Thomas kissed me passionately, deeply. It was quite a distraction from him slowly stripping me of my cloths. Before I knew it, I laid bare beneath him.

I looked up at him shyly, "beautiful" he murmered. His fingers were scorching my skin as he left no part untouched. His mouth doing amazing things to my neck.

"Are you sure Amara?" He asked, almost sounding strained. "I won't be able to stop if you don't tell me now."

I looked up at my beautiful mate, "I don't want to stop..... please.." I ached seductively and shivered when he growled low.

He stepped back and I watched as he stripped his cloths away, then his warmth covered me. I had this intense urge to rub against him, to mark my territory.

"Baby....it'll hurt at first, but it won't last." He whispers in my ear as he nips lightly at my lobe.

"I know... I trust you Thomas" I breath out.

He took his time learning every curve of me, just as I did. And before I know it, his K-9s are sunk into the curve of my neck as he joins his body to mine.

The night itself was perfect, and I wouldn't want nor wish to change it one bit. He had taken care of me, and worshipped me like I was his queen and in a way I guess I was.

Falling asleep next to him, with his arm around me gave me a content, whole feeling. I can't quite explain what it feels like. Because this is the first time..

Amara's POV:

I woke slowly, taking in my surroundings when I noticed an arm around my waist. At first I began to panic, but then memories of the night before flooded through my mind. Last night was the best night of my life. I was a bit sore as I sat up and tried not to wince. Looking over I studied Thomas sleeping face.

He was handsome, but while he slept he held a vulnerability that I couldn't exactly explain. He looked peaceful.

Suddenly my bladder started warning me. I slowly removed his hand only to have it tighten around me.

I stopped a giggle, "Thomas.." I said quietly, thinking he may have woke up.

When he didn't move nor speak I tried again.

"Thomas wake up." I tried again to remove his arm but it wouldn't budge.

"Thomasssssss!" I said louder, shaking him slightly.

He grunted and I watched him slowly open his eyes and blink a few times, "hey baby... how do you feel?" He reached out and stroked my cheek.

I couldn't help the instant reaction to his gruff voice with sleep, I shivered. "A bit sore but I'm okay.." I blushed, "I actually need the bathroom.

He chuckled and moved his arm away, and I got up slowly. Remembering I was naked, I ran to the bathroom.

I could hear his laughter as I closed the door. I quickly did my business, washed my hands then decided I would take a warm bath, hoping it would cure my aches. While waiting for the tub to fill I went to the mirror and examined my mark.

I didn't notice the door opening until arms circled around my waist, instantly knowing just who's arms were around me I didn't bother looking at the mirror.

"Hey mate." He growled as he kissed his mark which had me moan and quickly blush. I felt him smile against my neck.

"Come, your bath is ready." He said and helped me into the tub, following behind.

We sat there with steam flying around until it cooled, then Thomas helped me out of the tub and we dressed.

Heading downstairs with food on my mind, I ran into Brian.

"H-hey Brian." I smile.

"Hey Amara." He suddenly took a sniff, "hmm Thomas finally grew some balls eh?" He chuckled when I blushed.

"As long as your happy." He said quietly, patted my head and left.

I walked to the Beta office looking for Thomas. Once outside I knocked and got an imidiant enter. So I walked in.

He looked up and smiled gently at me, "hey baby."

"Hey." I said in return, moving closer to him. He pulled me down to sit on his lap then grabbed the back of my neck and crashed his lips against mine. I responded within a second wrapping my arms around his neck.

We pulled apart when someone knocked at the door, thomas groaning in frustration.

"Enter" he barked.

Brian walks in and smirks when he sees me on Thomas lap.

"Beta, we have a issue.." he said clearly.

Thomas stiffened. "What is it?"

"Some wolves are wanting to enter. They say they are related to Amara.." Brian's says while watching me.

I pale, Thomas must by have noticed because his arms wrap around my waist. "Names?"

"The woman is a Edith and the man is Marcus." Brian's says. I gasp, and lean into Thomas chest which is vibrating with his growl.

"Don't worry baby they can't hurt you anymore.." he whispers in my ear, and I can't reply so I nod.

"I will go to them." Thomas says simply, "don't let them in."

With that Brian leaves, but not before I catch his concerned glance.

"Please Thomas... Be careful..." I whisper in his neck as I nuzzle.

"I will baby don't worry.." he strokes my back soothingly.
