1.04; bad boy

Rollin' past graffiti walls

Billboards lightin' up the block

Everyone of us on a mission

Gustavo had written Big Time Rush's next hit, "City is Ours."

Emily and Kelly, danced along in their seats in the studio watching the guy perform it for the first time through the glass.

Kendall sang out the last note, finishing the song. Logan threw his hands up with adrenaline, smacking Carlos in the face.

As Emily and Gustavo got up to go in and talk with the boys, she had trouble not laughing at Logan's clumsiness.

As they entered, Kendall smiled big, maybe the biggest towards Gustavo ever, "Gustavo, the song is great."

"Of course it's great," Gustavo replied, obvious, "I wrote it." Emily and Kelly shared an annoyed look. "But the band isn't great. What's missing is the secret Rock N' Rock ingredient," he told the boys, walking down the line to Logan.

"Hair mousse?"

"Chocolate mousse?"

"Spandex? Please don't say spandex."

Gustavo put his arm around Logan, who silently prayed it wasn't spandex, "The bad boy! The ill-tempered rebel with a flare for synchronized dance." He walked behind the boys, defining the bad boy of the band, each of the excited, and hoping to be picked. "One of you has to be it. I say it's Kendall."

The one boy who didn't care or want anything to do with it looked on in distasteful surprise, as his friends gaped with envy.

"Gustavo, why do we need a bad boy?" Kendall questioned.

Rolling her eyes, Emily pulled up her phone, playing Griffin's voicemail loudly for everyone to hear, "Gustavo, the band needs a bad boy. Bye."

"He's driving me crazy!" Gustavo shouted, taking off his sunglasses. "But he's also right. Because the bad boy is a rock n' roll tradition."

The team of three led the band into the hallway of the studio to point out each bad boy on the walls.

Stopping at the Boyquake poster, Gustavo outlined one member's back, which was turned to face the other members, "Notice, the back turned to the rest of the band."

"Bad boy," Emily told the boys.

Next, Boy Blast. Gustavo repeated his actions on the next bad boy member of this band, "Notice, the band turned, the dark clothing, and the scowl."

"Bad boy," She cheerfully said again.

"But," Kelly interrupted, "There can only be one bad boy per group, as we learned from the Bad Boys experiment of '95."

She took down the Boy Blast posted to reveal another one titled Bad Boyz, all the members' backs facing the camera.

"Didn't sell a single CD," Gustavo complained.

"But we're best friends. We never turn our backs on each other," Kendall told them, the rest of the boys nodding in agreement.

"Let us tell you another rock n' roll secret," Emily told him, Gustavo and Kelly smirking at what was about to happen. "The bad boy is the most popular, wealthiest, and dates the hottest models," She told the boys, a tight smile, knowing they were about to fight over who the bad boy was.

As predicted, Logan, Carlos, and James all started talking over one another, trying to prove they were the most fit to be the bad boy.

Gustavo told them to go home for the day, specifically sending Emily on a bad boy quest.

The entire way back to the Palm Woods, the three boys were practicing their slang, swagger, and scowls. Kendall grew more annoyed by his friends every second.

They all found dark clothing and dark sunglasses. James and Carlos each wore a black tank top. They barged into the apartment, Emily and Kendall entering last.

The boys all walked past Mrs. Knight, acting "cool," and making her grow confused. She turned to the two normal teens who approached her.

Carlos was jumping on the couch. Logan was banging on the hockey game, and James crushed an empty plastic water bottle on his head.

"Gustavo wants the band to have a bad boy," Emily explained, rubbing her temples, a headache starting to form.

"But you're all nice boys!" Mrs. Knight cheerfully responded, despite the fact three of the boys were scowling and standing with their arms crossed. Her expression suddenly changed, turning to Kendall, and holding him tightly by the arms, "Oh, I'm so glad you're here! There's an axe maniac on the loose!"

Emily, eyes widening in concern, noticed Katie, Kendall's sister, behind her mom, holding up a sign saying "No there's not"

Kendall slightly nodded, neither of them understanding the context of the situation but putting on fake smiles. "Oh, well, we'll be extra careful then, mom. We promise."

