish her Assassin or else you'll be punished instead." Bill said. Dipper nodded and started to raise one of his arm gauntlets and quickly struck it in Wendy's left thigh making her scream.

"WENDY!!" The others cried. They tried to get out of their chains and help her, but were too weak and powerless to do so. 

"Shut up you big baby..Your wound can easily heal, but....I can't say the same for the rest of your leg." Dipper said before he used his other gauntlet to cut the rest of her left leg off. 

"Excellent work Assassin. Now...Take that leg and send it to the kitchen. Hopefully that'll be able to feed all of the new servants coming our way." Bill said. Dipper slowly picked up Wendy's leg and went to the kitchen leaving Wendy close to passing out from all of the blood loss.

"How dare you? Wendy had so much going for her and you took her leg. What kind of monster are you?" Stan said.

"Are your memories escaping you Fez? I told you time and time again that I'm a demon. And last time I checked...I don't care whether you all live or die. In fact..." Bill said before he summoned a bag of salt and started to rub it in Wendy's stump making her scream again.

"No!! Wendy...When I get.." Robbie said before Bill made his mouth disappear.

"If you used your eyes and the thing that you call a brain...you would know that there is no hope for you to escape. You will die here..and there is nothing anyone can do to change that. Now if you excuse me..I have to prepare two dinners for the celebration tonight and I don't want to hear anything coming from all of you...So have good dreams everyone." Bill said before he made all of them go to sleep.

While he left...He knew that their days were numbered and that no one would be able to save their precious Cipher Wheel especially since they failed in their promise to end this entire thing. 

Meanwhile the Cipher Wheel "peacefully" slept through the night unaware that their numbers would go down more before the week is even out.
