The music faded, causing the boys to quickly tear the headphones from their heads as everyone turned to look at Gustavo with anticipation.

"Print it!" Gustavo announced.

Dani threw her arms up in excitement as the group cheered in victory as the boys officially finished the last song on their second album.

"BTR's new album is complete!" Kendall grinned.

"With 12 new songs." Carlos added.

"And a new attitude." Logan and James exclaimed.

"And it's going to send BTR to new heights." Gustavo informed. "And nobody can stop us."

"Now all that's left is for me to finish the last song for my album." Dani chimed in, causing the boys to cheer. "Any ideas?"

"Something singable." Kendall spoke.

"and danceable." Carlos and James added.

"But also very relatable." Logan finished.

"Got it?" The four boys asked.

"Got it." Dani chuckled.

"Now we celebrate." Kelly declared, holding up a two-liter bottle of root beer and plastic cups, causing the teens to cheer.

The group stood around Dani as she sat in front of the computer screen, watching the files upload to the new hard drive full of BTR's second album.

"Come on. Come on."

The computer made a chirping sound as the final song was uploaded.

"And we're complete." Dani announced, holding up her cup, causing everyone to cheer and hold up their cups in excitement.

"And now we make our ceremonial march to our digital storage room and grab our big time hard drive and get it to the CD-making place." Gustavo explained, causing the group to happily follow the producer out of the recording studio.

"Look for this?" a voice called, causing a chill to up Dani's neck as the group let out a startled scream as they quickly stopped in their tracks.

"Hawk!" Gustavo gasped. "What are you doing here?"

"And why are you dressed like that?" Logan questioned, eyeing the man.

"Oh, I'm crazy now."

"Haven't you always been a little crazy?" Dani asked, causing her and the boys to hold their thumb and pointer finger together.

"And I'm stealing your hard drive to get my revenge."

"Give us that hard drive right now." Kelly demanded.

"No."

"This looks like a job for..." James spoke, pulling out a purple bandana from his back pocket. "Him."

"No, it doesn't." Kendall said, causing Dani to push the boy's hand down.

"'Cause there's seven of us and only one of you." Carlos pointed out, causing the man to chuckle.

"Guess again. Hawk-men!" Hawk called, causing three big men dressed in black vests, sunglasses, fedoras, and silver beaks to rush into the room, making the group take a step back. "You know, jail gives you a lot of time to design cool henchman costumes and plan cool escapes. Caw!"

The man threw a small silver capsule at the group, causing the room to fill with smoke, making the group cough as they swiped the fog away.

As the room cleared, they noticed Hawk and his henchmen were gone.

"He's gone!" Kelly gasped.

"And so is our entire second album!" Gustavo cried, causing the group to look around in disbelief.

...

"Right now, we can't positively identify anyone except that it's ---." The officer was quickly cut off.

"Hawk!" Gustavo exclaimed. "Arrest him! It's Hawk!"

"Except that it's someone disguised as a nut bag." The officer spoke, finishing his previous sentence, holding up a picture from the security footage.

"Okay, we can all agree that he looks ridiculous. How long until you catch him and get our drive back?" Dani asked, crossing her arms.

"Well, we'll do a full investigation as soon as we can."

"As soon as you can?!" The group exclaimed.

"We need to ship our album, which is on that hard drive, today." Kelly explained.

"Oh, really?" He sarcastically asked. "Well, in that case, let me get our special boy band task force on this asap."

"Oh, sweet!" Carlos happily exclaimed.

"Yes!" James cheered.

"He's being sarcastic, idiots." Dani rolled her eyes, causing the man to nod his head as he smiled.

"Mmhmm, he is. Besides, I have a lot of other crimes I have to deal with today. A naked mugger, a pawn store holdup, and three cats in trees."

"We got a 477 on Curtis and Vine." A voice called through the officers radio.

"Make that four cats. Get out there, Brown!" he ordered, pushing the cop beside him towards the door. "Besides, why don't you just download your backup files? You do have backup files, right?"

The police officer pushed through the group, leaving the studio without doing anything else.

"Control room!"

The group yelled as they all quickly raced toward the room.

