Valt's P.O.V.

Everyone was whispering about that Xeke kid and Team X. I was just wondering about who Xeke was other than a Team X member. "Hey Valt," Honcho said. "Hey Honcho what's up," I said. "We got some record on Xeke. It turns out he's actually a regional champion and has a winning streak of over 1,000," Honcho said. "Over 1,000 wins?" I asked surprised. "Yep," Honcho said. "Wow he has the qualifications to be a Legendary Balder," I said. "I know," Honcho said. "He's no joke," Silas said. I was shocked,surprised,and bewildered all at the same time. "Hey Valt," I heard Huuga say. "Yeah Huuga," I said. "Your battle with that Xeke guy was amazing. You were like 'I'll defeat you' and he was all like 'Not today'. It was so cool," Huuga said. "Thanks Huuga," I said. "He was interesting. His strategy was very powerful and it's like he used more times than that," Hikaru said. "Yeah he's interesting," I said a small blush on my face.

Xeke's P.O.V.

I was working on my launch technique trying to see where I went wrong when I battled Valt. "Maybe it was my launch speed," I said to myself. I readied my bey and launched the speed scanner saw I went my normal speed and that speed was the speed that let me win. "Maybe it was my posture," I said to myself. I got my bey and launched it a different way than usual. But I could tell it wasn't it. "There's no way he beat me without something I didn't have. THERE'S NO WAY!" I said. "Xeke," I heard Xia say. "What is it Xia?" I asked. "You should get some rest. You've been in here for a while," Xia said. "Not until I find out what i'm missing so I can beat Valt Aoi," I said. "That's still on your mind?" Xia asked. "Yes Xia and I need to find out how to beat him," I said. "Just give it a rest. I'll send another squadron to take the facility," Xia said. "Fine and obviously i'm leading," I said. "No you're staying here," Xia said. "WHAT?" I yelled. "You heard me. You're too caught up in losing to Valt to lead a squadron so until you get over this you're benched," Xia said "Understood?". "Yes Ma'am," I said. "Good. Now rest you're going to get tired from all this training," Xia said. "Yes Ma'am," I said.
