**Neet's POV**

I entered in my practice room just to get welcomed by a smiling and overexcited face of 'AMEY' .. He is a part of the crew... unfortunately or fortunately i have got the same crew as 'him' but gladly no one recognized me expect Amey but it turned into my favour as he became my friend.. he knew how strong my intentions are and thus he knew that i won't hesitate to work hard... tabhi toh i have always got unique and different choreographies of the various forms i do ...

Neet: why so happy today ?

Amey: because next performance is a collab?

Neet: ohh kis ke saath ?

Amey: voo toh nhi pta ...

Neet: team punit or team shakti ?

Amey: aarey not from this season but from last seasons ... and sir said he will try ki koi issa ho who has worked with this team .. its gonna be so so so fun ... plus u have to do popping and locking next...

Shit... no no no please god not again ..."he" worked with the same team... what if i got a collab with him ... ooh god please no...

Neet: hnn ..

Amey: are u even listening me ..

Neet: hn .. i m sorry i zoned out

Amey: ya ofcourse...

Neet: Amey even a um siddharth was with the same crew only ..

Amey: ya i know but popping and locking krne hai ... MJ type act hai and he is toh a Contemporary dancer na ... toh vo kese hoga

Neet: right ...

And i sighed but i don't know i didn't have trust on my fate... i asked the other members that who is he and why he hasn't come yet ...

Random boy 1 : i guess Vartika Jha
(A/N: she is the runner up of the last-to-last season **in real** and my absolute favorite... i told everyone in the class to vote for her and when she lost ... i cried so much ... also she was offered Street Dancer 3d in the show itself... )

Neet: ooh thank god ..

Random boy 2: hn?

Neet: kuch nhi ... by the way why isn't she here yet ?

Random girl 1: she is gonna come with Dharmesh sir itself... when he is gonna come and explain the whole act and choreography ...

Neet: okayy ...

Thank god it isn't him ... by the last weak the voting already started and also our chances to be in semi finals... but our team didn't have the lowest score... that was made by calculating all three contestants of team Dharmesh... so we couldn't compete for the battle and thus couldn't made to it ... a contestants of team punit did ... the group is a good friend with me so i m happy ... anyways we have a lot of time to still get it .. well but i know this time i m gonna made it ... and D sir is as sure as i m about it ...

I placed my bag at my usual place and i started to warm up and do some casual stretching.... when D sir came ... i could see him through the mirror with my worst nightmare... i turned shockingly to see 'him' coming with sir .... what is he doing here? No he can't be my partner... Neet kya soch rhe hai kya pta isse hi aya ho sir se milne... how can he be your partner ... Vartika hai na tere partner toh .... ryt he is here just to meet sir...

D : aagye sab ?

Amey: Sir Vartika is left ...

D: nhi Vartika ki jagah Siddharth is gonna perform?

And i got numb...

Amey: whatt ... i mean sir Vartika was gonna perform na ...

D: ya she was at the second place in the priority list ... siddharth ka koi reply nhi aya tha toh i thought he is not interested... but ajj subhah hi he said he wanna perform ... so here he is ...

Amey: sir but he toh was with Jannat na how can he perform with Neet ... i mean where is jannat?

D: no jannat only he and avneet will perform... Don't worry mere baat ho gye hai ...

Sid: kya hua amey issa kyu lag rha hai ki u don't want me...

Amey: aarey nhi isse koi baat nhi hai ... i m happy to see u bro ...

D: okay bhaut ho gye baate ... abhi there is a change in plan .. its gonna be a sizzling romantic performance ... and u guys are gonna do contemporary ofcourse ... i had this act in my mind from the time i saw u doing contemporary and siddharth was the boy in my mind with u ... Siddharth i know u have a great chemistry with jannat and u have a habit and comfort performing with her but don't worry okay u will get the same comfort with her ... come here ...

He said pulling me and making me stand near 'him'

D: dekha i knew it that u guys arw gonna look amazing together...

Amey: ryt ...

And i slowly looked towards him to find him looking at me... both of our eyes looking at each others with tears ... wondering how we are standing on the same pace as we were 4 years back... when our college dance teacher paired us togther first ... it all felt like a cycle ... from strangers to dance partners to friends to bestfriends to lovers and then too stranger again only to be paired as dance partners again ...

D: siddharth avneet... khaa kho gye ...

Sid: khi nhi ...

D: kya hua guys? Avneet what happened ajj excited nhi ho...

Neet: sir isse baat nhi hai... can we talk for a minute in private..

D: sure..

And we went outside..

D: kya hua avneet ... i have never seen u so nervous and shocked..

Neet: sir ... sir can't we collab with someone else...

D: why do u have some problem with Sid..

Neet (intrupts): no ... i mean its just that... i m

D(intrupts): not comfortable.. ryt ?

And i nodded ... not getting any another excuse...

D: look .. we are artist... we have to sometimes perform with new people... if u ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe around him ... u know that i m with u .. and i will also ask Amey to take care... this performance is really important for u ... if we won the battle round ... u know its u ... whom i m gonna nominate along with the other one... and chances of yours going to semi final is more than 50% ... just think about it ...
