Rice field. Everywhere I see.

In the middle of it, a small wooden house. That is where I live.

I'm Polyanna, a 7 years old girl living in the countryside. A beautiful place. Where birds fly close above our heads and deers jumping in the middle of the road. Not many cars and motorcycles.

But it's home.

A place I grew up in for the last 7 years. A place where I can learn, play, smile, and just be me.

Sure I don't go to school, but my mom is an excellent teacher. Sure I don't have a smartphone, but my friends are enough to entertain me. Sure I have never go out of the village, but one day, I will.

I will travel the world.

I will go to places I have only seen in books. I will see every culture and language. And most of all, I will make my parents proud.
