3 days have passed and Adrien has awakened but has to stay in the hospital bed to get a good recovery. The doctors checked his heart rate since Ladybug informed them that the Akuma was in his heart and it nearly killed him from being akumatized the longest.

But since then, Ladybug has not been able to visit him personally due to being overcome by guilt. She had no choice since the akuma could have killed him if inside the heart too long. She had to give him the magical charm to protect him from getting akumatized again. So, she decided to pay him a visit to the hospital. She hopes he's not mad at her. He may or may not remember. Most victims remember everything from being akumatized.

Ladybug knocks on the window to his room to get his attention. He heard her and he carefully gets up to open the window for her, still remembering everything when he was Lone Wolf.

"Adrien, thank goodness you're alright!" Ladybug hugged him.

He didn't hug back but he simply let her, "Yeah, I'm fine. What are you doing here?"

"I'm just here to see you, Adrien. Also, I know you're Cat Noir and you were right about me. I was such a selfish insensitive heroine" Ladybug said.

"Mmhmm." Adrien muttered and lies back down on the hospital bed, "Milady, being a hero is not about saving the day, it's about taking responsibility for other people. Ever since you freed me from the Akuma, I now have to live with this trauma. Just like everyone who was akumatized too. You may have saved victims but you can't save them from their trauma" Adrien explained.

"I know. I've failed you and everyone else. How can I ever fix all this?" Ladybug looks down.

"You just have to put the past behind. Being insensitive means you don't take people's feelings seriously. That's not what a true hero does, milady. Sure, even those who are nasty, they just don't have a way of showing pain. Like Chloe for example, she was so close to changing a little when she became Queen Bee but now she sides with our enemy because we betrayed her" Adrien said.

"I suppose. I brought something for you" Ladybug handed him the cat miraculous.

"The cat miraculous? But how?" Adrien was confused.

"Plagg told me he took the ring off just as you got akumatized" Ladybug explained.

He puts it on and in a green flash, Plagg appeared, "Adrien, you're back!" Plagg excitedly said.

"It's good to see you again, Plagg," Adrien said.

"My little kitten" Plagg was happy to see him back to normal.

"Yeah" Adrien puts the ring on his right ring finger.

"And this to protect you" Ladybug hands him the magical charm with a crescent moon on it.

"Thank you" He puts it on.

"You're welcome. I'm so sorry for putting you through all this, even electrifying you to get the amok and akuma out" Ladybug said.

"It's fine, really. I was corrupted by both" Adrien sighs sadly.

"Yeah. Also, Marinette is safe now too" Ladybug said.

"Thank goodness," Adrien said in relief, "But I'm not safe at the mansion. I remember everything" He had his phone with the footage that he copied.

"Footage?" Ladybug pretended to not know.

"Yes, of Lila teaming up with my father, telling Nino he's a bad influence" Adrien showed them, "Lila was the one who framed Marinette. My father hired Lila to keep me away from my real friends. I can't believe my father would do this to me!" His heart monitor beeped rapidly.

"That is enough evidence to put him in jail," Ladybug said.

"But for me, I have nowhere to go," Adrien said sadly.

"Adrien, the Child Protection Service will find a way to get you a real home with a real family to love you. Your father won't be controlling you anymore. He needs to be exposed now." Ladybug suggested.

"Yes, thank you" Adrien smiled.

A while later, the doctors checked Adrien's health and his mental state from his akumatization. They brought in a psychiatrist to ask him questions just to be sure his mind is sane. Apparently, he's not fine because Adrien is angry that his father was using Lila to keep him away from his friends. And for making them feel like bad influences to him.

"Adrien, I can assure you that none of this is your fault. Tell me what can you remember before getting akumatized?" The psychiatrist asked but Adrien was in no mood to talk about it. He just stared at the window.

"Adrien?" The psychiatrist noticed him looking out.

"I was at the photo shoot and I had a mental breakdown" Adrien replied in a monotone.

"I see, And what was it before that?" He asked.

"I was avoiding my classmates as well" Adrien continued.

"Any reason why?" The psychiatrist asked again.

"My father forced me or he would take me out of school and go back to being homeschooled again. I didn't want that!" Adrien sobs.

