Personality: Bill is a manipulative little f--k. He isn't really friend material unless you get on his good side (which is really hard). He is a demon so he has a very short temper. He very much likes games (mind games). He also has a bad habit with holding grudges. SO it is also wise not to make him mad or you'll have nightmares for very long time .He is also a huge flirt with both guys and girls (and other non-human things).

Looks: Bill is a demon . He can make himself into anything he pleases really. However,He prefers the classy gentleman look. A set trait is always blonde hair . He looks golds , red and blacks on clothing . He always has an eyepatch (On which side varies depending on how he feels). He also stands about 6'1 in height and is around 170 pounds. 

Misc: If you're lucky, you can get on his good side. You do this by making a deal, or giving him sweets (shh nobody's supposed to know that).