The three "bad boys" approached Mrs. Knight, pointing and demanding together, "We want pizza, now!"

She slowly turned around, a stern look on her face.

Emily watched on, entertained when all the boys took off the sunglasses, and being talking normally, apologizing excessively.

"Do we need a bad boy?" Kendall desperately asked his friend.

She turned to him, a helpless look on her face, "I don't make the rules, dude."

***

Her morning was cut short when she received an urgent call from Gustavo saying to come in early.

When she got there, at the end of the hallway was a table, Kelly and Gustavo both behind it. As Emily entered, she grew uncomfortable, feeling as if it was an audition.

"What's all this? I feel like I walked into an audition..." She joked, it dawning on her they were about to audition for the bad boy. "Oh no, please don't tell me I'm here early to watch them act "bad.'" She pleaded. Kelly gave her a helpless shrug.

"Quiet," Gustavo told her, snapping towards the empty seat besides him. "Here they come."

As she sat down, in walked the three bad boys from yesterday, only worse.

Kendall calmly walked in behind them and sat on the couch, sighing.

Carlos pushed the other two aside, holding up a wooden plank. Aside from that and his usual black helmet, he wore a leather jacket and fiery skull t-shirt. The took the plank, out in front of him, and slammed it into his forehead, breaking it clean in two. A dorky grin plastered on his face, the boy fell unconscious.

Emily looked down, wincing, and returned back to her spot when she knew he wasn't dying. Gustavo called for the next one, and James jumped up.

He had a stupid, baggy, black hoodie and a bedazzled bandanna. Opening his mouth, Emily squinted, noticing something shiny. "B to the A to the D. That's me. A bad," He stopped to fix the drool, "Boy!" He said, in a high, lisp, showing off the grill.

"Really, a grill?" Gustavo asked, unimpressed, "Logan!"

Logan finally stepped up, a baggy hoodie and a sideways cap. As James sat down besides a giggling Kendall, Logan threw off his shades, and began to snap.

He was dancing, if you could call it dancing. Attempted the moonwalk, pushed off the table, and started crossing his arms, saying "You like that?" Ending in an arms crossed posse, his hat falling off.

Gustavo slammed his hands on the table, "No." He stood up, walking over to the three conscious band members, Emily and Kelly following, "Okay, so Kendall is the bad boy. You're gonna need to start wearing black clothing, and talking deeper, and slow-er," He enunciated before clapping twice and turning to walk away.

"You mean be fake?" Kendall questioned, calling the man back. "I can't, besides I'm terrible at faking," He said, James agreeing.

"No, Kelly is terrible at faking. I can always tell when she is lying to me."

Kelly, the person of interest, started stuttering and laughing nervously, "I have never lied to you."

"See?"

"Gustavo," The boy tried again, shrugging his arms.

Emily caught on this time to a similar action created by James.

"We just don't want anything fake about our band," He said, standing, James copying his movements.

"Your band?" Gustavo repeated, making Emily cringe at what might come next. "Your band? This is my band!"

Emily, hoping to defuse the situation, and make Kendall realize the irony of the situation stepped in between the two, "Okay, so you're going to ignore him," She asked Kendall, pointing back to Gustavo, "and Griffin and the record company, and not be the bad boy?"

"Yeah, pretty much," He answered.

"Wow, sounds like a bad boy to me," She hummed, making Gustavo smiled in approval. Kendall, however, slightly cursed and scoffed his feet in defeat.

"Get Griffin over here," Gustavo told Kelly,

"And the three dorks," Emily said, catching the attention of who she intended to, "please change your clothes."

As those three grumbled, and stalked off to put on regular outfits, Kendall stepped to Emily, a pleading look.

"Why would you do that?" He asked, upset.

"Look, you're the bad boy of the group," She explained, "and if we can make them and Griffin see that without changing your exterior, maybe they'll be cool with it," she said, hopefully.

As much as she always did what she was told, she also was determined to break the traditional boy band stereotypes that all the failed bands had.

Kendall slowly smiled, pointing in awe, "Smart."

Griffin arrived, and they lined the boys up in the rehearsal room.

"Why isn't his back turned to the rest of them?" Griffin asked.

