"Please return to HD Academy immediately. Dr. Ziggurat wants to see you."

"Ziggurat wants me?"

[ Then at the Dungeon Gym with Team GanGan Galaxy - ]

"Hey there, Coach!" Masamune said as the whole team came inside the gym

"Knock knock!" Madoka said as Gingka spoke

"We'd like to use the gym again, okay?" Gingka said

"Hey, you're the early birds, aren't you? Ha ha! I gotta say, you kids love Beyblade, that's for sure!" Coch Steel said

"May I use the maintenance room again today, please?" Madoka asked Coach Steel to use the Maintenance Room

"Sure! Use whatever you need!" Coach Steel said

"Thank you so much!" Madoka thanked Coach Steel. "Yu? Tsubasa?"

"Mhm! We gotta hurry if we're gonna repair Libra and Eagle." Yu said

"Check!" Tsubasa agrees as he and the others head towards the maintenance room except Gingka, Masamune, Dekarusu, Yuuki and Kenta

"And please hurry, will ya? It's really boring having with only Masamune as a training partner." Gingka said

"What did you say?!" Masamune said to Gingka

"There are other bladers than Masamune here, you know!" Dekarusu said

"Don't forget about me and Sagittario!" Kenta said as he showed his Bey

"Same here with me and Zekken too! Right, Big Bro Dekarusu." Yuuki smiled as she shows her Bey as well

"Of course, Yuuki. You wanna go?" Dekarusu asked Yuuki to a battle

"Yeah, that's right! Wanna give it a go?" Gingka said to Kenta

"What a second!! I wanna battle too, you guys!" Masamune felt left out as he got his friend's attentions

"Everyone is really focused. It's so different when they're battling like this. Even so... Owen, you're tense. Loosen up a bit." Coach Steel said to Owen

[ Then at the Maintenance Room... where Madoka's fixing up Libra's "Flame" Fusion Wheel... Tsubasa's analyzes Eagle's status and Yu... is getting impatient - ]

"Hey, aren't you done with that yet?" Yu asked as he hear the other bladers battling. "Oh... oh, they're so lucky! I wanted to get on the battling too, right now!" Yu complains

"Just be patient, Yu. The damage done to our Beys durning the battle with the Garcias was worse than we expected." Tsubasa said to Yu

"We're just lucky that this gym has all of the equipment that we need to fix them. At this rate, I should be able to have them completely repaired by the time the competition starts." Madoka said as Yu was quickly excited

"Oh, that's great news, Madoka!" Yu was happy

"Yeah, you really saved our skins. We're lucky to have you!" Tsubasa said as Madoka blushes

"Where's all of this coming from? Is it hot in here?" Madoka giggles

"Hm?!" Dekarusu suddenly look at the maintenance room. ("My "Madoka Senses" are tingling... what's going on in there?!") Dekarusu thought to himself as Yuuki spoke to him

"Dekarusu? You good?" Yuuki asked him

"Huh? Yeah, I'm good..." Dekarusu said as he focus on the battle

[ Then as the scenery changes... to an unknown area... it looks like a whole town in the middle of nowhere. The "HD Academy" Hideout... where bladers train their bodies and mines to get stronger. Then with Zeo now, heading to Dr. Ziggurat... ]

"How's the development of "Evil Befall," and "Hades Kerbecs" coming along?" Dr. Ziggurat asked

"Good. Currently, Evil Befall's development has progressed to 76%. The "Wing System" is now complete, sir."

"Hades Kerbecs is at 85%. Work is progressing smoothly."

"How is the development of Damian's Arrangement coming along?" Ziggurat asked

"8 hours remained until arrangement completion, sir. Final adjustments are being made while waiting for his Bey to be completed."

[ The boy who's named - "Damian" was sleeping inside the "Arrangement Chamber" - ]

"The "Excalibur" is near at hand. Please continue with this rate of progress." Ziggurat orders

~"Yes sir."
~"Yes sir."

[ Then Zeo appears in Ziggurat's presence. ]

"You wanted to see me, Dr. Ziggurat?" Zeo said

"You have come at a good time, Zeo. We are just about to get started here." Ziggurat said as Zeo looked at the screen, and he was shocked as he sees Ryuga - His aura shrouded around his body.

"......" Ryuga was standing there, waiting for anything to happen, then a couple of machines launched multiple Beys at once at the stadium. "Hmph! Not this again." Ryuga was not impressed as he grabbed L-Drago and throws it at the stadium, spinning very slowly and wobbly

"Hehehe!" A pink-haired guy was watching Ryuga as he chuckled

CLASHED! CLASH CLASH - WOBBLING! CLASHED! CLASHED-! WHIRS FASTER!!