"Search Blow Your Speakers Out, right there, and the file should come up." Dani pointed as Kelly took a seat in the chair, quickly typing away on the computer.

James let out a shriek when the computer came up with no files under that name.

"He must have hacked in and stolen all our song files." Logan cried.

"Wait, why is Blow Your Speakers Out showing up on a web link?" James questioned, causing Dani's eyes to go wide as Kelly clicked the link and a random kid popped up onto the screen with all of the boys' songs beside him.

"Who's hot new artist, Zwagger?" Kelly asked.

"And why can you preorder Blow Your Speakers Out on his hot new album?"

"And Paralyzed and Superstar and all of our songs!" Carlos cried.

"What label is he on?" Dani questioned, leaning in beside Kelly, causing her to quickly type onto the screen before the logo for Hawk Records appeared on the screen. "Hawk Records, of course."

"Hawk's recording our new songs and is going to release them before we do." Gustavo spoke in a soft tone as realization hit all of them, causing them to scream.

"Ah!"

...

The group had all piled into the company's van before quickly making their way to Hawk Records.

As the van came to a stop, Logan threw the door open before the boys and Gustavo quickly jumped out of the back seat. Dani slid out of the passenger seat as Kelly came running around the van from the driver side.

"Oh, okay. So what do we do?" Carlos asked.

"I think we should just call the police again," Kelly suggested.

"What? So they can tell us to wait a few days while they take their time saving cats from trees. Boring! I say we hit them where it hurts." Dani spoke, causing the group to look over at the small blonde girl. "Hard."

"What is that?" Kendall cautiously asked, pointing to the thing the girl was swinging in her hand.

"A butter sock." Dani answered as if it were the most obvious thing, shrugging her shoulders.

"Did you say butter sock?" Logan questioned, confused, causing the girl to nod.

"Is that a sock?" James chimed in.

"Full of butter?" Carlos finished, causing the girl to nod, grinning. "Sweet!"

"I think it's time... for him." James said, pulling out two bandanas from his back pockets and extending his arms out before he began spinning in a circle.

"No, no, no!"

"The only way to defeat supervillains is with superheroes." James snapped.

"All we have to do is get into Hawk Records and steal back our hard drive..." Kendall explained.

"Does it involve Jenning's butter sock?" Gustavo asked, pointing over at the girl, causing her to smile.

"No." Kendall shook his head, causing the girl to sigh before putting the sock back into the van.

"Then how do you suggest we do it?" Dani questioned, crossing her arms, causing the Knight boy to smirk as he pushed Gustavo down with him before they jumped back up with rope wrapped around them while carrying tools.

"Normal burglar style."

"You do realize that breaking and entering is against the law, right?" Logan pointed out.

"May I remind you that on that hard drive is the only copy of BTR's second album?" Gustavo said. "Now, who's in?"

"Give me the bolt cutters." Logan sighed, holding his hand out.

"Sledgehammer, please." Carlos grinned, causing Kendall to toss the hammer to the excited boy.

"Kelly, keep that van ready and running." Kendall ordered, causing the woman to nod before he turned his attention to the girl beside him, who was once again swinging her butter sock, causing him to slowly push her hand down. "And you stay out here with her. The fewer people inside, the better."

"Fine." Dani groaned, crossing her arms as the boys sent her sad smiles.

"And you..." Kendall started, snatching the bandanas in James' hand away. "can wear one bandana."

"Let's get our songs back."

The boys cheered, racing towards the entrance of Hawk Records with Gustavo while Dani made her way back into the van with Kelly.

"They'll be fine, right?" Dani asked, looking over at Kelly, causing her to shrug her shoulders.

...

They were, in fact, not fine; they all got arrested.

As Dani and Kelly were outside in the vans as lookouts, they noticed the same cops who were at Rocque Records entering Hawk Records with the boys still inside.

"Big Time Rush, you made bail."

Kelly and Dani made their way towards the cell that held Big Time Rush and Gustavo.

"Kelly!"

"Dani!"

The group quickly raced out of the cell towards the duo. Kendall quickly wrapped his arms around the Jenning's girl as Carlos quickly did the same, while James, Logan, and Gustavo wrapped their arms around Kelly before the group found themselves in a group hug.