"Because he won't do as I say!" Gustavo responded.

"Which, by default, makes him the bad boy," Emily told Griffin.

"And I don't turn my back on my friends," Kendall mentioned.

Even though it wasn't personal or anything real, Emily couldn't help but admire Kendall.

Griffin wasn't pleased as he stepped forward to Kendall, "That's good. I respect that. But I said I wanted bad."

Emily groaned as the other three starting acting bad again. James put the grill back in, Logan the sunglasses, and out of nowhere Carlos grabbed another wooden plank. Before Emily could stop him, he broke it in half with his head and fell unconscious.

James and Logan dropped the act after Carlos fell.

"A bad boy is someone parents would never let their daughters date," Griffin told the group before turning to the adults, pulling Emily to his side, arm around her, "And I would let my daughter date any one of these boys, which is bad."

"I'm not your daughter," Emily said, confused by Griffin and his antics.

He let go of the girl, focusing solely on Gustavo, "Do something about this, or I will. Oh, wait! I already did," He said, smiling, making Emily's stomach grow uneasy. "Say hello to Wayne-Wayne."

Stepping back to introduce the guy, Emily stepped to the side, Carlos at her feet.

A douche-y guy in black and gold, ran into Gustavo, pushing him aside, "Yo, yo! I'm Wayne-Wayne, from the mean streets of Detroit," He rapped, close to the band. "I'm bad-bad as my bling-bling, and it's rapping grooves I exploit!" He posed, as Logan did earlier in his audition.

"Would you let me date him?" Emily asked Griffin, scared.

"Never."

"Oh, thank god," She breathed, in relief as the boys gave her confused looks, mouthing "You aren't his daughter."

Griffin turned back to Gustavo, "Give him the contract," he told his assistant, who tossed a heavy contract to the producer. He put him arm around the dork who just came in, "Isn't he bad?"

"Bad!" Kelly said, out loud, in a negative tone. Realizing she was speaking to the CEO, she started lying, "But, great! I mean, really, really bad, but like i-in a good way," Gustavo held up a hand, making her stop talking. "Wow."

"Wayne-Wayne, blow it up," Griffin said, turning to the kid, holding up a fist bump.

'Later-later, Grif-Grif," He responded. Griffin and his team exited, leaving Wayne-Wayne to turn back to Big Time Rush.

James held out a hand, "Yo, Wayne-Wayne, I'm-"

The dude smacked James' hand away, upsetting Emily even though James was by no means her go to guy. "-Wasting your time-time."

Emily glared, going around him.

"I'm here to take Big Time Rush to the next level!" He told the boys. "The Wayne-Wayne express is leaving the station, so you fools step on, or step off." After stepping back, "Wayne-Wayne, out-out," He said, turning. As he left, he stopped at Emily, pointing, "Hot-hot," then proceeded to push through Gustavo and Kelly, exiting the studio.

"We don't like him," the boys said together.

"I hate him," Emily said, ready to chase after him and shove his chain necklace up his-

"Yes, you do!" Gustavo told the boys. "You all do!" He said, pointing to Emily, as Carlos finally woke up, standing besides Logan. "He's the bad boy, and he's staying at the Palm Woods."

"First them, and now the dorky rapper wannabe?" Emily asked in exasperation. "Just kill me if you hate me so much," She dramatically told Gustavo regarding her new neighbors. She felt a shove against her back. She turned to see the band, offended. "Love y'all."

Gustavo rolled his eyes, "Be good boys, and make friend-friends with Wayne-Wayne."

"Who's Wayne-Wayne?" Carlos asked, swaying, missing the whole interaction.

***

Back at the Palm Woods, Emily and the boys were sitting out by the pool, watching Wayne-Wayne bench press a pool chair with all three Jennifers sitting on it, cheering him on.

"First, he joins our band without our permission," James said, upset.

"Now, he steals our girls. Who have no interest in us, but it's still not fair!" Carlos chimes in, perking Emily's attention.

"I'm still here," Emily reminded them. The boys all groaned.

"There's only one of you, and you also have no interest in us," Logan pointed out, making her nod in agreement, "But, that's why we're going to get rid of him. Kendall, get rid of him."

