*Bell Rings*

*Gets to the classroom right when 2 bell rings*

Mrs. Spears: I will be your history teacher this year and I have a few rules in my classroom....
1. Absolutely NO Cellphones
2. No talking, sleeping, or making a irritating noise while I'm teaching
3. ALWAYS leave my room in an orderly fashion
4. Do not toss anything in this classroom
5. NEVER roll your eyes when your working with some one you don't like

Mrs. Spears: OK everyone, open you books to page five. Today we'll be studying the Civil War.

Mandy and Wendy: What's wrong?

Mandy: I need to get to the library

*runs off*

Mandy: *softly* my name is Mandy

Andrew: I don't mean to pry, but is Mandy a nickname?

Mandy: yeah

Andrew: What is Mandy short for?

Mandy: Amanda

Andrew: Amanda, that's really pretty

Liv: Mandy!!! Wendy told a story

Liv: it was totally embarrassing! Why did you leave

Mandy: I told you I had to put away books

Ray: Hey Drew!!!! Your back from Europe! How was Paris? Did you meet anyone?!?!?!?!

Drew: Europe was great and no I didn't meet anyone there

*footsteps in the hall are heard*

Wendy and Lilly: Liv!! We've been looking for you everywhere

Liv: I just needed to talk to Mandy

Wendy: Come on, the rest of the day is a free day. Lets go!

Lilly: Mandy, are you coming?

Mandy: Nah, I think I'll sit this one out

*everyone leaves, except for Drew*

Mandy: what are you doing?

Drew: helping put books away

Mandy: why?

Drew: Because I heard you can play soccer

Mandy: from whom?

Drew: Ray

Mandy: Ray?

Drew: yeah, he watch's Liv play and he said that you usually play with her

Mandy: All the books are put away! Thanks for the help

Drew: no problem

Mandy: I'm going to go outside, wanna come?

Drew: sure, I'll catch up

Mandy: ok
