The Morally Grey Hybrid, Cleo Achen

*Disclaimer/Introduction: This is an old oc, however its been so long I've forgotten her name, but not her face and the backstory I have given her. Her story kind of just pops up in the back of my mind, so I'll be doing a remake of her here until I bring back the Alamea books, as she would be a student at Alvis Academy. She is a demon & ice witch hybrid and has inherited powers from both parents, however she mainly uses a combination of ice magic and mixed martial arts & boxing when fighting. Cleo is also the bodyguard/close friend of another student named Aurora "Rory" Curran, the daughter of a famous hero... that people can only seem to remember the best of. Both are from the country Elocia and Cleo won't hesitate to do what it takes to keep Rory safe, even if it means committing some not-so-savory acts. If you don't want any spoilers for this upcoming oc, only read up to the first clothes section. If you wish to be spoiled for a plot line involving this oc that is meant to be a twist (but I just want to have it written down so I don't forget it lol), then feel free to spoil the surprise for yourselves. Now, without further ado, I present to you Cleo Achen.

Physical Features

Face Claim
A Character(?) From Furyou Michi-Gang Road (if you can find her name/are familiar with the manga, please let me know who she is, I couldn't really find any specifics)

Eyes
Cleo has amber brown irises that when they catch the sunlight just right, they almost turn gold. Whenever she uses her ice powers, her eye color becomes a bright blue that almost looks white.

Hair
She has medium-length, choppy brown hair with a couple of untameable cowlicks that always makes her hair look disheveled, like she'd just rolled out of bed, maybe ran a hand or brush through her hair once or twice, and proceeded on with the rest of her routine. She usually leaves it down, only ever pulling it back into a high ponytail when training.

Facial Features
Cleo has a mix of (what we'd call in our world) German & Japanese features. She has roundish-upturned type eyes along with thin eyebrows, long eyelashes, and single eyelids. She has high cheekbones and angular features.

Skin Color & Body Type
She has a warm beige tanned skin tone with a warm undertone that become a couple shades darker when she's out in the sun or near large, hot sources of fire for long periods of time. She is more muscular than one would initially presume with how she often hides her body with long-lengthed or baggy clothing. Her body is a lean, athletic, ideal fighting machine capable of taking hits like nothing before dealing out her own blows. She has wide hips and roughly D-cup breasts. Cleo stands at around 5ft 4in when not wearing heels and is around 20-23 years old.

Clothing
She lives in Alamea during a modern-fantasy setting, so she wears modern casual clothing. She typically wears feminine-styled clothing that prioritizes comfort and being easy to slip on and off. Because she's from Elocia, she tends to have a lot more winter/fall clothing as well, like sweaters, leggings, jackets, and boots. Since Alvis is warmer than Elocia, she has been slowly switching out her wardrobe for more spring/summer clothing, but if she ever gets warm she'll just roll up her sleeves, carry her jacket/sweater or tie it around her waist. She doesn't prioritize jewelry nor accessories, and much of her closet is styled by her friend Aurora as she doesn't really care about being fashionable, her only requirements being that its comfortable and easy to move around in

Member of King Paiyon's Court, Reina Schön

Daughter of powerful witch and King's Consort Emilia Schön & adopted daughter of King Paiyon, she is also a member of Paiyon's security team/bodyguard unit.

No one knows that the King's Champion & his adopted daughter are the same person except for the King, his Consort, and Reina herself. Reina is half memory demon, a demon that feasts on memories and can grow more powerful with how many memories they've consumed, especially powerful ones that hold a lot of significance to its original owner. Reina is one of the most powerful that are alive today, as she's been alive for at least a few centuries and has feasted on the memories and souls of heroes and challengers that failed to best her in the ring.

Physical Features

Face Claim
Unknown (I can't remember who the artist is or if this is for someone else's oc, I think I found her on pinterest but the watermark is DeviantArt, so I don't know how to credit this). Also, due to her nature, she can change her look at any time she wishes, she just usually settles on this.

Eyes
Reina has scarlet eyes like those of her birth father; at least, the form that he had taken on when he was with her mother. In her human form her eye color is a more muted wine red color while in her demon form/when she feels extreme emotions, it's a simmering dark blood-red.

Hair
Slightly longer-than-medium-length wavy black hair that's a little more stylized and orderly than when she's Cleo. She usually has it down with only rarely having it braided, and that's only when her mom asks if she can braid her hair (and Reina just can't say no to her mom).

Reina has a mix of (what we'd call in our world) German & Japanese features. She has almond-upturned type eyes along with medium thick eyebrows, long eyelashes, and single eyelids. She has high cheekbones and angular features.

Skin Color & Body Type
She has an almond tan skin tone that has warm underones and can become a few shades darker when she's out in the sun or near large sources of heat and fire for long periods of time. She has a very fit physique due to how she stays in shape to make sure she's ready for any fight and is able to protect her family. She has a lean, athletic body that she hides behind the tailored suits she usually wears decorated with pieces of functional armor as accessories. She stands at around 6ft 4in in her human form, 7ft even in her demon form (including her curled, sunburnt-dark red horns). In her demon form, she has pointed ears like an elf's as well as a demon tail that's roughly 3ft long. As Anamnesis, she's roughly 9ft tall in the armor.

