Hey guys! So I'm back with another chapter for you guys, and I hope you all enjoy!

Serena P.O.V 

Okay, for some reason, I feel like Ash, Mallow, Kiawe, and Lillie have all been acting weird. I always see Ash, Mallow, and Kiawe in the halls or outside together, and they all seem really excited about something. And I've caught Lillie looking at Ash a lot and she also seems excited about something, that most likely involves Ash.  

Mallow has asked me about what kinds of food I like, like what's my favorite pasta, what kind of salsa I like, and my favorite fruits as well. Kiawe has also asked about my favorite flower, and also my favorite color. Ash also asked if my Pokemon could have a play date at Mallows with his Pokemon. I don't know how but I somehow answered all of their questions.  

It was Thursday so I was going to the Juice Bar with Ash today. We agreed to meet outside the school so we could walk there together. I'm still trying to work up the courage to ask him out, and I know some people may say things like, 'If you were able to kiss him you should be able to ask him out!'. I know that but still, that kiss didn't require any words. Suddenly, I can hear Ash's voice approaching me. 

"Hey Sere!" he yelled, waving at me. 

"Hey Ashy, are you ready to go?" I asked him. 

"Yup, lets go!" he replied, grabbing my hand and started running, dragging me with him. 

After a while we stopped running and just walked, though Ash hadn't let go of my hand, which I'm not complaining about. We walked to the juice bar and Ash left to go order our juices. As usual, I asked for strawberry lime while Ash asked for blueberry banana. When he came back with our drinks, we chatted about a variety of topics.  Though suddenly, Ash became very nervous. 

"You okay Ash? You seem nervous" I asked, wondering if he's fine. 

"Oh yeah, I'm fine" Ash replies, scratching the back of his neck. "Though I do have to ask you something" he says. "Serena, I-I..." he starts, but he really does seem nervous. 

"Yes Ash?" I say, wondering what he has to ask me. It reminded me of the time Ash was sick and I thought he was going to confess to me. Haha, I wish.

"Will- will you g-go on a date with me?" he asked. 

...

...

...

Did he just?... 

...

No...

No way! 

I think I was speechless for quite a while that Ash started to think I was gonna say no. 

"I mean if you don't want to then thats fine I was just-" Ash started, though I interrupted him. 

"Shh" I say, placing my index finger on his lips. "Ashy, I would love to go on a date with you, so stop worrying" I say with a smile and hugged him, and after a short while, he hugged me back. To be honest I don't even know how I managed to keep my cool after I said that, because I was blushing like crazy. Eventually we both pulled away, and at this point Ash also had a blush on his face, though my was more noticeable. 

"Okay, then, I'll pick you up tomorrow at 1 P.M. if that's fine with you" he says, breaking the silence. 

"Sure, that sounds good, mind telling me what were gonna do?" I ask, curious about this date. 

"That's for me to know, and for you to find out tomorrow" he replies with a smirk. 

"Fine" I say with a groan, but then I realize something. "Wait Ash, we have school tomorrow! We can't just skip can we?" I ask. 

It takes Ash a while to think about it, then he finally responds. "Well, the worst we get is a detention, but heh, this date's worth it, so no need to worry about school" he finishes with a smirk. 

"But Ash, we'll get in trouble, maybe we should go at another time and-" I started but was soon caught off by Ash. 

"Don't worry," he says, placing his hands on my shoulders before continuing, "I'll talk with the professor so you won't get in trouble kay?". 

"Alright" I reply. 

"Now, lets go back and we can hang out at the professor's house, which is where I'm staying" he says, grabbing my hand and instead of running, we just walk, hand in hand. 

~~~~~Time skip~~~~~

"NO! ARG!" I grunt, trying to get Ash on the ground. 

A while after getting to Ash's house, we were just causally watching t.v, then ate a snack, then out of nowhere, Ash just tackled me to the ground. So we started wrestling, and we were alone right now. After struggling for a bit, Ash catches me off guard and pinned me to the floor, and I start to feel my cheeks heat up. 

There's a moment of silence, then Ash starts to stare into my eyes and gets a tad bit closer. Is he about to do what I think he's about to do??!!? He slowly closes his eyes and slowly leans closer to me. With every second passing, he's one inch closer to me, closer to kissing me. I slowing start closing my eyes too, because hey, I've been dreaming of this moment since I started having a crush on him. We were both caught up in the moment and we're only a centimeter away before we hear keys rattling. 

Ash immediately get off me and I jump to my feet, both of us quickly heading to the couch and pretended we were just watching t.v. When the professor enters, he is a bit surprised to see me in his house, but then sets the keys on the table and heads our way. 

"Serena, hey!" he says, than facing Ash. "How long have you guys been here?" he asked. 

"Not too long, we were just hanging out" Ash calmly replies. The professor just nods his head.

"Well I think I should get going, I have other things I need to do. See you two tomorrow!" I say, heading towards the door, waving at them as I exit. 

I start making my way downtown (hehehehe) to where my hotel was, but something catches my eye, or rather someone. He looks a bit like Ash when he was wearing the clothes he wore throughout Kalos. Though his jacket had long sleeves and his hair was longer. He seemed lost so I decided to help him out. 

"Hey, you look lost, do you need any help?" I asked, though I wasn't sure I would be too much help because I haven't even been in Alola for 2 weeks. 

"Actually yeah, I'm looking for the hotel around here. I just flew in from Kalos" he says. 

"That's so cool! I'm from Kalos and that's the same hotel I'm staying in!" I reply with excitement, knowing that we have a lot in common. "Why don't you walk with me since I'm on my way there now?" I ask. 

"Sure, that sounds great! I'm Calem by the way" Calem says.

"I'm Serena. Now lets get going shall we?" I ask. Calem just nods and we both start walking.

Well well well, looks like Serena made a new friend. Though so far Calem hasn't shown any signs of interest huh? That could change though ;) Well ya'll are just gonna have to wait till the next chapter. Bye bye!
