For those of you who haven't heard of it, NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month, an event writers use in November to churn out a 50,000 word story in a single thirty day block. If you think it's mad, well...

You're probably right.

My contribution to this madness is the first tale of the Ravens' Child, a ship and a clan of misfits and scoundrels making a place for themselves in a broken world. There will be airships, excitement, danger, pirates, dancing, free-floating in places without gravity, a princess, romance, explosions, plenty of swashbuckling fun, and you'll get all of it in rapid-fire instalments coming hot off the press.

Oh, and you'll get everything on that list before December 1st.
