Lynched
Do not blind instilled faith;
None sublimit sign to call the days' restful eye to vindicating wraith,
fight 'till nothing stands to: save,
needn't be comatosely afraid –
Turn ensnaring mountains you strive to handfuls of salt lynched grain;
Resemble no more the weakling you pretended to play,
hours of years molded a mind crazed,
immortalized that naïve child who called out through torrential rain,
sheets colored; sputtered; drenched of innocent stains;
This – now: maturing towards atypical game....
One you aren't obligated a continuing exchange,
preserve what self-bits linger: disengage,
now that the lone monster lays sprawled amongst the deserved slain.
