Darker Poets'
I affirm to be left alone,
there's no hope for this heart of stone;
Leave me to be, and go back....
Ravens: as do I, do not take kind of attack;
Stares curiously he does,
basking within simmering fears I hush;
Motions un-proportioned waving closer,
'I wish to seal your soul a bit of closure....'
Words heard, but of no formation,
stiffened limbs inches of a courier's evasion,
'Think not of me a slinking perversion,
Haunting the darker poets' imagination....'
But, I mustn't – I stutter;
'Only step morals aside,
Drop that weary mind....'
It's unruly and unwise – I shutter;
'For I may step inside,
Play as if thee were mine....'
Will you be considerate as well as kind? I pucker;
'We shall have such a hexing time.'
