"Uh... Please don't mind me asking but, what's a magical shift tournament?" Lynette asked with an awkward smile forming on her face.

But what she had received was the shock expressions from Ace and Deuce, looking straight back at her directly.

"Ehh?! You don’t know about Magift, Lynn!?" Ace yelled in shock and couldn't believe that she doesn't know about the game at all.

"Never heard of it. Really true." Lynette answered blankly.

"It’s a world-famous sport. They have a professional league and even world competitions." Deuce explained which Lynette listened to his explanation.

"Oh? So it's a famous sport games here in Twisted Wonderland then?" Lynette asked with a curiosity expression on her face.

"Hey! Don't leave me out fo this! I dunno about it either, too!" Grim yelled.

"Magical Shift… A.K.A. Magift, is a sport played by two teams made up of seven players. To put it simply, you try to take a disc from each other and try to shoot it at the goal positioned in the opponent’s territory. The team who scores the most points is the winner." Ace explained which Lynette finally understood about the famous sport game.

"Oh it's sounds like the Island of Enchantment well-known yet famous sport games, like American Football." Lynette commented after hearing the game and it's rules on how to play.

"American football? Is that a sport from your hometown in the Island of Enchantment, Lynn?" Deuce asked with curiosity.

"You bet it is! And my older brother Landon happens to play football too! And is on the team for his second year!" Lynette explained with a proud smile on her face.

"I don’t think I’m familiar with the term… Your homeland is indeed interesting to hear and learn about. I’ll research it in the library next time. It might provide me with a clue, after all." Crowley explained as Master Wiz patted his shoulder, getting his attention.

"Feel free to learn all about it in the library Dire." The wise elder answered with a chuckle.

"Hm… But I think it’d be pretty easy to have Lynette appear in a Magift tournament though. Don't you think so? " Ace mentioned as Lynette looked at him in confusion.

"Why?" Grim asked with curiosity.

"Magical Shift is a sport that uses magic. You carry the disc with magic, and all attacks and defenses used require magic as well. Since Lynette is a half-myth and also at a high level when using magic. It's possible for her to play!" Deuce explained which Lynette blinked.

"That's right! Part of the player’s appeal is when they exhibit super flashy magic, too~♪" Ace continued which Lynette was impressed to hear how popular the magift game was too.

"Cool~" Lynette commented with a smile.

"Exactly! That is why Night Raven College is a world renowned powerhouse when it comes to Magical Shift! A lot of our school’s alumni play in professional leagues now!" Crowley explained with a bright smile on his face.

"Even more, Magical Shift is a sport that tests not only physical skills but also one’s magical skills. Professional teams will be observing our school’s intra-dorm Magift Tournament. A lot of renowned magicians around the world, including the island of enchantment will come to watch." Wiz explained which it surprised the gang right about now!

"Eeehhh?! Your home island will watch the game too?!" The duo asked as they looked at Lynette with shocked eyes.

"Well, you heard what sensei just said, so yeah!" Lynette shouted back at them loudly.

"It is a very important and exciting event that’s broadcast via television worldwide. And of course the Island of Enchantment along with its people who lived there will be watching the up-coming event as well!" Crowley yelled proudly too.

"Which means, other powerful magicians and other powerful half-myths will watch the show too!" Crowley shouted loudly.

"EEEHHHHH?!"

"So it's going to be televised to the whole world!? That's so cool!" Lynette shouted with a smile.

"People around the world will be watching!? Then, if I win that tournament, everyone in the world will know about me!?" Grim asked in excitement.

"Of course, players who do exceptional and win in the tournament are invited to join professional teams, so it is a given that it comes with popularity, too." Crowley answered.

"In Grim’s case, people will be surprised to see that a monster is participating in the tournament." Deuce mentioned straight to Lynette as the two looked at Grim.

"I agree with you too." Lynette answered as Grim jumped in excitement about the up-coming event.

"Alright~! I’m gonna go train starting now and aim for victory!" Grim shouted happily and wanted to participate.

"Sorry Grim, but we're not joining today's tournament." Lynette spoke which Grim stopped cheering and looked at Lynette in confusion.