"Wh-? Why me?" Kendall asked.

"Because he scares us!" James exclaimed.

Kendall stood up, leaving his spot besides Emily, turning to give a speech, "We are a band. And we are going to do this together. Because we are not afraid of some loud-mouth, backwards-hatted, droopy pants-wearing," Emily and the boys began to shrink down, seeing the said boy walk up behind Kendall. Emily turned her head over Logan's shoulder, looking away. "He's right behind me, isn't he?"

Kendall turned, faced with a surprisingly close Wayne-Wayne. "You want trouble-trouble. Ken-dork? Bring it-bring-it."

Upset with how he spoke to Kendall, Emily stood up quickly, stepping in front of Kendall, the boys joining their bud.

"Look, Big Time Rush is more of a four-man band, so we have no interest in a fifth member," Emily told him.

"Great-great," He said back to her, pulling out his phone. "Yo, Grif-Grif, the guys and coffee-girl agree with me-"

"What did he just call her?" Logan asked, leaning into Kendall.

"-five in the band is too many."

"Sounds fresh, Wayne-Wayne," Griffin responded, over speaker, "I'll stop by the studio tomorrow to see which one goes. Grif-Grif, out."

Emily's heart dropped. This time this was her fault. James screamed, holding onto his hair.

As the boys, questioningly looked towards Emily and Wayne-Wayne, the kid pulled out his contract, shoving it towards the girl.

"See, my contract states that I'm guaranteed to front a band. And I pick this band," He told them, Emily nervously biting her tongue.

"Ooh! A contract! We're so scared," Kendall sarcastically retorted, the boys joining in.

Emily leaned back, mumbling to them, "You should be. A contract is a very serious, legally binding document," making the boys stop right away.

"My contract also states that I get a posse," Wayne-Wayne threatened. Three guys, dressed like him, but in white, joined the conversation, backing him up. "Scared now?"

As the boys, hesitantly, started to nod, praying not to get beat up, Emily scoffed and rolled her eyes, "Oh, please, they could take you and your NSYNC wannabe's any day."

James screamed again, while Carlos hit his helmet, and Kendall and Logan tried to pull Emily away before she made it worse for them.

"No," She shrugged them off, turning back to Wayne-Wayne, "As a matter of fact, I have more to say-" She said, stepping closer. As she opened her mouth to roast him again, a hand covered in and two strong arms pulled her backwards against a chest.

Recognizing it to be Logan, she struggled to smack his hand away or break free with Kendall holding her arms.

"Don't listen to her."

"She's sorry."

"Too much coffee today."

"A little crazy."

All the boys started talking over one another, making up excuses for Emily's behavior and apologizing for it. Once it satisfied Wayne-Wayne, he snapped his fingers and him and his posse took off.

After he left, the boys let out sighs of relief, and releasing Emily.

"What were you thinking?" Her and James both yelled.

"You almost got us killed," He said to her.

"Don't be so dramatic," She rolled her eyes at James, turning to Logan and Kendall, "And I swear if either of you do that again-"

"We'll get you coffee," Kendall rushed out.

"Apology accepted."

Carlos spoke up, holding out five camo hats with shrubs on top, "Time to scheme," Carlos smirked.

Each guy grabbed a hat, putting it on and slinking off to behind a wall to spy on Wayne-Wayne at the pool. Carlos dragged Emily along who had so many questions.

"Just put this on!" He snapped, throwing the hat on her head.

"I don't want to wear a shrub hat," She said, grumbling, but keeping it on, and keeping low besides Carlos and Kendall.

"Tree hat," The all corrected her in loud whispers.

A splash caught their attention, seeing Wayne-Wayne had his body guards throw someone out of their pool chair and into the water, making space for their front man.

"Aw, man!" Logan whined, "He even makes sipping out of a coconut look cool."

They all gave Logan a look while Carlos smacked the back of his head.

"Focus!" He snapped, " One of us is going to get kicked out of the band."

"My money's on Logan," James whispered.

"Mean!" Logan snapped back.

"Nobody's breaking us up," Kendall assured them. "We're a team. And we're not afraid of Wayne-Wayne or anybody else."

Scoffing, "You were two minutes ago," Emily reminded him.

