Back to Kira's pov ;

I was running.
I didn't know what exactly was chasing me, but I could tell it was something dark, something with the intent to kill.

I was terrified, and kept pushing my already weak legs to carry me further. I could feel it getting closer now, and I felt fear snake down my spine. It grabbed me by my hair, and slammed my body to the nearby tree.

I saw stars behind my eyelids, and groaned at the pain that shot through every part of me.

"Do you think you can get away ?!", It snarled. 

My head spun, and I felt blood trickle down my nostrils.

"Do you think you can get away from me you stupid healer ?!", It growled, and slapped me so hard across my cheek. I wept, and tried to stop the next slap, but I couldn't. My head hit the tree due to the force of the second slap, and for a minute my world went black.

It hit me again, and again at different parts of my body till I could no longer scream, till pain was all I could feel, and my entire body was covered with blood.

I touched my abdomen. My baby. I wept more, someone please save my child.

"That's enough Jace ! Bring her to the others", I heard another voice.

" But Master Zethar ... ".

"I said that's enough ! ".

I heard footsteps, and I could tell that whoever it was that had stopped the monster that had been hitting me, had walked away.

Wait Zethar ... I knew I had heard that name somewhere, but where ?

I yelped when I was pulled up by my hair, till I was face to face with the monster.

He had dark piercing eyes, long blood stained fangs, and a smile that only promised evil.

"I'll make sure to drain you myself hunter !", He snarled, and I  whimpered.

He chuckled darkly.  "But first ... ".
It happened so fast my brain didn't even have the time to register everything, but the next second I was on the ground, and he had unfastened his belt, and pulled out his penis.

I screamed as he pulled me closer to him, and began to rub his disgusting organ on my face.

"I'm going to make you regret ever running off, stupid bitch !".

"Please let me go ! ", I cried, and begged, "I'm sorry ".

Was this a dream ?

Someone please wake me up !

But why doesn't it feel like a dream ? Why did my entire body hurt more than it ever had ?
WHAT THE FUCK WAS GOING ON ?!

"Don't worry hunter, I'll let you go after this. Now open your stupid mouth ! ".

I struggled against him, but that only made him hit me more, and he seemed to like it.

"You want this the hard way don't you ?!", He growled, "Well then, I'd be happy with that too ".

Then he grabbed my chin, pulled my mouth open before he shoved his entire dick in my mouth. He groaned, as tears rolled down my cheeks, and I still struggled against him. Somehow, I still managed to keep screaming despite him being inside my mouth, and I could tell he liked it.

"Yeah ", he groaned, "Keep it up hunter ! Never knew a healer's mouth can feel so good ".

I began to gag, as I struggled for air but he didn't budge just held me still.

He laughed as I began to see dark spots dancing across my vision. Then he pulled out, and I only had time to suck in a breath before he shoved his dick back into my mouth again, grabbed my hair painfully, and began to use my mouth harshly.

At a point I got weak, and all I could do was cry as kept shoving his dick in and out of my mouth.
It took forever before he held me still, and I could feel him pulsing in my mouth, before he shot his semen into it.

He groaned, and pushed me off immediately.
I cried, coughed severally, and spat out his junk.

"That was good hunter ", he chuckled, as he fastened his belt.

I felt used, abused, filthy, but I had to be strong for my child.

"I can't wait to find out what your blood tastes like, now get up bitch !", He growled, and yanked me up. I barely scrambled to my feet before he started moving too fast for my feet to keep up. I gave up, and just let him drag my body along with him.

Soon enough, I heard people's screams, and groans of agony. I lifted my eyes off the ground, and saw hunters being shackled, and bound together. He shoved me into the arms of another vampire, and I shuddered.

Would he do the same thing to me ?

I didn't dare look up to see what the vampire that carried me looked like, he didn't say a word to me, and that made me more tense.

All I could hear was screams of the hunters, laughter of the vampires, and my heart bleeding.
All was lost.

"Stand !", The vampire ordered. And although it brought great pain to me, I tried to but my legs shook, and gave away beneath me. But surprisingly, he caught me in his arms, and that was when I looked at his face.

His hair was brown, his eyes were a beautiful crimson, and although he looked really young, his eyes showed wisdom beyond his years.

"Demon stop wasting time, and chain that woman to the others !", A familiar voice ordered.