[ As L-Drago allowed itself to get hit on purpose many times... the other Beys started to lose its Spin Strength. Then L-Drago begin to spin even faster than before, which led Zeo surprised as he witnessed everything...]

"What kind of Bey is that thing?!" Zeo was amazed by L-Drago

"That is Ryuga's "Meteo L-Drago". It steals the opponent's Spin Strength and turns it into its own Spin Strength. What could once only be accomplished using the "Dark Power"-"

"Now can be done using only it's own power! This Bey is a menace." Ziggurat said as all the other beys except L-Drago sleep-out, while peacefully rubbing his pet. "But what I want to know about right now isn't that. What we need is data on the power held by a "Reverse Rotating" Bey. The Power of the "Ultimate Reverse Rotating" Bey could become an obstacle to our goal. Your job is to battle with L-Drago so we can learn everything about the "Reverse Rotating" Bey. Can you do that?" Ziggurat said to Zeo, ordering him to face against Ryuga and L-Drago

"Leave it to me, Doctor!" Zeo accepts the task

"That's excellent. I have prepared your arrangement, now go receive it." Ziggurat said

"I don't need someone like that!" Zeo refused to receive the "Arrangement"

"?" Ziggurat looked at Zeo through his glasses

"Those guys Dekarusu and Gingka faced Ryuga and Gingka defeated Ryuga without the Arrangement! So I'm going to show you that I can defeat him with only my own strength, too!" Zeo exclaimed to Ziggurat that he can defeat Ryuga without the "Arrangement"

"With only your own strength, you say? What a silly idea that is. Aren't you forgetting something, my little friend?"

"Argh!"

"Why do you think I brought you here - Someone who had no real ability or skills? It is because you happen to be that value one in a million that is compatible with the "Arrangement System." That's why! We can't have you forgetting that now." Ziggurat said

"I'm not your Guinea Pig, Doctor!" Zeo said

"So you're not worried about Toby's Health, then?" Ziggurat said as Zeo was confused as he said those words

"The reason he is able to receive the best cutting-edge care, is because you are cooperating with me, understand?"

"Ugh! I don't have time for this. I've got work to do!" Zeo was angry as he walked away from Ziggurat's presence

"...He is troublesome." Ziggurat said as a Bey suddenly stopped spinning, and the only Bey spinning was L-Draco

"So boring." Ryuga said as he hear someone clapping their hands. "Hmm?" Ryuga looks up and sees someone watching him.

"Wonderful! Excellent! As expected of Mr. Ryuga. A training machine Bey is simply no match for you. Is it?" The pink-haired person is named "Jack"

"Grrr!" Ryuga growled as L-Drago suddenly spins faster and it dashed out the stadium and it aimed towards Jack and it cracked a glass. Jack laughs as Ryuga catches L-Drago. "I don't plan on going along with these meaningless battles forever, hear me? Hurry up and battle me!" Ryuga demands

"I'm really so sorry. Unfortunately, that is not possible right at the moment. I believe I have told you that before, haven't I?" Jack said as a flashback revealed Ryuga meeting up Jack. Ryuga was surprised as he prepared to take aim but Jack didn't have his Bey, mocking him. "My Bey is not yet complete, so you'll just have to wait. Once "Evil Befall has been completed, I will paint your own personal picture of Hades on the canvas known as the stadium, please rest assured!" Jack said

"What did you say?" Ryuga said

"Oh, there's no need to make such a threatening face. Because, today, in my place...-"
DOOR OPENS!
"One of our HD Academy's elite bladers will face you in a battle!" Jack chuckled evilly as Zeo approached Ryuga, to battle him. "Be careful, Mr. Ryuga. Not even your L-Drago steal the power of Zeo's Flame Byxis. It could be even before battling me, it'll be the end. We'll just might see you be defeated right here, right now." Jack said as Ryuga was ready to battle

"Mmm! Enough talking. Let's do this!"

"Just you wait, Ryuga. I'll show you own power without the arrangement!" Zeo narrated

"(Ryuga... the man who fought Dekarusu at the semifinals... and Gingka in the Battle Bladers Final. It's yours, Gingka and Dekarusu's fault that Masamune left!)" Zeo said as he remembered Masamune claiming he will defeat Gingka and Dekarusu. "I will not forgive Masamune! Or the ones who took Masamune from us! I'm talking about Gingka... Dekarusu! And you too, Ryuga! You three are guilty!" Zeo said as he take aim

"Huh?" Ryuga's surprise ad he sees the Byxis' Spin Track so tall

"I will show you my power, Ryuga! The one that should've had a shot for Number one in the world and fought alongside with Masamune is me!" Zeo said

"Hmph! I have no idea what you're talking about, sonny. So hurry up and launch!" Ryuga was taking aim

"No problem-! Theee! Two! One-!