"Wait a minute. Did your own father do this to you?" The psychiatrist got shocked.

"Yes. Worst of all, this is what he did. On the day of the Oni Chan incident" Adrien hands him the footage of his iPhone.

The psychiatrist watched the footage and then looks up seriously, "I'm calling the police on him"

"It's no use, doc. You need lots of evidence of him and no one is gonna believe that girl. She's a pathological liar." Adrien still looking out the window, "You have no idea what my father is capable of."

"Adrien, this is not healthy for you to live with a parent that is neglecting you. You need a foster family and I'm sure the agents of the Child Protection Service will file your father for emotional abuse. What your father did was very wrong" The psychiatrist said.

"You're right. I've been too naive to see the truth." Adrien lies down on the hospital bed, still wearing the hospital gown, "But who should I live with? My aunt and cousin in London?" He wondered.

"A foster family. Do you have brothers and sisters?" The psychiatrist asked.

"I have no other siblings" Adrien replied.

"How long have you been alone at that mansion?" The doctor asked.

"Ever since my mother disappeared," Adrien said.

"Alright now we're getting somewhere there," The psychiatrist wrote it down.

"What is?" Adrien asked.

"Just about how much you've gone through" The psychiatrist explained.

"Nearly 3 years. I never had a school life, nor friends, nor a childhood, nor birthday parties. My father tells me I'm not like everyone else and I'm just his son. I never believed it, I struggled for freedom to be just myself" Adrien took a heavy sigh, "My friends treated me as a special boy, not some model. My father thinks they are a bad influence to me but he was wrong. I'm just so sick of being perfect! Like I'm never good enough for him!"

The psychiatrist wrote it down as well and lets him continue to say more, "All I want is to be free from all strict rules and emotional abuse" Adrien continued.

The next day, the agents of the Child Protection Service has informed Gabriel Agreste that he's no longer keeping Adrien at the mansion due to his bad parenting. He refused to let them take his son away but what's done is done. They gave him a restraining order to never be near Adrien ever again. The judge court has made its decision to send Adrien Agreste to a foster care in Paris. A nice family where they can raise him with love and attention.

"Well better than being a forced model," Adrien said to himself.

The judge showed Adrien the foster family he'll be living with. A French man and his Spanish wife, along with their daughter.

"Thank you, your honor" Adrien thanked the Judge.

As for Gabriel, he won't be going to jail but they gave him a restraining order. If he ever comes near his son again, he'll serve 3 years in jail. As a result, his company has lost its model boy. But they did replace Adrien with someone who wanted to be a model. A beautiful teenage girl with blond hair and green eyes like his and that she's from Versailles, France.

The judge now questions Lila Rossi for the trouble she caused and that all evidence of her manipulative lies has harmed mostly everyone. Her mother had no idea that her daughter would do such a thing and that she wasn't aware of that. Marinette was the first one to take the stand and tell the court her story.

"It's true, I got nearly expelled for her actions of manipulating everyone against me and faking injuries" Marinette began.

"So, there was no hearing after that?" The judge asked since Adrien was the witness to it and the principal expelled her without a hearing.

"She's telling the truth, your honor. It was a big mistake the principal didn't hear the story first" Adrien stood up.

"I see. A local school board seeking to expel a student must give him or her a hearing before doing so, unless the student is so disruptive or threatening that he or she must be removed from school before the hearing" The judge said.

"Exactly, I hate to say it but our principal did a horrible job," Adrien said.

"No cameras and no lock combinations for lockers?" The judge said.

Both Adrien and Marinette shook their heads. The judge then looks at Lila who was looking pale that she can't tell a lie or she'll face the consequences. Adrien and Marinette told the judge the sincerity and honest truth. Adrien's side of the story was the same with Marinette's side of the story. Adrien also showed the video footage of Lila and his father.

"You know what this means, Lila?" He said with a stern look.

"What do you mean your honor?" Lila asked nervously.

"You are given a 5-year jail sentence," The judge said.

"What?! You can't do this to me!!!" Lila protested.

"It has been decided!" The judge hits the gavel.

I know that judge courts are very much different in France and in countries. I don't know know much about judge courts but I do know a little about facing facts at who is telling the honest truth. So those who are from France, I apologize.
