The walls. We live in them, just like cattle. We cower behind them, pray for our lives, this is our world, But, it's owned by titans. Giant humanoid creatures that eat humans. Hundreds of years ago, mankind was hunted to near extinction, but we've build walls, so we never had to worry about them since.

A 17 year old girl named Sum was bringing wood back to her house. She heard a priest shouting about praying. "I'm an athiest, not like it matters to me" She mumbled. "Oh, crap!" Sum shouted and she dropped the wood. She heard people say stuff like "Clumsy" so she scrambled to pick it up "At least I can be late, no one will be home anyways" She sighs.

"Prayers! Don't forget to say your prayers! For your family, and the survey corps for who venture outside the walls!" Rose heard a priest shout. Rose shrugged it off and bought bread from a stand. Rose bought her bread, then started walking, but stopped and made eye contact with some girl who dropped her wood. "I'll just finish shopping" Rose muttered. Soon she had a basket full of food, then she walked home. When she got home, she put the food away, and went for a walk.

Sum got home and made a fire, as she cought a glance of someone stalking her through a window. She just ignored it for now. "Finally I can burn in this hell hole" Sum said to herself. The person was still stalking her. Sum walked out of her house to check it out. "What are you doing?" Sum asked the boy. "I only wanted food" the stalker mummbled.
"That's-!" Sum was cut off by a rummbling. Rose was walking by and saw the two. Rose looked at the wall "Crap!" She shouted. Rose ran over to Sum and the stalker. "RUN!" Rose screamed. They ran, but the stalker got crushed by a boulder. "DON'T STOP, AND KEEP RUNNING!" Rose shouted in a panic, then ran off to do something.
Rose ran to her house, and Sum followed.
Rose grabbed her little brother Adam. And handed him to Sum. "W-what going on!?" Adam started crying. " We need to get out of here!" Sum yelled! A giant foot then slammed down. A boy followed them. They all ran for their lives.

"WHAT are these things!?" Adam asked, still crying. "Titans I believe!" Sum answered, helping an injured women. "THERE, THE BOATS!" The random boy yelled.