~"Let it rip!" Ryuga said
~"Let it rip!" Zeo said
DOUBLE LAUNCHED!!

"Go hard, Byxis!"

DASHED-! CLASHING!!! THUD- CLASHED!! THUDDED! STEERED-!

"Where you going?" Ryuga smirked as L-Drago dashed towards Byxis

"Huh?" Ryuga was shocked as his attack didn't have any effect somehow

"Huh! It's no use. Even a Fusion Wheel with rubber on it that steals an opponent's power doesn't work against my Flame Byxis!" Zeo said in his confident tone

"Hmph! I see it now! So that's what's happening!" Ryuga said

"No matter how strong L-Drago's attack is, if it doesn't reach the opponent's Fusion Wheel, it has no effect. How will he fight with Byxis' 23 millimeter Spin Track? As his opponent, I'd like to know." Ziggurat said while smirk evilly

"It doesn't matter how many times you attack, it won't affect Byxis!" Zeo said as Ryuga smiled

"You we're probably planning on deliver a wicked attack to Byxis' Spin Track, and upset its balance l, weren't you? But, unfortunately for you, Byxis is also able to control its opponent's movement to deflect an attack!" Zeo explains Byxis' ability

"In addiction, Byxis' Fusion Wheel also has 4 weights place in it that produce a strong centrifugal force, giving it limitless supply of strength and stamina! When facing a short Attack-Type that loses stamina quickly, like L-Drago, Byxis is an absolutely invincible Bey! So, what will you do? How in the world do you plan to fight Byxis, Ryuga? Please show me!" Ziggurat explains more information about Byxis' stats and abilities, as he's thrive to know what's Ryuga's plan to win against Flame Byxis

[ The whole stadium looks like Byxis' Compass Needle... looks truly amazing. ]

"Now then, keep circling like that, wasting your stamina, and be the first to use up all your power without being able to do anything! You cannot defeat my Byxis! Don't you get it?" Zeo said to Ryuga

"Boring?!" Zeo question

"Waiting for the opponent to run out of stamina in order to win with a sleep-out is so lame! Is that the way you fight all the time, pal?" Ryuga said

"So what if it is?" Zeo said

"Bringing your own strength out to the fullest and completely defeating your opponent with the power of your very own Bey, that is a battle! That is a Bey Battle! Trying to win without fighting squarely is pathetic; That is now a total amateur thinks!" Ryuga insults Zeo of his way of fighting, which it made Zeo mad

"Don't think talking tough will save you, 'cause you're toast!" Zeo said

"We'll see if it's just talk soon enough-!"

"Get ready, because I'm about to show you... the truly awesome power of a true blader!" Ryuga's body was shrouded with his power, which L-Drago's Spiritual Form roars. "BAAAHHHH!!" Ryuga war cry from L-Drago's Spin Strength increased

"L-Drago's Spin Strength increase by 30%.

"A power of unknown origin is rapidly filling the battle arena."

"Hee! It has begun." Ziggurat smirked

"YAAAHHH!"
L-DRAGO ROARS! FIRE CRACKLES!

"Whoa!" Zeo said as the power of L-Drago was greater than before, as Jack was also amazed by its power

"If you think you can control L-Drago, go ahead and try!" Ryuga said
FIRE ROAR!!

"Agh!" Zeo gasped as L-Drago growls

"No way! I won't let you defeat me! Byxis!"

[ With Byxis received a hit by L-Drago... it somehow survived as it crashed into the stadium - ]

"You say I'm an amateur! What do you know about me? You don't know what I had to go through in order to get this power!"

"So witness... Byxis' true and total fearsomeness!" Zeo's body was shrouded with power as he prepares to use his move

"Byxis has also increased its Spin Strength."

"Yes, yea, that's good! Use Byxis' power to draw out L-Draco's full and complete power!" Ziggurat said

"What's that?!" Zeo was surprised

"Byxis' power has suddenly dropped."

"Arrangement point failure."

"It's Special Move cannot be used."

"Ugh! That's why I told him to receive his arrangement." Ziggurat was disappointed in Zeo

[ The "Dragon Emperor Supreme Flight" gave Byxis a huge amount of damage, as it made Byxis sent flying out of the stadium, crashed on the floor! ]

"Byxis! No!" Zeo lost

L-DRAGO ROARS-!
"Hmph!" Ryuga catches L-Drago as he won the battle

"No way. I lost?" Zeo was on his knees in defeat

"We'll done, Meteo L-Drago."

