Chapter 4: The Threat
As Iruka found himself being torn through the woods, tree branches and other such things tearing his clothes, he pondered: was the Kyuubi even really evil?
Of course it was. It killed many innocent people without remorse. The Kyuubi, was, without doubt, an evil Bijuu. After all it was all Kyuubi's fault when-
His movements came to a stop until he was flung forward with the force of a tornado. He was shot almost through a tree, his back embedded in the rough bark. Evil Bijuu...

Kurama curled his lip, staring at the human before him. Idiotic, stupid mortal. He was the one who was watching him and Yudai, he was a threat to the kit. His kit.
"..." Kurama gazed a second longer as the instructor woke up, and he was overwhelmed with hatred. The Kyuubi growled before stepping foward, sniffing for any ill intent in the air. Other than intense fear and hatred, he felt nothing... good. Nothing would harm his kit...
"So what are you going to do with me... demon?" Iruka asked, sneering slightly. "..."
The colossal being glared quietly at the human. "I'm not here to harm you... yet," he ground out, anger evident in his voice. "I'm here... to make a threat."
Iruka flinched as the fox stepped closer to him, feeling the hot breath of the beast.
"..." He stayed silent, hoping the monster would back away.
"You must quit watching us. And don't disclose anything else to your petty 'Hokage.'"
Iruka nodded, not bothering to look at the towering kitsune.
Kurama snorted. Humans were so easy to intimidate.
"Tou-chan?" a bright blue wolf ran over, almost stumbling over his own feet.
"Iruka-sensei?" he asked in surprise, his voice becoming older and more mature once again. Kurama didn't like it.
Iruka looked down. "Your voice... it sounds just like Naruto's..."
"..." Nobody said anything for a second, though for different reasons.
"...Naruto was one of my students," said Iruka. "We were... close, even though he was a trouble maker."
"..." there was a silence once again, until Yudai decided to interrupt. "Yeah, about that.... he's alive."
Yudai's teacher's gaze shot up. "Alive? But the Kyuubi, he-"
"I know about the Kyuubi. How can I prove Naruto is alive to you?"
"Let me see him... please," Iruka begged, his eyes beginning to water at the thought of his favorite student even possibly being alive still.
Yudai nodded softly as his hair began to shift wildly and his eyes closed. His hair that looked positively cerulean had suddenly become a familiar sunshine yellow that many people would recognize. Naruto's hair.
He opened his eyes, revealing ocean blue eyes that Iruka knew well. Naruto smiled, his grin bringing warmth to Iruka's heart. "Hey, Iruka-sensei!"
Kurama seemed very distant, meanwhile. He loved his Yudai, not the blonde, Naruto. They were very different, and Kurama had grown accustomed to the blue, the somehow more childish personality, and even the small differences, like the way he ran, and the way he smiled. Different. And he didn't like it.
