In celebration of me hitting over 500 followers, here is a Seungmin x Jeongin filler! I realise that I haven't showcased this pair literally AT ALL except for that one time in the second book after Hyunjin, Seungmin, Felix and Changbin were back in District 9 after they got captured haha. This might be a bit on the short side though, as it is just a filler ^ω^

Seungmin sat awake on the bed next to a fast asleep Jeongin who slept peacefully, like a baby. Seungmin smiled down at Jeongin, running his hands through the younger's soft, dark hair. Jeongin shuffled closer to Seungmin then, humming softly as he snuggled into Seungmin's side.

However, what was going on inside Jeongin's head was a different story.

The war that had happened a year ago affected everyone, especially the younger ones who were involved. Not everyone who fought on District 9's side were adults, some where barely 14, but they could fight.

Unfortunately, it took a toll on Jeongin, and the poor boy was having nightmares every other night. Well, they were more like memories, but they had twisted themselves into nightmares.

Every other night, Jeongin relived it inside his head. Not exactly the entire thing though, just snippets, but the one that stuck out the most was the bodies of countless young teenagers that were piled up and burned.

Jeongin could hear the screams and pleas to help ringing in his ears, and as he awoke and shot up into a sitting position with a short scream escaping him, he still felt like he was there. He could still hear and feel everything. Red spots of blood faded in and out of his vision as he quickly looked around the room.

"Hey, Innie, hey, look at me babe" Seungmin tried to shake Jeongin out of whatever he was in.

Jeongin snapped out of it as Seungmin's soothing voice reached his ears, and he turned his head to face the older with tears in his eyes.

"M-Minnie" Jeongin whimpered, a pained expression in his face as he turned around and climbed onto Seungmin's lap.

"Jeongin, what's wrong?" Seungmin frowned worriedly.

"I-I had that nightmare a-again" Jeongin sniffled, swallowing the lump in his throat.

"Awe baby" Seungmin sighed softly, wrapping his arms around Jeongin's middle and pulled him closer.

Jeongin wrapped his arms around Seungmin's neck, his heartbeat racing and his breathing ragged and uneven.

"Babe, calm down, it's okay" Seungmin spoke softly, knowing loud noises could make things much worse.

Jeongin tried to steady his breathing, but he couldn't. It was like his body was going against him, like he was having a panic attack. Seungmin cursed inwardly, wracking his brain. Suddenly, Seungmin suddenly leaned in...

And promptly crashed his lips onto Jeongin's.

Jeongin squeaked in surprise, but quickly relaxed and kissed back. Now that had definitely worked, because Jeongin's heart rate returned to normal.

Their lips moved in sync, Jeongin humming contentedly into the kiss. Seungmin's hands then suddenly slipped down to Jeongin's butt, and the older of the two gave it a gentle squeeze. The action caused a tiny moan to escape Jeongin, and Seungmin broke the kiss, looking sheepish.

"Sorry Innie" Seungmin chuckled.

"It's okay Minnie, you're allowed to do that" Jeongin smiled.

Seungmin smiled back, and once again captured Jeongin's lips in a sweet, passionate kiss...

Aha, yeah...sorry for the shortness but this is just a filler so >~< a tip; filler chapters are good with helping with writers block. I found that out when I read the How To Write Fanfiction book UwU that's actually a really helpful book, so I definitely recommend it ehe
