CHAPTER 15. Kill the new threat

In the Midst of it all as Night Raid Members train to the bone with the ways of the KI and new found Martial Arts to hone their skills and abilities with their Teigu.

A new threat arises as the Empire is left to deal with them.

( At night in a small cabin in the forest )

It was night time outside of the Empire. A lit cabin shone around the surrounding woods as the dancing crickets mated under the moonlight. A couple, a man and a woman were on guard for the night. The Woman washed dishes as the Man held his shotgun, cocking it to ensure it works for when the Danger Beasts break-in.

"I heard a rumor that people had been seeing a new breed of Danger Beasts around here lately." Said the Man. "Be careful, I don't want you going out by yourself."

"I know dear." The Woman complied, "Don't you worry about me!"

Suddenly, without warning, two, humanoid, large Danger Beasts blasted through the door in a rampage hurling towards the man. The Man grabbed his shotgun and opened fire. The First Danger Beast lunged over towards the man until…..

A Slithering sound was overheard behind the Danger Beast and what creep out the man along his wife was it was starting to decay like a rotten flesh on the ground as the remaining flesh of the monster slomp onto the Floor horrifying the couch and soon they saw what had drained it when they look from the now dead Danger Beast to their door and saw another "Danger Beast" it's appearance was completely intimidating as it's upper body has white skin like body armor strong enough to deflect any kind of lethal attacks and has some purple coloration right above it's abdomen where it's abs was needed to be if it were indeed human as the purple like orb shame like abs and then it's neck also has soft fleshy scale purple skin in color and with spikes naturally grew from it's back, it's skull is elongated with beak-like mouth, the bio armor on his shoulders grow and three-toed feet with white skin also made in similar fashion as a Bio-armor as it's upper and it's hands where five-fingered hands with black five sharp claws as it's nails for gripping and piercings and it also has sprouted wings similar to those of a beetle, along with a long tail affixed to the middle of his back that ends with a "stinger" which is draining the very life force of the Supposedly new Danger Beasts that has been roaming around the capital it's Two yellowish snake like eyes narrowed towards the couple as the second Danger Beast was being struggle by the neck as it was lifted by this new Third Danger Beast but what shock them the most was…….

"Howdy Neighbors, room for one more." Slurping and muffled screams were soon heard in the dead of the night.

BEN 10 POV

"Previously on Ben 10: Ultimate Ga Kill."

Ben then coughed through his hands and then began to explain. "The simple explanation for this is that this very room is under a process of advanced science by using dimensional transcendental methods, which of course having the interior being a whole separate dimension containing an infinite number of rooms, corridors and storage spaces, all of which can change their appearance and configuration."

"Layman's term, the smaller on the outside the bigger they are on the inside." Kevin explained it the easiest way possible.

"So, how are we gonna do the whole training?" Mine asked.

Ben grinned at this. "Glad you asked Mine, To Answer your question you're all gonna be divided into groups. General Najenda you're mastering the very basic way of summoning KI so you'll be with Gwen since she's more fitting with energy training in this kind of environment. Along with is Mine you're skill as a sharpshooter and sniper of the group gave you the eyesight of advantage in long and short range so you'll be learning to enhance your spiritual connection with Pumpkin and enhanced it with KI so you won't be risking your own life in the process during missions." As soon as he said that he nodded to Gwen and Guided both Najenda and Mine into a separate room. "Alright Leone you're specialized in closed arm combat with it you can easily adapt in learning other combat moves and use it as your own for your skills and I got the right KI technique for your type of training and Kevin can guide you to it. As for you Tatsumi you rely much on your armor although with Akame's training your skill with a sword even without armor your deadly but not as fast as her or for that matter thanks to our PLUMBER's training Kevin here learns to master his skills in using sword since he can morph his arms into countless weapons he needed more training to know how to properly used them and with his same training he can teaches you the basics techniques that are common from world, And that's where Akame and Sheele comes in both are skilled knives and swords fighters maybe you can help out Kevin as well to improve."

This got him a cry of protest.

"OH COME ON MAN WHY DO I HAVE TO BE TRAIN AS WELL?!" Grunted Kevin in the background.

"That's because you need to perfect your sword fighting while still in armor form Incase you morph them up!" Called out Ben. "Besides, Sheele and Akame can also do some training in dealing with armored opponents." He added and then glance at Chelsea and Lubbock and grinned at them causing them to shiver in fear. "Oooh Lubbock I heard from Gwen even with your cross tail Teigu the thread are indeed useful when it comes to trapping bad guys but it would help you that much if you rely only to using your Teigu so I'm gonna make sure to make your skin very durable to handle KI attacks, not only that I have words that you can form weapons out of your Teigu I have an alien who can do the same maybe a few tips from me to master your Teigu would also keep you alive and I also have some KI Techniques that can construct weapons in a form of Energies that seems to be your type to train with." He then turned to Chelsea. "As for you Chelsea you mastered the most important part of being an Assassin and that's only achievable with your Teigu however you still have to master your vocal tones if you're planning to use your Teigu to disguise yourself and it won't help against someone with the same skill as either Akame or Esdeath you'll be easily killed so let's enhanced that skill of yours by having your Shapeshifting ability into copying my aliens along with their abilities." Now this surprises Chelsea.

"Now hold on! My Teigu is a cosmetics type Teigu. As I told you the other day, it's not meant for combat!" Cried out Chelsea.