Clothing
Once again, Reina values comfort, practicality, and mobility when it comes to her clothing. Because she's associated with high-ranking members of the Perdition Kingdom, her clothing is more refined and stylish to reflect that standing. As previously mentioned, that consists of tailored suits often pairwd with practical armor pieces as accessories. She only dabbles in dresses for formal events.

Anamnesis is only ever seen wearing the elaborate armor below.

Armor Claim

Magic/Abilities
Reina uses a mix of her ice and demonic magics similarly to Cleo, however she also focuses on using them to disorient or put a divide between her and her attackers. Anamnesis is where she focuses primarily on swordplay and her demonic magics, manipulating her opponents and even the memories of the audience, as each challenge is usually carried out in an arena where multiple high-ranking demons come to watch the challenges.

The ** means that these are the primary moves/abilities Reina uses during matches as Anamnesis to make sure others don't pick up on the idea that she is Anamnesis, though she may use the same abilities to a lesser degree if she needs to in her other identities/forms.

**Battle Mimicry
She can quickly learn and implement the combat methods her opponents use, adapting to avoid their blows while delivering harsh ones of her own before they can recover... or maybe she'll let them recover. The audience often demands a show, after all. All skills and techniques learned this way stays stored inside her memory and reflexes, even more so if she devours the memories of her opponent to know every single trick they do

**Swordsmanship
She is a talented swordsman, learned in all the ways of the sword. Her favorite/most iconic weapon is the whip sword, a sword that break apart and reach for opponents trying to keep their distance (plus it was apparently what her armor claim uses and I think its a cool/fun aesthetic)

**Memory Shabti
If she is facing a trickier opponent, she may summon what she calls memory shabtis: memories of past opponents that she's already devoured given physical form, able to think and act on their own but only able to attack who she points them at. She calls them shabti after the Cerrejon (Egyptian) dolls that past pharaohs would be buried with to help with tasks and farming in the afterlife because they're helping her "farm" more memories and souls to devour and make her grow stronger. With memory shabtis that get shattered during a challenge, she is unable to summon that particular shabti for a while. She can even make memory shabtis of herself and can make any shabti appear as realistic and living if she so wished, or at the other spectrum make them wispy, shadowy versions of themselves that makes it more difficult for opponents to land blows on them while they can become physical at the last second to deliver a killing blow.

Shape-shifting
Reina can easily shape-shift into any form she wishes, whether that be another person or someone she's created in her mind. Once she shape-shifts, its hard to identify her because of the glamor that comes with the technique she uses, so even if her human forms look similar, no one would be able to tell the difference no matter if they know either identities. She can look like any age she chooses as well and can switch between looks in the blink of an eye.

Memory Absorption & Manipulation
As a being that is half memory demon, she has to absorb memories in order to grow stronger and maintain her power. The way she can obtain memories is either through deals, like if someone wants themselves or someone else to forget about certain events, she will do so and devour those memories (as well as parts of their soul if not the whole thing); or how now she can actually absorb and manipulate memories that she is a part of, able to make close friends forget she ever existed or to make strangers think that she's always been their loyal friend. Manipulating memories isn't really hard for her if they're more recent ones, but she always has to be careful to make sure the manipulation is unable to be detected and feels natural to the person she's manipulating so they don't start questioning gaps in memory or think that "their" memories don't make sense because it could lead to some nasty "side-effects".

Ice Magic/Cryomancy
She can control existing and manifest her own ice & snow, able to make constructs like barriers or weapons that work as they would if they were made out of metal. She can summon blizzards, make a room feel bone-chillingly cold at the drop of a hat, freeze the blood inside a person (slow enough for them to barely notice before dropping dead or instantly to kill them) and can imprison people on a frozen block of ice that almost looks like a coffin (and can even choose to kill them instantly in their little ice prison or keep them inside alive, slumbering until she or someone else frees them no matter how many years its been since they were imprisoned inside it. She can even control how aware they are while being frozen, cruelly letting them feel the years pass by if she wants to punish them in particular before killing them). She can also encase parts of her body like her fists or feet to reinforce her strikes. She can also use existing elements like water and turn them to ice or snow if she so chooses and can even curse people/towns to experience particularly bad winters.

Enhanced Abilities
Super strength, speed, agility, flexibility, senses, durability, and endurance.

Teleportation
She can teleport any distance but can only carry herself and the items on her person

Typhokinesis
The ability to control and manipulate smoke, even being able to make her body become smoke to evade blows. Her smoke appears black with red cinders flickering in the darkness

Voice Mimicry & Projection
She can mimic other voices perfectly and can make them sound like they're coming from wherever she wants them to, even able to make the voices sound muffled like they're outside the door
