PROLOGUE
Susie Wolff and Le Long met on a night out when they were both very drunk.
Susie had drank multiple drinks, most of which involved a strong spirit, whereas Le had drank only one and a half pints of beer, which meant that he was stumbling around and dancing like a maniac.
He was a lightweight, after all.
Susie noticed how Le was not the kind of man who would take advantage of a drunk woman, in fact, even in his drunken state, he had made sure that she was safe and comfortable.
When he bought her drinks, he even made sure that she had watched the bartender pour the drinks, just to be sure.
When the two of them woke up the next day, they noticed how they had many photos with somebody that was not part of their friend group, and their phone number in their contacts, deciding to send messages to one another and maybe get to know them when they were not drunk.
When they met, Susie found Le even more caring than what she could remember, and found that she began to feel happy whenever she heard his name, or saw his face, or was with him.
When she met his friends, she found that he was exactly the same around them and it made the kind of smile appear that she thought would never appear again after her divorce.
A happy smile, filled with love.
Because she was in love with Le Long, who always used two words to describe himself.
Absolute idiot.
