Now let's get on with the story, shall we?

Long island - Camp Half-blood

NICO

I sighed, returning to Camp. It's been exactly 10 years since Percy had disappeared. Ever since, I've been searching for him. Me, Thalia, and a few other campers, and even some gods searched for him. Heck, even my dad and Thanatos were looking for him.

Just as I shadow traveled into camp, I heard the conch horn blow three times. That could only mean one thing.

A monster attack.

I quickly grabbed my Stygian iron sword off my back and shadow traveled to the camp entrance.

I looked over the hill and saw an army of monsters.

There were tons of monsters, I look back at camp to see the campers getting ready. Weapons in hand. The Apollo kids splitting up, some going to the infirmary, some grabbing their bows. While the other campers just got armored up and grabbed weapons.

The monsters reached the entrance of camp. Guess who was leading the monsters? The titan of forethought, Prometheus. And guess who was by his side. The Nemean lion.

Just then Thalia showed up by my side, her old hunter bow in her hand. Yeah, Artemis let her keep it as a reminder from being a member of the hunt.

"Nico, While you were gone we had a counselor meeting, and the gods were there, they said that there's a new threat, Kronos, Gaea and the giants, and a primordial god named End. He's the brother of Lord Chaos, the creator of the universe." she said.

"Wait what? Gaea and the giants are back? So is Kronos? And the Primordial god End? Two primordial gods, Giants and Titans?" I ask quickly.

"Yes, there should be another counselor meeting about it soon, But now we should worry about this entire army of monsters!" she says, pointing to the army of monsters.

I nod my head and run down with Thalia to fight the monsters.

The first monster I ran into was a telekhine, I quickly slashed at it to get rid of it. I then continued fighting through the monsters.

~~~~~TIME LAPSE~~~~~
After about forty-five minutes of fighting, we started to lose. More campers started getting injured, as if the monsters were getting stronger. There were too many campers for the Apollo kids to heal, i was also getting tired from summoning the dead. I could see that Thalia was also getting tired from blasting monsters with lightning.
Thalia and I had each others back touching, a pack of hellhounds surrounding us in a circle.
"Nico, Can you summon more skeletons?" Thalia asked, clearly she was out of breath and tired.
I shook my head. "No, I summoned too much, it drained me. I'm guessing that you can't summon any lightning either?"
"Spot on." she said.
The pack of hellhounds stalked forward, Me and Thalia held up our weapons, My Stygian iron sword, her spear and shield, a replica of Aegis. Just as they were about to attack the strangest thing happened.
A pitch black portal opened up in the sky, and people with hoods fell out of it, landing on their feet, not falling over or anything.
I had noticed that all the fighting had stopped and everyone's attention went to the strange people who appeared from the portal. I heard faint whispers from all over the place.
"Who are those people?"
"More enemies?"
"I wonder if they're cute."
"Allies or Enemies?"
"Did a portal just open up from the sky?"
The strange people with hoods took out their weapons, some had bows, some had swords, one had a hammer, and others had a dagger.
The ones with bows shot at the hellhounds that surrounded me and Thalia, they had perfect accuracy. Thalia looked shocked. Her eyes were huge.
The other people with close-range weapons went to fight the other monsters, they were fast and deadly. They used a strange type of fighting. It wasn't greek or roman.
After two minutes or so, all the monsters but the Nemean lion and Prometheus were turned into golden dust.
I was surprised. Who were these people? They got rid of a whole army of monsters in a few minutes!
Prometheus was also shocked, but he got over his shock in a few seconds.
"So the gods and demigods have a new ally? Nine soldiers will not be enough to save you from the new golden age!" he roared.
One of the hooded people, stepped forward and spoke. "Course nine soldiers won't be enough. Cause we got ten." the voice was oddly familiar.. But I just couldn't figure it out.
"Ten?"
As if on cue, another portal opened up, and a person came out of it--- or should I say flew.
The person had pitch black wings, as dark as the night, sharp as sword points, he had a hood that covered his entire face with a shadow, he had arm bracers on his arms. Let's just say he looked like a dangerous person.
He landed in front of the titan of forethought, The assassin guy reached into his pocket and a pitch black sword with a few lines of bronze sprung out.
"So Prometheus, does this answer your question?" he asked. Again the voice sounded extremely familiar. But for some reason I couldn't figure out who it was. As if some kind of force was preventing me from figuring out his identity. I tried thinking but eventually I gave up.
"Ten people will not defeat a titan! You'll have to go through the nemean lion first!" Prometheus yelled.
The Nemean lion pounced forward, roaring at the assassin.
Unfortunately that was it's mistake that cost it's life.
The assassin pulled out a throwing knife and chucked it at the lion at an incredible speed. The knife went inside the monster's mouth and stabbed it from the inside, causing the Nemean lion to disintegrate into golden dust, it's essence returning to Tartarus.
Everyone was quiet. You could also hear a pin drop if not for the small breeze of wind.
"I'll let you go this time assassin! I will return, you demigods and gods will not win the war!" he roared before disappearing.
Everyone was silent again.
The hooded people walked up to the assassin, until a certain blonde, daughter of Athena spoke up.
Annabeth.
"Who are you?" she asked coldly, eyeing them carefully.
The assassin guy turned his head to Annabeth.
"I am Divine, son of Chaos, and Commander of the Tharraléos divison." he replied back, in an even colder voice then Annabeth.
I looked to Thalia. She gave me a look that clearly told me what she was thinking.
'This might end badly.'