"Yay!" The cop mocked them, causing them to pull away, turning their attention to him. "Now, stay out of my way! I am looking into your hard drive robbery, but this is the LAPD, and we deal with a lot of crime. Last year alone, we had a b--"

"We have another 477 at Sunset and Vine."

"Will someone please save the tree cat?!" The man snapped, turning his attention to the officer beside him, causing him to quickly run away. "And I better not catch you anywhere near Hawk Records, or next time, there will be no bail."

"Yes, sir, Mr. Commissioner." Gustavo spoke, causing the group to nod. "We will stay away from Hawk Records."

Once the group left the police station, they found themselves sitting around Rocque Records, discussing their next move.

"Okay, how do we get back into Hawk Records?"

"Weren't you idiots just in jail?" Dani asked, confused.

The sound of an evil laugh echoed through the studio, causing the girl to quickly look around.

"Ah, I can almost hear him laughing at us now." Gustavo spit in a disgusted tone, causing Dani to look at him confused.

"Wait!" Kendall cried, quickly turning the computer monitor on the desk around, revealing Hawk on the screen dressed in his costume.

"There are three things every supervillain must do: laugh evilly, seek revenge, and show up on various screens unexpectedly."

"You'll never get away with this, Hawk!" Gustavo snapped.

"Oh, but I am. In fact, I've just put a little Zwagger on your song Superstar, which is going to turn him into a superstar."

"That's song six!" Carlos cried from beside Dani, jumping onto Kendall's back.

"Which means he's halfway through the album." Dani added.

"Did you say his song, Superstar?" The kid asked, pointing at the screen, causing Hawk to quickly shove the kid off to the side.

"Okay, and what do you think of this as a title for my new CD? It's called CAW!" Hawk screeched out, making Gustavo slam his hands against the keyboard, ending the call abruptly.

"We will not let him get away with this!" Kelly snapped.

"Yeah, well, we're not allowed to go to Hawk Records, either." Logan pointed out the obvious problem.

"I was hoping I would never have to say this." Dani sighed, closing her eyes. "James."

"We won't be there." James spoke, causing the group to jump as they quickly turned around to face the boy as he held onto bandanas in different shades of purple. "But he will."

The boy extended his arms, quickly spinning in a circle.

The boy spun so fast that the group got so dizzy just watching him before a bright white light flashed in front of them before the Diamond boy appeared fully dressed as his alter ego, Bandana Man.

"How does he do that?" Kelly spoke in disbelief, pointing at the boy.

"We're not sure," Kendall answered.

"Okay, so bandana man is going to defeat Hawk and his Hawk-men by himself?" Logan asked.

"No. The Supertastic Super-7 will."

"Who's the supertastic super-7?" Carlos questioned, causing Logan and Dani to nod, confused.

"I'm looking at them."

"So you want us to disguise ourselves as superheroes, pull a surprise raid at Hawk Records, and take our hard drive back by force?" Gustavo questioned, going over the boy's plan out loud.

"Does anybody have a better idea?" James asked, causing everyone's hand to shoot up, before Kendall quickly pushed Dani's arm back down. "I didn't think so."

...

"Okay." Kelly groaned, tossing a sink into the pile of random things. "This is everything we got in the studio."

"I can't believe we're doing this." Kendall sighed.

"Supertastic super-7, suit up!" James exclaimed.

"You said super twice," Logan pointed out.

"You bet I did."

"Okay." Dani dragged out, causing the group to shrug before making their way toward the pile of things.

The group was throwing things left and right, trying to find the perfect outfit for the Supertastic Super-7.

Logan was the first of the six to find his suit-a surgeon with a mask that covered his face; The Surgeon.

Then there was Kendall, or Slapshot, dressed up in hockey gear with black paint covering his eyes.

Carlos found his old superhero costume that he was obsessing over when the boys had their brief split during their last encounter with Hawk, or, as he liked to call himself, El Hombre del Flaming Space Rock Man.

Dani found herself in all silver-a silver bodysuit with a matching throw-over jacket and gloves-and she made a circle around her eye.