"Hm?" Ryuga looked up at Dr. Ziggurat.

"Being able to defeat Byxis, the Bey that was made to counter Attack-Types so easily, it's just as powerful as I expected! No, actually even more powerful." Ziggurat said

"As you expected," you say?" Ryuga said

"Yes. However, you have not yet used the full 100% of L-Drago's power yet, is that right?" Ziggurat said

"None of your business! Just who are you?" Ryuga said

"Oh, me? My name is Dr. Ziggurat. I am the owner of this HD Academy, and the manager of the US Representatives for the Beyblade World Championships. Team "Star Breaker" is what they are called." Dr. Ziggurat introduced himself and his US Representative Team

"Hmph! So what exactly is it that you want with me, Doctor What's-Your-Face?" Ryuga said

"I've had my eye on your abilities for quite some time. Even without an arrangement, you were able to bring L-Draco's abilities to their highest limit. Did you hear that, Zeo?" Ziggurat said to Ryuga, then turn his attention to Zeo. "Your skills are not yet good enough to use 100% of Byxis' abilities. That's why I told you before that you need more arrangements. Lots more, hmm?" Ziggurat said to Zeo, as he growled, then focus his attention back to Ryuga. "Yes, the "Arrangement" is a Blader Enhancement System that we invented right here at the academy. Scientifically speaking, it connects directly with a Blader's Mind and Body, drawing out that blader's hidden potential, so it can be used to the fullest. At the same time, by developing a Bey that is most suited to the blader, the Bey's and the blader's abilities are completely combined to create the strongest warrior possible! By releasing the yet unknown power hidden inside Beys, I will be able to take control of society, the military, the economy, the governments! All the power in the world will be mine! That is what I believe in!" Ziggurat said to Ryuga

"I really don't care what your goofy dreams are. They have nothing to do with me." Ryuga didn't care of what Ziggurat said before

"That is simply not true, Ryuga." Ryuga gave a questionable expression. "I believe I mentioned that I have had my eye on you for quite some time, didn't I? Not so long ago, after learning about "The Forbidden Bey; L-Drago," we used the "Dark Nebula Organization" to send you to Koma Village!" Ryuga was shocked to hear that

"What was that?" Ryuga said

"We had hoped that... you would be able to control the "Dark Power". However, it turned out, as you know, at that time you were not yet ready." Ziggurat said as a flashback of the Battle Bladers, Ryuga couldn't control the "Dark Power" of L-Drago. "You were controlled by the "Dark Power" and went on a rampage. So our plans to awaken L-Drago and obtain its power ended in failure. It was quite a disappointment." Ziggurat explains as he knew everything about Ryuga, L-Drago and the Dark Nebula Organization

"I see now! You're the same as that piece of trash, Doji!" Ryuga said to Ziggurat

"Oh, no, don't put me together with that Doji, who became overwhelmed by the "Dark Power" and lost the sight of the true goal! Because after studying those events, I decided to be more scientific when analyzing the power of Beys, and perfected a way to use the power of science to take a Bey's power to its limits. The Arrangement System! I have never imagined you would be able to use your own strength to overcome the "Dark Power" first. That was very impressive, but most surprising. But it'll be much better if you'd been able to do it back then."

"Grrrr!" Ryuga grit his teeth as he growled at Ziggurat

"Well, it's not too long for you. We want you to cooperate with us, understand. In order to make the arrangement system even more perfect than it already is." Ziggurat offers Ryuga to work together

"My cooperation?" Ryuga questioned

"The Beyblade World Championships, participated in by the world's top-class bladers, is an excellent source of data. But unfortunately, the only two with a "Reverse Rotating" Bey are you and Excalibur's Julian."

"If you think my L-Drago and that guy's toy are the same, you're a fool!" Ryuga said as he denied the fact that L-Drago and Gravity Destroyer are the same

"We can obtain Gravity Destroyer's data in the next battle, no problem. However, you are not part in the world tournament. That is why we invited you to our headquarters personally, to observe you."

"You shouldn't mess with me!" Ryuga said as Ziggurat gasped. "Careful what you poke with the stick, it just might bite you!!"

[ With Ryuga was getting angry, he launched L-Drago and wrecked a havoc in the HD Academy... as he's walking away from that location... ]

"Meteo L-Drago. A most truly fearsome Bey. All the more reason not to let it escape!" Ziggurat adjust his glasses as he smirked evilly
