"Th-this guy's a total madman! That was more than 6 hits, you liar!" The senior yelled after getting hit 12 times from Deuce.
"Oh, crap! Let's run! I'm so sorry, Mr. Chicken!!" His friend shouted as the two scrampered off.
"Apologize to the eggs a hundred times before you stuff your faces next time, dumbass!!" Deuce shouted at them loudly.
"Deuce calm down! This isn't you at all!" Lynette yelled frantically. Her attempts on stopping Deuce was no use.
"*Shrieks*" Grim screamed.
"*pants* Ah!!" Deuce yelled, Lynette knew that he came back to his senses, Lynette and Grim rushed over to him to check if he's alright, Deuce was okay but he seems disappointed of himself after that fight with those seniors.
"What happened to you!?" Grim asked.
"Yeah and what's with that switch up to your delinquent character?" Lynette asked as she and Grim help Deuce to get up on his feet.
"I-I did it again...I promised myself that I'd be a model student for sure this time, and yet...!" Deuce answered in a defeated tone.
"Eh?" Grim spoke.
"What? You promise yourself to become a model student?" Lynette asked as Deuce nodded at her.
"Yeah that's right, I wanted to be different from who I was back in middle school...I always skipped classes, and I got into fights every day. I didn't show respect to teachers and I hung out with a bad ilk of seniors. Even my hairstyle was pretty wild back then, too." He explained about his delinquent past, which it shocked her a little after hearing it from him.
"I fought with anyone who I could fight with...I used magic even on guys who couldn't use magic. I was an over-all bad person then." Deuce continued, which made her understanding him after listening.
Deuce...you were a delinquent since middle school...? Then that explains it.
"It totally doesn't look too obvious now, though." Grim answered.
"Yeah, I might have noticed happening during the Expulsion and now." Lynette answered.
"But one night while I was hiding myself from view... I saw my mother cry and talk to my grandmother about it.
She was asking her where she went wrong with raising me, and about whether she was a bad parent for how I turned out. But that's not it at all. She's not to blame! Everything's my fault!
That's why, when the black carriage from the prestigious Night Raven College came to pick me up, I made sure that I will never take that smile away from my mother again. I made up my mind to become a model student that my mother can be proud of. And yet... Damn it...!" Deuce explained as his fist clenched.
Lynette and Grim stood there, after listening to his past, it felt like he wanted to change himself after what he did but...
"But, yanno... Is enduring all of that part of being a model student?" Grim asked.
"Eh...?" Deuce spoke as he looked at Grim.
"If it were me, I'd have punched those delinquents ten more times, yanno?
But you took care of it before I could." Grim explained which made Lynette nodded at him.
"That right but overdoing it isn't good though. Just don't let the past bring you down, you don't need to change yourself for your mother, she accepted you for who you are." Lynette answered as she patted his shoulder.
"You guys..." Deuce spoke as he looked at Lynette, as if a God summoned a angel to heal his pain from his past.
"It's good to relieve some stress sometimes and even model or top students have rights to get angry." She continued to speak, which made him understand.
"I see... Hehe, the chicks will probably feel at ease now, too, huh?" Deuce answered which he only heard silence.
"Umm...Deuce can I speak something to you first?" Lynette asked carefully.
"Hmm? What is it?" Deuce asked as he looked at her.
"I hate to say this to you but those eggs won't become little chicks though, because they aren't fertilized, so they won't hatch into chicks in the first place..." The girl answered.
...
"Wh-what?!?!?! You've gotta be kidding me!!!!!!"
Should I tell him how a egg and chicken cycle really works? Cause I feel...like I kinda wanted help him with his studies since he's being honest.

"Oh, they're finally back. What took you guys so long?" Ace asked as the gang entered the kitchen, Lynette was holding a new carton of eggs while Deuce stayed quiet, after what Lynette had said to him, just made him to realize that he has a long way to reach her level in order to become a model student.
"It's a...long story..." Lynette answered as she turned to Deuce, who's head was staying low for a while after what Lynette had said to him about the eggs.
"Let's get this over with, shall we~?" Trey explained as the whole gang immediately got to work.
"All that's left is to mix the marron cream into the tart." Trey explained as he pulled out his magical pen from his pocket, and magically mix the Marron cream into the tart.
"Will we be able to eat after this!? I'm getting excited already~!" Grim asked as his mouth drools, looks like he wanted to eat the tart very soon.
"Then let's finish the job so then we can have a taste!" Lynette spoke as she prepared her hands as she magic got to work, this caught Trey's attention and was impressed with her abilities.
So she can use her magic even without her magical pen. This is surprising, especially for her.
"Alright, let's finish this in one fell swoop!" Ace shouted.
"Don't lose focus now, got it?" Trey remind them carefully.
"You got it!"
"Yeah!"
___________
The gang had managed to make progress on the tart really well, and they're working really hard to have the first bite of the tart.
"Nyaha! What 'bout that~!" Grim declared.
"Wow Grim congrats, you did a good job." Lynette answered as she patted his head.
"That's right! I'm real work hard until I reach to your magic pro level for sure Lynn! Just watch me!" Grim shouted.
"Hmm~ Alright then, but I won't hold back down you know!" Lynette smirked as she snapped her fingers, which caused the wisk and bowl to move and work on their own while Lynette worked on the other bowl on her own, which everyone witnessed it.
"You have a long way up Grim." She whispered as she continued whisking the bowl.
"Awww man..." Grim sighed.
"You guys are good. Keep up that pace." Trey answered.
"Hehe, anything's easy-peasy for the future great magician, Grim!" Grim answered proudly.
"You get carried away too easily! And also, you really think you can reach to Lynette's magic level, cause I feel like it could impossible to get there." Ace asked as he finished whisking his bowl.
"Yeah...since you said it...I feel like I have a long way to get there..." Grim answered with a sigh.
"Eggs don't...turn into chicks...?" Deuce asked as he shakes Lynette's shoulder.
"I'll give and teach you on how the cycle works Deuce, right after this okay?" Lynette answered with a smile along with a sweatdrop.
"What have you been saying, man!?" Ace yelled at him.
Lynette giggled at his reaction and remembered about her previous school life in elementary in 3rd grade, it was peaceful and happy there until the betrayal and endless bullying came along, she was weak at that time when it happened and everything and everyone around her was really blind and couldn't see the true reality of it at all and it became a fake fantasy. The one and only memory she remembered was the fall on the stairs on the third floor which caused her death wish, which it made everything that everyone saw was the true yet painful reality that they are living.
It was very painful...especially in a young age for anyone like her. And no one, not even magic can change it's own meaning of it.
After her six weeks coma in the hospital, her mother and uncle decided to put her home-schooled with Master Wiz till she turns sixteen years old. Lynette though it would stay like it but after coming to Night Raven College, it really change her life after all.

"Good job everyone! We're almost done!" Lynette cheered happily.
"It looks so good~!" Grim answered as his mouth drooled over at the tart.
"Thanks for the great work, guys. All that's left is to put some marron glacé on top." Trey explained.
"Me, me, pick me! I'll do it!!" Grim yelled.
"Don't mess it up, okay?" Ace spoke to him.
"And be careful Grim, or we won't get the first bite of that tart!" Lynette answered at him.
"Leave it to me! There we go! As expected from me~! This is gonna be the best tart ever~!" Grim answered as he stood up on the stool carefully put the glacé on the tart carefully without losing his balance.