"Hey guys!"

The boys all screamed in fear as Camille, wearing a pink wrestlers costume popped up, Emily happily waving back to her.

"Oh, relax, I didn't get the part," She told them. "Maybe throwing the casting director in a head lock was a bad idea," she thought.

"Genius," Emily praised, high-fiving her.

"Camille," Kendall interrupted, pointing behind her to Wayne-Wayne, "we're in an urgent "save our band" mission right now."

She turned, and turned back after seeing the boy in reference, "Hey, when did Wally Dooley move to the Palm Woods?"

"Wally Who-ley?" Logan repeated, speaking in confusion for everyone in tree hats.

"Wally Dooley," Camille repeated, taking another glance, "yeah, he must be up for another bad boy role. We worked together on the Magic Middle School. He played Towel Boy."

"What?" They all asked, in surprise.

Camille brought them inside, to one of the Palm Woods lobby computers and pulled up a clip, with Wally Dooley, aka Wayne-Wayne. A dork who got sprayed with water hoses, magically, but the basketball team.

"So, Wayne-Wayne didn't grow up on the mean streets of Detroit," Logan said.

Camille turned, shaking her head, "He grew up in a mansion in Dallas." Standing, "His dad invented Toast on a Rope."

Kendall, drawing attention, backed up as if he was going outside to confront him, "He's going to kick one of us out of the band?" He asked, rhetorically. "We're gonna kick him out of the band."

Sighing, Emily saw Wally Dooley coming up from behind Kendall, yet again, as he kept talking despite his friends signals to stop.

"We don't need no fakey-fakey, poser-poser- he's behind me again, isn't he?"

"Hey, Wally!" Camille greeted.

In a more cheerful voice, "Hey, Camille!" He turned back to Kendall, "Oh and news flash! This town is full of phonies, and nobody cares! Contract," He mentioned, smiling spitefully. "Hey, what do you guys think of the name Wayne-Wayne Rush?"

"Dude, once Gustavo finds out you're a phony-phony," Carlos said.

"You are out-out," James finished.

"Guys, Gustavo is a joke!" He laughed, "Okay, Griffin has the power and he'll get rid of whoever I say, and I say..." He put the glasses back on, stepping into Kendall, "It's you. And there's nothing you can do about it, because you can't stop the Wayne-Wayne train."

"I can stop it," Emily threatened ready to go forward and break his nose if it weren't for James holding her back.

"Ooh," Wayne-Wayne smiled, "I like 'em feisty, but I'd rather have a coffee with 2 sugars, babe," He retorted, once again, insulting Emily's position and job.

"Talk to her that way again," James threatened.

"And we won't hold her back next time!" Carlos said, smirking.

Furious with how he spoke about Gustavo and Kendall, Emily didn't even think twice about what he said to her. But felt her nerves calm at the boys coming to her defense and still acknowledging her could handle herself.

Wayne-Wayne just rolled his eyes, "A-chugga-chugga-chugga," He started chanting, him and the posse dancing backwards like a train, "chugga- Okay stop this. It's not cool," He said, breaking formation and walking out normally, with the exception of pointing at Kendall.

As soon as he was out of sight, the band and Emily took off running to Rocque Records.

Gathering Gustavo and Kelly into his office, Gustavo was irritated with the sudden disruption, "What?"

"Wayne-Wayne is a total fraud!"

"He wants to kick Kendall out of the band!"

"Really?" Gustavo questioned, "I would've bet on Logan."

Logan, letting out an annoyed fake laugh, "Ahaha, well you would have lost!"

"Wait, woah," Kelly interrupted, catching the real problem, "we can't let Wayne-Wayne kick Kendall out of the band. Gustavo, what are you gonna do?"

He shrugged, "Nothing," and walked out, leaving the rest of the team in shock.

The teens all started shouting, going after him.

"Gustavo, you can't let this poser tell you what to do with your band," Kendall told him.

