SO like two weeks ago i asked my boss to only work one day on the weekend instead of working both days and he must have misread it as one day a week so obviously i've only been working one day a week and i really need to work because i have to have money for drivers ed right

so i texted my manager, who usually does the scheduling and asked if i could work 2-3 days and not work weekends because i have SCHOOL SHIT to do and i was really damn polite about it

and she literally goes 'that's not how it works, you'll have to talk to [our boss] about that' like okay?? i get her point and all but YOU'RE the one who set me up for one day a week? and you have a problem with me wanting to work more? my god we're understaffed this summer and you're getting a bit passive-aggressive towards me for WANTING to WORK?

for god's sake please spare me