"Huh? Why not?! Don't you wanna join in too Lynn?" Grim asked with a bit of convincing to her.

"Ah that is correct Miss Mitchell, Grim can’t participate." Crowley stated.

"Eh?" Grim spoke in confusion.

"I’ve mentioned multiple times that it’s an intra-dorm competition, have I not?" Crowley reminded.

"Yeah, you did." Lynette answered.

"Very good Miss Mitchell, you have good ears for listening. And for Grim, your dorm doesn’t have five people, right? That is why you and Miss Mitchell can’t participate." The headmaster stated, which caused Grim to frown.

"WHAT?! No way….!!" Grim yelled in total disappointment.

"It's true. There's no way I will stand alone without five other members. Even if I'm good at high-skilled magic, it's still a no." Lynette explained with a stern face and crossed her arms.

"There are a lot of other things you can do during the tournament, you know? There’s handing out drinks and helping prepare the grounds. The players standing on the field aren’t the only main characters, after all." Crowley mentioned as Lynette picked the pouting Grim up in her arms.

"See?" Lynette spoke.

"Don’t wanna, don’t wanna!! I want people watching to say “Kya~ Grim’s so cool!” or “Did you see that amazing play!?” That’s what I wanna hear!!" Grim whined.

"What the f**k is that...?" Lynette mumbled along with a sweat drop after listening to Grim's whining.

"That’s a pretty wild delusion…" Ace commented with a sweat drop.

"Yeah… You can’t do anything about it since you don’t have enough people. You can only hope that more people join Ramshackle Dorm next year, but for now you have to give up on it." Deuce commented which it didn't helped Grim at all.

"I shall excuse myself now! Ah, so busy, so busy." Crowley mentioned with somewhat acting of exhaustion.

"You’re so mean for making me expect something…" Grim grumbled.

"Ahem! Before we end this, Dire aren't you forgetting something?" Master Wiz reminded which it caught the headmaster's attention.

"Hmm? Something important- Oh! Thank you Wiz for reminding me!" Crowley exclaimed as he turned to Lynette's attention.

"Miss Mitchell, you are now invited to the inter dorm leader's meeting today." The headmaster spoke which it caused Lynette to take a halt and stayed still and Ace and Deuce did the same.

It took a second for the gang to turn around, look at the headmaster, straight in the eye. And then, the moment of silence.

"...eh?"

"EEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHH??!?!!?!"

"Wait!! Oh hold on a second!! Me?! Invited to the dorm leader's meeting?!" Lynette shrieked loudly and her eyes were popped wide opened.

"Correct, Wiz and I talked it over. You are indeed invited to the dorm leader's meeting." Crowley repeated loudly and clearly as well.

"it's fair young blossom, since you are an official dorm leader of the Ramshackle dorm, of course." The wise elder responded   with a light chuckle.

"So then, that means she's going to meet all the dorm leaders there?!" Ace and Deuce yelled.

"Yes, it is correct Mr. Trappola and Mr. Spade." The elder answered calmly.

After receiving the answered they needed, Ace places his right hand onto Lynette's head and smiled at her cheeky as usual too.

"Damn Lynn~ You're sure are lucky~" Ace teased.

"Yeah! You're going to meet all the dorm leaders!" Deuce explained with a smile which Lynette shrugged it off.

"Oh come on! I'm not that lucky!" Lynette answered as she shook her head.

"Aw man, I'm jealous of you now! Being a powerful half-myth and is now joining a dorm leader meeting." Grim pouted with jealously.

"Grim! It's natural because she's a dorm leader!" The duo yelled at the grey raccoon, who was covering his ears.

"Anyways, I'll be watching over Grim for you in the library. Mr. Rosehearts will be guiding you to the mirror chamber once recess is over. Is that clear?" Master Wiz answered.

"Hai~! Sensei!" Lynette answered in a cute manner, which the duo blushed at her.

Cute.

"Alright then, that is all for our lesson today. Miss Mitchell, I will see you again at the meeting in the mirror chamber." Crowley answered as everyone exited the office.

Another busy day along with an important sports event is coming really soon, I wonder what will happen next then?