Gustavo, defeated more than Emily had ever seen, turned around, "It's not my band. Okay? It's Griffin's. Look, I don't know if you've noticed but I haven't had a hit in a while. This band is my ticket back to the top. And until I get back there, what he says goes," he told the teens, not meeting their eyes,

"Gustavo, this band wouldn't even be here if it weren't for Kendall," Emily said, "You told me he was the one you picked to bring back to record solo demos with and demanded you bring them all!" She reminded him, hoping he'd realize Kendall couldn't be kicked out.

"We'll team up," Kendall suggested, making Emily nod excitedly.

"No," Gustavo said, immediately.

"We'll need cool code names. I'll be The Falcon," James said.

"And I'll be The Snowman," Logan joined in.

"And," Carlos said, giddy, "you'll need a tree hat," before slapping a hat on Gustavo's head.

"No tree hats!" He said, throwing his on the ground.

"Look, I was against it too at first, but they're so awesome," Emily gushed.

"Gustavo, we can come up with a plan!" Kendall told him.

Kelly's eyes lit up, "Ooh! They are really good at plans."

"No plans!" Gustavo shouted, "I don't want you hockey-heads pulling any of your schemes or shenanigans that are gonna get me in trouble with Griffin and the record company!" He grabbed Kelly's clip board, writing names on the sheet music, "Now, here are the lyric sheets for the song you're gonna sing for Griffin in one hour."

He wrote and said each name out loud as he handed said boy his lyric sheet. He gave Emily one and told her to make sure they studied them. All looking at their sheets in order, glanced down, and looked back up, "Got it."

Let's Get Rid Of Wayne-Wayne was spelled out on the boys lyric sheets and No Kelly on Emily's.

***

The boys were ready to perform the song for Griffin with Wayne-Wayne.

Emily was finishing up Kendall's eyeliner.

Dressed in all black, bangs combed down, Emily had successfully transformed Kendall into the exterior of the bad boy Griffin wanted.

Their goal: Convince Griffin Kendall as a better bad boy, get rid of Wayne-Wayne, then tell him the stereotypical bad boy look was outdated and overused.

"Close your eyes," Emily told Kendall, as she leaned in, drawing the black marker across his eyelid.

"So," He spoke, eyes still closed, "you know you aren't just a coffee-girl right?" He asked, referencing to what Wayne-Wayne called her earlier.

Taken back, "Of course I know," she told Kendall, "I know my worth. I was upset at how he was talking about Gustavo." She finished, Kendall opening his eyes again.

"You guys are really close, huh?" Kendall thought.

She shrugged, uncomfortable with the conversation on her. "I guess, you'd have to understand our history to get why."

"So tell me why," Kendall said, urging her on.

"No way," She denied, standing him up and walking him towards the rehearsal room to surprise Griffin. "Maybe down the line in our friendship, but not today."

He gave her a small smile, understanding and snapped the leather jacket on, in character, strolling into the room.

When Emily snuck in and stayed against the wall, Kendall was posing, arms crossed, and Wayne-Wayne was shocked. He dropped the headphones, walking to Kendall. The other boys all chanted and cheered as Carlos yelled, "Ooh! It's a bad-boy off!"

"A bad-boy off?" Griffin repeated. "That sounds interesting. Doesn't that sound interesting?"

"You know, one thing I know about bad boys is," Kendall said, grabbing a mic stand and nodding at Emily to move, "they like breaking stuff." He swung the stand into the Platinum Records, shattering the glass and making one fall.

Wayne-Wayne took off his sunglasses in surprise and Emily held in a smile when she heard Gustavo scream in the booth. The group inside came running out into the room, facing Kendall.

"What was that?" Gustavo cried, "You smashed one of my Platinum Records!"

Wayne-Wayne took a harsh breath, taking the mic stand from Kendall, "Oh yeah?" He smashed three more, Gustavo screaming each time.

Kelly jumped on his back, holding Gustavo back.

"Ooh! Round one of the bad boy off goes to Wayne-Wayne. Someone ring a bell," Griffin smiled, his assistant ringing a bell on standby.

"What?" Emily questioned, "He just copied Kendall. Where's the originality?" She questioned.

Griffin turned to her, "Bad boys don't have to be original. Just bad. What's next?"

They got the boys in the recording booth, each about to rap. Wayne-Wayne started off.

