Lui and Medium are staring at one another seriously.

Announcer: In this battle, they'll be going threw only one battle.

Everybody was confused, muttering to one another.

Chuck: heck yeah *smirks* very simple, just like old times.

Sakura: What old times?

Chuck: Oh right, like, um...Land bladers, they are kinda forbidden actually, that is why we got electric bladers replacing them.

Sakura: How come?

Chuck: Land Bladers...they had so much power it destroyed almost the world, so the people had enough and crush they think all land bladers to not hurt no one, and put a limit of the ages for bladers. So when they reach 20. It's all over no more of it will come, till next generation replaces everything.

Kenshiro: That is awful. *looks at Chuck*

Chuck nods.

Chuck: Medium is only 19 she only got 1 more year till she is done for.

Sakura, look at Medium, worried a bit.

Medium went to her stance, her hands out holding the launcher. While she bent her right leg forward and her left leg sticking left out point.

Lui is taking his stance to launch.

Announcer: Everybody ready! In 3!

Everybody: 2!

Lui and Medium: 1! LET IT RIP!!!

Medium left leg then swings backward while her whole body followed and then her left leg went up while she arms launch, making like she was doing a high karate kick to the side.

Chuck: woah, that's a new launch stance.

Lui launched his bey at the bey stadium.

Luinor and Devilish clashing to one another, sending an energy wave.

Lui is trying to stand tall, while Medium looks at the bey stadium.

Medium: Devilish~ *her eyes squint*

Devilish spinning left going after Luinor.

Lui: left rotation!

Medium: HEY STOP COMPLIMENTING CONCATRATE!!! DEVILISH!!!

Devilish glows red and speeds faster at Luinot, hitting him hard and sending him in the air.

Lui: LUINOR!!! DRAGON SCREAM!!!

Luinor is going down at Devilish.

Medium tch, and her eyes went black.

Medium: No more playing *her voice sounding demonic* DEVILISH FADE CLAW!!!

Devilish then disappears, while Luinor crashes in the Bey stadium but continues to spin in the stadium.

Lui: we're did it go?

Valt: woah! We're did it go!?

Shu: it just fades.

Medium looks at Lui darkly while her hair turns black.

Medium: NOW!!! *her hair went in black flames* I GOT NOTHING TO USE ON YOU!!! *points at lui*

Then Luinor bey then was then suddenly flung up in the air a scratch appear on his bey.

Lui eyes shrunk, while his boy is getting hit by who knows what in the air. Scratches all over Luinor.

Lui: LUINOR!!!

Medium: it's over *crosses her arms* you don't got what it takes. *glares at Lui*

Then Devilish appear from mid air with sharp claws points.

Rantaro: hey those things look like that Scratch Luinor!!!

Devilish then hit Luinor hard, Luinor started cracking.

Lui: Luinor?

Devilish then went threw Luinor shattering into...too many pieces too count.

Everybody gasps.

Lui eyes shrunk in horror, Luinor falling on the bey stadium not telling what pieces are what.

Devilish then lands on the stadium middle still spinning perfectly.

Announcer: t-the w-winner is...Medium Heart.

Lui went on his knees, while Devilish return in Medium hands.

Medium: I'm sorry *her eyes went white to blind again, her hair turning white normal as well* but it's not right to battle with you ever again. *walks off*

Sakura covers her mouth with her hand.

Sakura: Lui?

Sakura jump off from her seat and ran to Lui.

Sakura: Lui!?

Valt, Shu, Rantaro, and Chuck getting off their seats running to Lui.

Sakura kneel to Lui putting a hand on his shoulder.

Sakura: Lui are you- *her eyes widened*

Lui look at Sakura tears rolling down his cheeks.

Lui: l-luinor

Sakura tears up and hugs Lui close to her.

Chuck stood beside them tearing up as well. While the others stood a little distance looking sad.

Valt: Lui. *whispers*

Few hours later:

At Lui apartment, Ms. Shana with Sakura, Chuck, and Kenshiro in the living room.

Ms. Shana: we're is Medium?

Chuck shook his head not knowing.

Chuck: we don't know, I even search for her, but couldn't find her.

Ms. Shana: please keep looking, I need to know if she's alright as well.

Kenshiro: poor Lui *looks down, whispering it to himself* what went wrong?

Sakura looking down her hands shaking.

Ms. Shana looks at Sakura sad: you did everything you can do for my son Sakura.

Sakura: he was in pain, his own happiness his proudness. Just faded. *looks at them* *tears in her eyes* How can I sit here!? What can I do to fix this!? *grabs her hair with her hands* please tell me!

Ms. Shana tears up: I-i w-wish I knew as well.

Chuck gets up and walks to Lui room. While Kenshiro tries to comfort Sakura.

Chuck opens the door, seeing Lui room was dark. But a computer screen on shining the room.

Chuck seeing the screen show a video of Lui and Medium battle.

Announcer on the video: The bey goes wild Devilish shattered Luinor without any hesitate. Medium Heart is the winner!

Chuck: Lui? *stood next to the door*

Lui in a big rolling chair still staring at the video.

Lui: Medium won. That's it....where did I go so soft on losing. It's just like Medium said I ain't got what it takes. A blader like me is just history now.

Chuck: that's not true! Lui you are still young we can make this work! We have the pieces we can fix it.

Lui: I-I r-rather not, Medium is strong as a blader, what can I say *turns the rolling chair to the side to face Chuck*

Chuck tearing up, seeing Lui point of a screen of Medium. His eyes of tears rolling down his cheeks while kinda smiling.

Lui: C-can I even b-be a-a blader?

Chuck heart stop beating and ran to Lui hugging him.

Chuck: I'm sorry Lui! *cries* I know it's hard! It does hurt when your close to something, and it just ends like that! But you can't stop now! You work so hard on we're you are, you have to keep going. If you stop, then what's the point!? *looks at Lui*

Lui looks down.

Lui: I don't know.

Kenshiro then came in the room in a rush breathing heavily.

Chuck: hm? What is it Kenshiro? *looks at him*

Kenshiro: we just got a call from Medium, she said she'll be out of 'the world' for a bit. While another called had come up from the Cantu Family. They said they wanna meet Lui, even for Alysa.

Lui eyes shrunk his hands started shaking.

Chuck: Lui? *looks at him*

Lui: h-her

Lui Flashback:

Lui was a 4 year old kid on a park, while a small little girl was playing with him.

?: come on Lui catch! *kicks a ball at him*

Lui: wai-OW! *it hit his head*  ow. *rubs his head*

?: jeez Lui didn't know you we're that puny to not catch a sports ball *smirks*

Another Flashback:

? And Lui in a nature forest track marching.

?: all in one we March in the legacies of sports. We can all agree each and one we do is worth our time. One! two!

Lui: three! Let it rip! *smiles brightly*

?: huh? *slips on some mud* agh!

Lui: Alysa! *looks at her worried*

Alysa: well that is the purpose in getting dirty in sports. *shakes some of the mud off*

Lui walks to her carefully putting a hand out to her.

Lui: are you ok?

Alysa looks at him blankly a bit.

Flashback end:

Lui: she is not someone I rather not visit. *looks away*

Chuck: maybe this will give you a break. Let's start heading there as soon as possible. *tells Kenshiro the last part of what he said*

Kenshiro nods and walks out the room.

Lui mind: Alysa is a evil to me, the only nightmare to me.
