I couldn't remember all of what happened really. It was....I'm not sure really. I only remember sitting there staring at the water then nothing. All I knew was somehow I went form sitting at the edge of the splash pad to somehow sprawled out in the grass and hearing crying.I looked up to see Mars pacing,"Mars what happened?" I asked him tenivly as I trying sitting up.

He looked down at me and looked relieved for all of a second then ran his fingers though his wet hair and sighed. "Well it looked like..."he stopped then started pacing again and talking under his breath.

"Mars?" I tried to stand up but all the blood rushed to my head and I started to fall.

Mars rushs over and sets me back down."Sit back down."

I try fighting him but in the end he won."Can you tell me why you're so antsy?"

He looked at me then away,"I'm not acting antsy."

"Then why is Lyra crying?"I said looking over to the crying girl somehow she made crying look pretty.

"Becuase she's overwhelmed." He said shortly.

Finally I was done"Mars please something happened what was it I can't remember. And this is driving me insane!"

Mars looked surprised to see me rise my voice. "Star..." he started.

"Don't Star me Mars just explain!" I interrupted my anger erupting out of me.

He was trying to clam me down I could see that as he sat down and took my hands in his. Slow he used his powers to make a cold wind to calm me down and one that made Lyra drift off. "Ok," he says softly. "This is what happened we where sitting there and you started to space out staring off at the splash pad all the sudden out the blue some thing happened and the water started flying this way Lyra got pushed over and it went after you."

I stared at him it didn't but did make sense. "So how did that happen?"

He looked at me then away, "I'm not 100% sure."

"What does that mean? You don't know?"

"Yeah I don't know Star."

I felt my panic start to rise what if it was a water failure or we where under attack by some unknown force or perhaps.....it no no no it can't be. I shut out all my thoughts and tried to focus on breathing and asked. "Is there any ideas you could possibly thing of?"

He looked down and said quietly,"Yes."

I lean forward,"what then?"

"Ok so it's stupid but do you remember that old myth?"

"Huh? What old myth there is so many of them." I was so confused where was he going with this.

He half sighs and puts on his teacher face and starts his tale.

So many many many years ago back when we had only just founded the get kingdoms of legends. There was group's of us that had powers unheard of now. Powers over fire. Powers over water. They say it was them that build the kingdom's fueled them and helped make them a safe place. But it they say decades later some think happened no one knows what happened or so they say. But all that's said is that when the disaster that ended the kingdom's of legends and was the last time the power was seen.

"Huh?" I was confused What did a old tale have to do with anything?

Mars stands up and sighs,"I know this doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense to me either but it's the only thing I can think of right now."

I stare up at him. What where my options take what Mars says and figure it out or keep it to myself don't let anyone in or tell mom and dad... "Um ok so how do we figure this out?"

"Well first we have to go to the parking lot since mom and dad will be there soon."