"Said I'm Wayne-Wayne on the mic-mic, I'm badder than bad. Said the City is Ours, we're gonna take it like we're mad!"

Kendall came running in, crashing into Wayne-Wayne, knocking him down.

"Eh, your rhymes were weak, mine fit like a glove. Gustavo's got a face, only a mother could love!"

At that, Gustavo screamed again and had to be held back by Kelly, who struggled to keep him down.

"Round two goes to Kendall," Griffin announced, Emily and Carlos fist bumping as the bell rang. "I can't wait for round three."

They all stood outside Gustavo's office. Crashed and loud noises came from inside, startling everyone but none more than Gustavo who attempted to run in.

"He locked it!" Kelly sighed. Gustavo gave a mocking sound, fishing for his keys to unlock the door.

Opening the door, there was sparks and smoke flooding the room. Everything was trashed. Gustavo ran in, screamed, and Kendall emerged, tossing a sledge hammer over his shoulder.

He held out his arms, then posed again. Gustavo ran back out, frantic.

"He destroyed my office, my music awards," He cried, "and he used my drawer as a bathroom!"

"Bad boys go when they want," Kendall said, popping his collar. Emily, mouth opened, turned behind her to James who was equally shocked and pleased.

"That's a new one," Griffin told Logan. "Original, and very, very bad," Griffin said, smiling at Kendall.

Before Emily could call Griffin out for contradicting himself about originality, Wayne-Wayne pushed to the front, looking in the wrecked office.

"I'm the bad boy!" He cried, trying to reason with Griffin. "Me!"

"Dude," Carlos intruded, "he went in his desk."

"I'll show you," He told Carlos. "And I'll show you," to Kendall, "and I'll show all of you! I'll-I'll," He stuttered, thinking of something to do.

He kicked him leg up, straight into Griffin's balls, who groaned in pain. Everyone gasped. Emily had a hand over her mouth and James pulling her back.

From the ground, Griffin motioned towards Wayne-Wayne. His assistants stepped forward and grabbed onto him.

"Too far?" He asked, fearfully while his posse abandon the floor.

Griffin jumped back up, straightening his tie, "You're right, Wayne-Wayne. Big Time Rush, should be only four."

"You can't fire me!" He exclaimed. "You know why? 'Cause I have a contract!" He said, pulling out the document. "You have to put me in the band."

"He's has to put you in a band," Emily pointed out.

"Not this one," Griffin told him, before nodding to Kendall. "They already have a bad boy."

Kendall pointed at himself, victoriously, as Wayne-Wayne was dragged aside, protesting.

"But I don't want to wear these clothes all the time," Kendall slouched, "and I won't turn my back on my friends."

"Fine," Griffin agreed, stepping to Kendall and pulling Emily back into his side, "And you can still date my daughter," he pushed her into Kendall, putting his arm around her.

"I'm still not your daughter."

"-but," He continued, "I won't you know where near my desk. Grif-Grif out." Him and Kendall fist bumped, the turning to leave, Wayne-Wayne being dragged out of the studio, crying that he was the "bad boy" and had a contract as the group waved goodbye to him.

Out of sight, Gustavo spoke up, "You!" He called out Kendall, making the whole group turn around. "Nice work," he said smirking.

The guys and Emily all cheered with Gustavo, ignoring a very confused Kelly.

"Wh- But he smashed- And you were-" She stuttered, peeking into the office, "He went in-"

"I teamed up with the hockey heads cause they do have good plans," He said, making the boys shrug bashfully.

"I was here the whole time. When did you plan this?"

The boys all pulled out their lyric sheets, showing Kelly the message. Emily slowly, and regretfully pulling hers out last.

"Not Kelly?" She read. "Hey! I could've helped. I am part of this team too, you know?"

"Yes, you are," Gustavo told her, "but you're still a horrible faker-liar-actress."

The boys and Emily mumbled in agreement.

Kelly started sniffling, holding a hand to her mouth, looked down, and was crying.

Everyone gave her pitiful looks, waiting for her to stop.

"Yeah, you're right," She admitted, dropping the act.

And they all screamed and cheered at their success.

"Wait!" Emily called out, making them all freeze, "Does know one care that Griffin keeps calling me his daughter?"
