FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE I ACTALLY MANGED TO WATCH THE LIVE HAHA

Baekhyun squinted as a bright light shone on his face, slowly he opened his eyes only to close them again when the light blinded him. He began blinking like crazy to somehow get used to the light.

Lazily he sat up, the covers slipping down to his waist. The chill air hit his naked skin making him shiver.

Suddenly memories from last night came into his mind, to confirm that it was not a dream or a halucnationBaekhyun slowly shifted his gaze down to find Chanyeol still sleeping soundly, one of his arms were wrapped around Baekhyun's waist.

Baekhyun's breath hitched and as careful as he could he lifted the arm off, slipped out of the bed, the first step he took felt like hell, after taking a slow breath he started tiptoeing around the room to find his robe and phone.

After finally finding them he snuck out of the room and went over to the bathroom, he craved taking a hot steaming shower, first, he grabbed a plastic zip lock bag from the kitchen.

Baekhyun locked the bathroom door and turned the shower on, he waited a couple of seconds for the water to get warm before stepping in, he made sure that no water could get inside the bag.

The water hit his body and he realized it was too hot, you know that thing you do when the water is too hot, yeah he did that. After getting used to the water he sat down and turned the phone on.

First, he checked the time

12:30

The others were definitely up by now. Baekhyun opened the messenger app, and as he had thought all of them he wanted to talk to was on.

Annoying prick changed the group name to 'GUYS! GET TF ON!'

Cooking Mama: Wtf do you want

Might be pregnant: I agree with Soo

Might be pregnant: Wait! Who changed my name

Might be pregnant changed their name to Coffee 101

Looks 10: Baekhyun I was taking a nap

Annoying prick: Well I have news

I am not funny: First of all, I am really fucking funny shut your mouth

I am not funny: Second of all, who died

Annoying pick: My ass

Cooking mama: Wat

Looks 10: Wutwut

Coffee 101: ???

I am not funny: I don't want to know but at the same time I want to know

Annoying prick: Chanyeol and I did it

Looks 10: No fucking way...! 

Cooking mama: BYUn!

Cooking mama: you told me that I am too young but you do it?

Coffee 101: WHEN DID I AGREE TO THIS

A knock on the door caused Baekhyun to drop his plastic covered phone on marble shower floor.

"You have been inside there for nearly an hour." Chanyeol's muffled voice sounded from behind the door.

Baekhyun picked up his phone and quickly began to wash his hair and body.

"Uhm give me another hour!"

"Another?"

"No, I will be out so- OH FUCK!" Baekhyun had tried to stand up but not looking where he stepped he had put his foot on a bar of slippery soap.

Him being an idiot tried to grab the water, but naturally, that failed and he went crashing down to the floor.

"You okay in there?" Chanyeol asked him as Baekhyun bit back a groan of pain.

"Yes...!

"One question," Kyungsoo grabbed a piece of the candy Baekhyun had brought over "What about the food?"

"We obviously threw it out." Baekhyun tried to grab a piece but Luhan slapped his hand away, the younger looked at him in betrayal "LUHAN!?"

Luhan shrugged "You went in for the piece I wanted." He gave a peace sign and a wink.

"So you wasted food?" Kyungsoo said, "I can't believe you, Baek, I could have eaten that food!"

"Don't attack me!" Baekhyun whined falling backward landing on top Minseok's back.

"How are you guys planning to spend new years eve?" Minseok scrolled through his phone not bothering to look up.

"I have to go to my grandparents." Kyungsoo took another candy "If I come back to school with red cheeks then blame my granny."

"I don't know, maybe with my mom and brother." Baekhyun stared at the ceiling.

"When's your sister coming back?" Kyungsoo asked poking Baekhyun in between his ribs.

"Dunno, she never gave an exact date."

"You have a sister!?" Luhan and Minseok both said in sync.

Baekhyun hummed "Yeah, she went abroad to study."

"What does she look like?"

"Baekhyun in a wig," Kyungsoo answered Minseok making the two others snort while Baekhyun rolled his eyes.

"Oh shit!" Minseok jolted making Baekhyun roll off him "Today's date is December twenty-ninth."

"So?" Kyungsok rose an eyebrow

"It's, " Minseok began counting something on his fingers "Its eighteen days until the show!"

"What show?" Luhan tilted his head confused to the side.

"Our school holds a talent show every year, it often comes scouts from different entertainments that come," Baekhyun explained, "No one really takes it seriously but me, Jongdae and Minseok, it was supposed to be Kyungsoo, made it our goal to be noticed."

The blue haired male sat with an open mouth "Oh, can I watch or do I need to attend the school?"

Kyungsoo shook his head "No you're allowed to watch."

Baekhyun used his foot somehow to open up the door to the apartment since his hands were full of bags.

"Mom!"

The tv in the living room turned off "What?" Ms. Byun came walking out, hands in her pockets "Oh Baekhyun you're back!" She smiled and went over to hug him.

Baekhyun placed the bags down and went over to hug her too.

"Have you heard anything from Baekhee?"

"No, it's hard to reach her lately, maybe she's dealing with exams?" His mom asked no one in particular, she broke the hug with him "I made a small dinner so if you can be so nice to get your brother we can eat."

