Author: Okay so here i want to say something , i have heard a lot of people saying ki rape kiya hai , just kill him.. isse bhaut saare cases hai were police took it there hands and encountered the rapist ... But coming from a legal background , i just wanna ask u people ki kya guarantee hai ki humne sahi insaan ko pakda , think apart from the story please .. kafhi baar hota hai ki some rich people give money to poor ones ans ask them to take the blame... toh justice kha hua ... are u getting my point ? Har baar hum shi insaan ko pakde yeh zaruri toh nhi and agr ek baar kise ka encounter ho gya then case close ... hum kabhi real culprit ko pakad hi nhi payege ... so please please have faith in this system... yeh supremely court, IPC yeh sab mazzak nhi hai ... they will provide you justice,  all u need to have is patience... i know yeh baat bhaut logo ko galat lagge but agr 2 din shanti se soche toh samjh aayega... thanku ...