Gustavo was wearing an orange suit with SG bold in the center of his chest, a dark and light blue accent, and a light blue mask and cap.

"Kelly, where's your costume?" Kendall questioned, causing the group to turn to the lady still dressed in her normal clothes with her arms crossed.

"I didn't like anything in the pile." Kelly explained, shrugging her shoulders.

"Well, you can't go like that. You'll get recognized." Carlos pointed out, causing the woman to groan.

"Ugh, fine." Kelly grabbed the first thing she saw on the ground: a green bowl. "I'll be bowl head. Covers my fave, and I don't look any dumber than you guys."

"Good point."

"Supertasic Super-7, to the skies!" James exclaimed, causing everyone to extend their arms before the boys and Gustavo jumped forward, causing them to go crashing to the ground.

"You idiots can't actually fly." Dani reminded them, making Kelly lift the bowl from her eyes as they quickly jumped up from the ground.

"Oh, right."

"To the van!" Gustavo exclaimed.

"To the van!"

...

To Dani's surprise, the group actually successfully made their way back into Hawk Records without being seen.

"Yes! All 12 songs are complete. Now to upload your album to the web and get my revenge." Hawk declared, coming around the corner with Zwagger and his Hawk-men.

"Think again, Hawk!" Gustavo snapped, surprising the man as they came to a stop.

"Who are they?" Zwagger asked, pointing at the group of seven.

"We are the Supertastic Super-7." James announced, taking a step forward.

"You said super twice," Hawk pointed out.

"You bet he did!"

"We want our songs back now." Kelly announced, pointing in the wrong direction because of the bowl, causing Kendall to use one of his hockey sticks to move her arm.

"Yeah. not going to happen." Hawk crossed his arms, snapping his finger at one of the guys on the end. "Show them out."

The giant man stepped forward with his arms crossed.

"I got this, guys." Dani assured, stepping forward before anyone had time to say anything as she smiled at the man. "Quick question: have you ever heard of a butter sock?"

"A butter wha-"

Before the man had the chance to finish his sentence, Dani pulled the sock out of nowhere, quickly swinging it at the man, causing him to go flying back to the ground due to the impact.

"Butter sock, nice!" The four boys nodded.

"Caw!" Hawk screech, causing the groups to go racing forward at each other.

The sound of a siren wailing caused the group fighting to quickly stop, letting out a scream.

"Do you see this? Can you believe what I'm seeing? I thought I told you guys to stay away from Hawk Records!" The officer's voice boomed from the megaphone.

"Commissioner, they broke in and attacked me." Hawk tried to play innocent, pulling himself out of Gustavo and Carlos' hold. "I think you know what to do."

"Yes, arrest him for stealing Big Time Rush's second album." The man pointed at Hawk, causing the lady officer to walk forward, placing handcuffs on the man.

"Wh-what? No, you can't prove anything!"

"We checked local costume shops to see who bought a Hawk costume, and we found this receipt."

"Well, that could be any Hawk." Hawk stammered out.

"And we found your comment card, where under reason for purchase, you checked revenge."

"Definitely not the brightest in the kettle." Dani teased, letting out a chuckle.

"Who cares? You'll never find your precious hard drive."

"You mean this one?" The kid spoke, approaching the officer with the hard drive in hand. "He's been talking to it all day, saying, 'Revenge is mine,' and freaking me out!"

"You traitor! I'll get you, Big Time Rush. I'll be back. Caw-Caw! Caw-Caw!"

The commissioner stared at the hard drive in his hand before glancing over at the group across from him before tossing it to Gustavo, causing the group to cheer in excitement.

"Hey! I thought I told you guys I would handle this."

"Are we in trouble?" The group of seven muttered.

"No. In fact, I could use an action squad like you that I can call when disaster strikes this fine city, and it's too much for me to handle."

"Well, Commissioner, I think I speak for the entire Supertastic Super-7 when I say we're willing and ready to serve." James grinned, taking a step forward.

"Not, I." Dani declined, taking her gloves off. "I have a second album to complete. But you guys have fun with your 477."

Dani smirked as she walked away from the group, chuckling as she heard them groan in unison.
