I brought up this idea a long time ago but I wanna flesh it out a bit so here it is

Anyways as the title suggests this is an au in which our loveable Charles is committing crimes

In this world Charles, on top of being a pilot also doubles a a spy for the government in the Toppat clan. However Charles decided to tell the Toppat clan that he is a spy and instead helps the clan by giving them government plans in exchanged for not giving away real Toppat clan information. However he still gives the government very limited information about the Toppat clan to the point where they know they're guilty but can't pin them to any crimes. In fact Charles is actually the one causing the fighting between the Toppats and the Government all for the sake of stirring up more and more chaos and nothing more. Of course Henry finds out about this but who would believe him? Charles is such a trusted member of the Government not to mention just an all around pleasure to be around.

So yah that's just a quick idea, I don't have any art yet so this is where this chapter ends I guess
