Genesis 20:1

Abraham made two mistakes here:
1. Failure to ask God for directions
2. The false description of sarah.

1. We must be careful not to tell a half lie
2. Leader's sin rub off on the followers, take Abraham and Isaac for example
3. Do not follow the multitude to do evil. I.e Sarah followed Abraham to do evil and also Rebecca with Isaac.
4. Do not fear people.
5. Be careful not to put a block on our brethren's way.

Restitution of Abimelech in response to God's correction.

Restitution is an evidence that someone has met with the Lord. Restitution is made by those who are born again.
Genesis 20:24.

Genesis 20:14 And Abimelech took sheep, and oxen and menservants, and womenservants, and gave them to Abraham and restored him Sarah his wife.
