She was running wiping her tears... she could hear Sid calling her name .. when she tripped and taking advantage of this sid was now only an inch away from her ... when they heard a gunshot...

Sid: AVNEETTT ..

And he jumped back hugging her ... when the bullet hit his lower back ..

Jan(from behind): SIDDHARTHH ..

Neet went numb from the sudden situation..

Sid(almost a whisper): avneet..
.
She turned when she felt his grip getting weaker...
.
Neet(whispers): siddharth...
.
She noticed the blood ozing from his back .. her heart came in her mouth... she tried to cover the wound with her hand to stop the blood ...

Neet: siddharth siddharth.. please stay with me ... u will be fine ...
.
She said observing his difficulty to keep his eyes open ... she tried preventing more blood loss when jannat came with her car from behind...

Jan: avneet get him in the car now .. jldi ..

Neet: han haan ..

And she did that .. and jannat started to drive ..

Sid: avneet avneet..

Neet: i m ryt here .. u will be fine ... okayu ..

Sid: are u fine?

Neet: i m completely fine ..

Sid: jan..jannat..

Jan: i m also here siddharth... we are fine ..

And she gestured neet to give his hand and in her left hand ... she hold his hand... The care the shock the sorrow was clear in her eyes ... if her condition wasn't worse than neet but i wasn't better either...

Neet: siddharth please keep your eyes open ... stay with us .. i will call dev bhai ... jannat where are we going ..

Jan: city hospital...

Neet: okayy ...

And she called dev ...

Dev: helloo neet ... excited only an hour is left for the result

Neet: bhai bhai ..

Dev: what happened why are u crying.. is everything..

Neet: vo sid..siddharth

Dev: abb kya kiya ussne trust me neet i will kill that boy ..

Neet(shouts): chuppp ek minute baat suno mere .. (normally) sid got shot by a gun .. we are heading to the city hospital with him .. please call doctor there .. his situation is critical... (breaking down) please bhai .. pleasee

Dev: u don't worry ... i will call them ... where is jai ?

Neet: i don't know.. maybe in the hall only ..

Dev: okay i will call him too .. u don't worry .. nothing will happened to sid ..

Neet: hmm

And after few minutes of drive they reach there ... Sid wasn't responding any thing now .. his eyes were closed and both our girls were hella worried ... doctor took him in the moment they get out of the car...

Jan: avneet...

And she hugged neet ... she was confused at once but then hugged her back .. and they cried hard... they could feel each other's heartbeat... it seemed like that their heart will come out breaking their ribcage ... when doctor came out breaking their moment...

**At the hall**

People came outside after hearing the loud voice of gunshot... so loud that everyone heard it even after the music being so loud ... Their family and friends were shocked seeing this ... it was clear that it isn't any accident... it was a crime scene... Jai looked around trying to figure who shoot him ... and then he made his way from crowd chasing a black shadow he saw ..

Abhay: SIDDDHARTHHH ...

He shouted at top of his lungs when he saw Neet and Jan taking him in the car ...

Vaish: bhav noor please Aisha home ... Abhay let's go ..

And Abhay Vaish Re Anu and Aly drove following them when bhavnoor took Aisha ,who was clueless at Nigam house...

They all entered the hospital when they saw doctor coming out ...

Abhay: doctor how is sid ... he ia fine na nothing complicated ryt?

Dr: well actually it is quite critical... his one kidney is completely damaged and even other have changes to be .. we are gonna futher check and tell u accordingly.. Also it was a crime scene so we informed police and they will be here investigating any moment ... i m suppose to do anything until they come but Mr. Joshi (dev) requested me too so i m doing that .. but before that u need to fill a form saying that yhe hospital and the Doctors will be responsible if anything happened to him during the surgery..

Neet(with rage): whatt do u mean by if anything happened to him ... nothing will happen to him ..

She said last line holding hai collar... Aly came and pulled neet back... he hold her facing her back while kept shouting...

Aly: shaant hoja neet kuch nhi hoga usse

Neet: nhi nhi nhi ... mujhe nhi pta ... it was all my fault i ran outside...

Aly: neett ..

But she kept cry violently...

Re: Aly take him home ... i trying to contact Jai ... only he can handle him ...

And he nodded before carrying her in bridal style but she kept hitting Aly and shouting..

Neet: i want to be with Sid... please Aly .. Siddharth Siddharth..

But he managed to get her home .... On the other hand Jannat went all numb ... she was completely cut of the real world... no more tears escape from her eyes .. she was all numb like a dead body ... Anu came to her and tried speaking to her but didn't get any response.. Whereas Abhay fell on his knees when a staff member gave him the form ...

Vaish: abhay

She said kneeling down with him ..

Abhay: kya bol rhe hai yeh log .. they want me too sign a form saying that my brother could die ..

Vaish: kuch nhi hoga Sid ko yeh sab bass ek formality ... please sign kr do otherwise they will not start the surgery...

And he signed the form with shaking hands ... before handing it over to the same person who brought it..

Abhay: mumma ... mumma ko kya kahuga .. he was a shot by a gun it wasn't an accident... somebody did it .. kuch toh chal rha tha usske life mein ... mujhe laga tha but all i was toh busy ignoring him .. taunting him ...

Vaish: i toh even did worse ... but it not the time to think or regret about this .. coz he will fine and we are gonna apologize to him ... i know ki kuch nhi hoga usse ..

And she was consoling him but he own tears were stopping ...

How was the chapter?

Okay it was very heartbreaking to write ... every one had different ways of handling things.. some goes silent... some remmember everything they did wrong to them and some couldn't handle the shock .. they try to convert all their greif into rage ...