The demon nodded, "Yes master Zethar ", he looked at me, "Don't make this harder than it needs to be healer ".

I cried, "My baby. Please save my baby ".

He frowned.

"Devon ! ".

"I'm sorry master ", Devon said, and began to drag me to where other healers were, but I noticed he was being gentle with me.

We got there, and he took my right hand, and shackled my wrist to someone else's, and shackled my left wrist to another healer's wrist, and left without another word.

I looked around, and tears welled in my eyes. All was lost.

Every healer was shackled to another, till we had formed a circle. Some healers were bleeding more than the others, some were barely holding on to life, and some were already on the ground dead. I turned to the vampires that I had been shackled to, and found out the one on my left was already dead, and the one on my right had this far away look his eyes ... Like he was there, but at the same time wasn't.

All because we failed to bring back the soul of the banished demi god, Zalas.

"I have no use for any of you anymore on earth !", The vampire Zethar started. He was standing at the center of the circle we had formed.
" But I do have one message for you all to send to God when you get to heaven ".

I heard laughter.

"Tell God that Zalas shall rise again, and when he does, vampires shall reign over heaven, earth, and the entire universe ", he smiled wickedly , "Now have a nice trip ", he said.

Vampires attacked us.
The next second blood was pouring everywhere, all I could hear was screams, all I could smell was death.

Where was God that sent us to earth ?

I could see vampires ripping off the heads of some healers, slicing them in half, ripping their hearts out, ripping out their eyes, or different parts of their bodies. Bodies dropped at every corner I turned.

The vampire Jace that had assaulted me earlier began walking towards me, and fear had me trembling uncontrollably. He was going to kill my child ... I was barely four months pregnant.

His fangs were blood stained, and he had blood dripping down his hands.

"Now to find out what your blood tastes like ", he snarled, and grabbed my neck before burying his fangs in my vein. I screamed at the pain, as he groaned, and began to drink my blood.

With each gulp he took, I felt weaker and weaker, and closer to death.
My eyes met Devon's, and he had sympathy written clearly on his face.

"I'm sorry", he mouthed. I knew there was nothing he could do to help me, or my child.

"My baby ", I mumbled weakly.

Jace removed his fangs from my neck, but still kept his hand around my neck to hold me still.

"Are you pregnant ?", He asked.

All I could do was stare at him.

"You won't answer ?", He chuckled, "Well then I guess I have to find out myself ".

And he shoved his hand into my stomach. I didn't know how possible it was, but I screamed. My eyes somehow met Devon's, and then suddenly I couldn't feel anything. Devon's face contorted in pain, and I realised that he was taking my pain.

Why would a demon do that ?

Jace pulled out his hand, ripping my entire stomach open. I still couldn't feel or hear a thing, but I felt a tear roll down my cheek before everything went black. I died.

Everything vanished, and I was shaking on the ground.

What the hell was going on ?

I was no more chained, no vampires or healers were around. I touched my stomach still there, but I tasted salt in my mouth. I had been crying ?

Was that a dream ?
I looked around. It wasn't, I was still in the forest, but alone. What kind of joke is this ?

"Devon !", I screamed. I just saw him, not him though, a younger version, but it was still him. Where was he ?

Instead of Devon, the dead people appeared, and the one in front of me had a huge hole on her stomach.

I didn't know why at first, but I just started crying.
"Please I don't know what's going on, but please take me back ".

"My child ", the woman in front of me said, "They ripped my child out of me ".

And that's when it dawned on me that everything hadn't been a dream. The pain, the sorrow, the torture, everything was way too real to be a dream. I had seen what the vampires had done to them, I had lived it through the woman in front of me.
They were the healers.

I wept.
"I'm so sorry", I told her, "I'm so sorry ", I said to all of them.

" You can't run from your destiny Kira ", they chanted.

I nodded, "I won't run. I promise,
just please take me back to safe land.
I'm begging you".

"The prophesy must be fulfilled ", they chanted.

I could only cry. "Please just take me back ", I begged.

"Without you, heaven and Earth shall perish. You can't run from your destiny ".

I felt something wet begin to pool at my feet, I looked down, and saw blood.

"No !", I screamed, "Just take me back !".

"Avenge us Kira !", They chanted.

"Just take me back please ", I pleaded.

But they didn't. I felt something grab my leg.

"Avenge us !", They repeated.

That was all I heard before I was pulled away.
