Personality: Jonathan is quite shy and sweet and a bit of an introvert. He is known to comfort you when you're feeling down and he is just simply adorable. Despite being the cutest thing, he is very protective of his family and will not hesitate to protect them if need be. Johnny is very affectionate and loves to give hugs. He is quite talented in the arts department, having inherit his mothers drawing skills. He likes anime and reading manga and has a large imagination. The one thing he dislikes, is people being over protective of him due to his age and similarities to his deceased uncle Max. No matter what, he loves everyone and everything.

Appearance: Jonathan has fair skin, golden blonde hair, and cerulean blue eyes with long, dark eyelashes. He has a sweet smile and rosy cheeks. His build is slender, but he is getting more of an athletic tone to his body due to his training and has a few runes once he is older. Jonathan normally dresses in casual outfits such as a pale blue long sleeve, beige cargo shorts, and green converse shoes.

Background: Four years after the birth of Victoria, Jonathan and his twin brother Sebastian became a new addition to the Herondale family. As of the first story, he is just starting his Shadowhunter training. When Alec and Magnus find Elizabeth, he goes to meet her and she instantly becomes like a big sister to him. He was very worried about her when he heard that she left and stated that he genuinely cared about her. Once she comes back, him and Sebastian rushes over to her and tells her how much he cares about her.