Baekhyun nodded and took off his shoes.

As he walked into his room he yelled: "Idiot! It's dinner!"

Baekbeom opened his door "Shut up you snake."

"Who you calling snake, frog!"

"Boys stop your failed attempt at insulting each other and get your small butts in the kitchen!"

Baekhyun stuck out his tongue while having a big grin on his face, his older brother sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, a small smile on his lips.

The youngest Byun placed all his stuff inside his room then running over to the kitchen to eat.

As he came closer the nice aroma of mashed rutabaga*, stick meat*, and potato gratin.

"I tried to make something slight northern style food, they may eat everywhere in the world but oh well, dig in."

Just as Baekhyun was about to take the first bite the front door slammed open, a girl, this time was real, stood covered in snow from head to toe.

"How dare you start eating without me!" Baekhee said laughing as she watched her family stare at her in shock as she took her jacket off.

Their mom was the first to react, she ran around the table to hug her daughter "Yah! Byun Baekhee, you need to answer your mother's calls!"

"BIG SIS!" Baekhyun also ran up to them to join the hug.

"Awe look at you, you have gotten so big." Baekhee squished his cheeks "You're twice the size since I last saw you."

Baekhyun let go of her "What have you been up too?"

"Studying twenty-four seven." She sighed.

Baekbeom was still frozen in his seat, his fork halfway up to his mouth.

"Now, I can smell the delightful smell of home cooked food." Baekhee closed the door behind her "Mind if I join?"

"Nonono sit down." Ms. Byun grabbed her hand and dragged her over to the table.

Baekhee poked Baekbeom then turned to look at Ms. Byun who was putting food on a plate "Mom I suddenly realize you and dad liked Baek so much you used it three times, Baekhee, Baekbeom, and Baekhyun."

There was a loud explosion and in the corner of Baekhyun's eye, he saw colors spread across the sky.

"Mom! Look fireworks!"

More colorful explosions happened and Baekhyun forgot all about his food (again) and ran over to the balcony.

Seconds later Baekhee also came out, she had a camera in her hand "Baekhyun do you wish for anything?"

The youngest Baek shrugged "Not really, well maybe that thing me, Jongdae, and Minseok are aiming for, and" he turned to look at another colorful explosion "That Chanyeol and I have a wonderful time together as a couple and that we last forever...."

Baekhyun hoped that the last part went unheard.

But that hope quickly disappeared when Baekhee ran inside again screeching:

"WHO IS CHANYEOL!? AND WHEN CAN I MEET THE PERSON WHO STOLE MY BROTHER'S HEART!?"

"BYUN BAEKHYUN PLEASE GET BACK INSIDE!"

"Oh boy." Baekhyun sighed, with one last glance at the sky he went back inside to get bombarded with questions from his whole family.

Hello.

Im sorry for being gone for a short while, I didn't intend to.

It's just that I've had so much going through my head and so much on my chest that I have wanted to tell someone.

Yes, it's a silly thing but it really took a toll on me.

You might have seen from the last chapter at the end I talked about being 'in love'.

For you who knows me in real life knows that I have never been in love. Never had a crush either.

Me being me I was in denial for nearly 6 months, telling myself "Its just another one of those hair things."

By that I mean, every time I thought I had a crush it was just me being all crazy about how soft their hair looked. Yeah I know I'm weird, but aren't we all in our own way tho

Moving on.

I realized I liked him when I went to dance practice and saw his face, his smile and my heart just skipped a beat, and there were butterflies in my stomach and I just thought

"Fuck I actually like him."

Next day I couldn't help but tell my friends about it, bad idea, they told me to confess, that he did in fact like me back and that I should do it now.

Naturally, I refused.

But when it was time for bed I couldn't sleep, my mind was a mess, so I told my best internet friend about it, she told me to take the shot.

My stupid ass did.

Remind you, I have a close relationship with him, he's a good friend. And that he moved 30/20 minutes away from me with bus

So this is kinda funny XD to confess I used the Snapchat chat room, silly right?

So I basically wrote:

Hello, I just need to get this off my chest so I can sleep in peace....... i like you...... and I know you don't feel the same

He replied seconds later. It took me ten whole minutes to just open it.

His reply:

"To be honest I like you too, you're a fantastic girl, and I liked you a lot  when I went to (old school) but I think it will be hard to meet."

It kinda fueled my love fantasy, thinking I had a chance.

The day after he never responded to me. Ignored every snap I sent to him. I didn't understand so I did the mistake of sending:

"I understand if you don't want to talk with me anymore. It was pretty stupid of me to say. Sorry."

He replied with what.

This weekend my friends were messing with my phone and one of them says

"He likes (call her crissy)!?"

I ignored them and continued to dance  girl groups XD

But what made my ears perk was this sentence, it let's say kinda broke my heart.

"I can't believe (call him J) likes Crissy!"

It wasn't enough but yeah I continued to dance.

So afterwards, I grabbed my phone and searched her up and let me tell you a person with low confidence like me wanted to curl up in a ball and cry.

She is a lot prettier me, has talent, probably good personality, she has a lot of things I don't have....

I could never be her and I'm ashamed to think that he would ever go out with me.