"Exactly, although according to what I know about your Teigu there is a full potential hidden behind if you find a way to master it's abilities; And considering that "The Gaea Foundation" is made from a rare superclass Shapeshifting Danger Beast known as Gaia which is surprisingly  known in my word as The Greek Mother of Nature/the wife of the Ancient god Uranus;  anyways putting the Greek mythology asside, what I found interesting from the origin of your Teigu which is apparently not entirely your cosmetic make up equipments that you uses to shift but it's the entire box that it's made from the very core of the Swamp Danger Beast that was has the ability to mimic her preys loved ones; Her core was cut out from her body and melted down to build that Cosmetic box and those make up equipments you put in there was enhanced by the power of the box and instantly linked the identity of the one you wanted to change." Ben explained. "Now, since the Omnitrix is basically a device to walk with other species not just by letting the user to change into a particular species but also have their entire abilities and powers along with other stuffs I need to learn. Now to unlocked your Teigus’ true potential I'll help you to change into many alien forms and try to also mimic their powers as for KI training I can teach you the basics starting with making sure that you can survive even a small percentage blast that almost made your whole body to be durable enough not be cut down by a single blade." He told her, causing her to look on in Wonder. "Now then let's get started." He said snorting can't wait to show them how to actually achieve KI Training that it's not that Easy.

And as soon as they entered their rooms to train, what they saw had them all shock as all rooms contained the same White Void like the ones in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

WITH TATSUMI AND LEONE POV 

"Whoa look at this place!" Both exclaimed in surprise and awe at how huge yet nothingless the miniature duplicate of the Time Chamber. 

Akame and Sheele also look around in astonishment though they had to stay behind since only Two can fit the room inside while it is only designed to fit three users it's still dangerous to have way too many people inside each Time Chambers.

WITH NAJENDA AND MINE. 

"Okay I gotta admit this place looks bizarre." Mine pointed out. 

"Indeed nothing but the door we came through and this Void of Room." Added Najenda however as she said that the word "Void" echoed. 

~VOIDDDDDDDDDD!!!~ Was echoes in the room and both were startled by it causing Gwen to snicker a bit behind them. 

"Oh yeah it does that as well even though this is a duplicate of the real thing back from our Earth it still has that Echoing effect every time you say the word "Void." in here." And as she said that the word "Void" was indeed echoed again but with Gwen's voice.

Mine being Mine crosses her arms and snickers. "Guess we have to avoid saying that then." Just as said that it echoed annoying her. 

~VOOOOOOIIIIIDDDDDD!~ With Mine’s voice. 

"SERIOUSLY?!" Grunted Mine in Annoyance. 

"Yeah it get pretty annoying at first but you'll get used to it." Gwen said, patting her on the shoulder. "Now you two, before anything else I'll teach you how to endure the ways of being able to control KI starting with Body durability." She told them. 

"Anyways shouldn't we all have Susanoo inside with us as well?" Najenda asked despite being a living imperial arms she still considered Susanoo as a new Member of her Team. 

"Oooh don't worry Susanoo along with Akame and Sheele are all still Outside so we're just waiting for someone to exchange with them once training is done." Gwen reassured them. "Now let's Begin in hardening your bodies."

WITH KEVIN. 

"So, what's this room again?" Tatsumi asked, looking around the white void room. 

"Okay to begin with, The Inside time moves at 365.24 times that of this dimension." As Kevin Explained that both Gwen and Ben also explained it at the same time.

WITH BEN POV 

"In Lubbock's terms, one day out there, one year in here." Getting an exasperated reaction from the green hair assassin.

WITH GWEN POV 

"And Unlike the original chamber, While  it only allows two people that can enter at a time. These rooms in our miniature Housed Hyperbolic Time Chamber have been modified to allow three people to enter." Gwen explained.

WITH BEN POV 

"With this we can help you master the art of Manipulating or controlling KI." Ben told them. "As such to ensure this success training I have to change the scenery."

NORMAL POV 

As soon as all three are able to explain how the room works pulling out their badges they press it and a pannel came from the white ground and the top of it had several key buttons and a level in the side as Ben, Gwen and Kevin step in front of it placing their PLUMBER Badges blink green as all buttons was activated and pressing a few of them and pulling the level besides it together it sparked and soon the entire white void started changing into something familiarize to them all as a very wide green field in a hill stunning them all. 

Back with Ben he turned back to his students who were both wide eyes as they took in the scene with them from white Void to a huge green hill valley which is a perfect environment for them all to make their body very hardened. 

"Okay the first thing we needed to do is give you all the training weights."

WITH KEVIN/GWEN POV

"Which weighs around 10K Tons!"  They all exclaimed at the same time in separate rooms causing them all to……..

"WHAT?!" They all gasp Shooking the whole miniature Capsule house.

With Kevin Leone and Tatsumi both assassins were shocked at what he said. 

"T…en Thousand…" Tatsumi began mumbling, very shocked at that. 

"TONS?!" Leone exclaimed.

With Gwen, Najenda and Mine. 

"For weighing clothes?!" Gulp Mine in shock and fear. 

"*Sighing.*" Najenda was not ready for this kind of training. "Even the Rooters Academy is not this cruel."

Back with Ben 

The two Assassins were in total shock that they had to wear Weighted clothes for this type of Durability training to harden their bodies to handle such force in controlling KIs. 

But what shocked them the most was how weighted they were. 

"Wait, hold on a minute, are you really that cruel to us to train in learning KI Techniques?!" Exclaimed a very astonished and shocked Chelsea. 

"Seriously, first this room had started from being nothing but a white void and then this beautiful scenery and now Training weighted clothes that are too heavy for a normal person to wear?!" Proclaimed a very horrified Lubbock.

"What Kind of idiot would wear that kind of training clothes just to master durability?!" Exclaimed a shocked Mine.

Mine wasn't alone in asking that as half of her teammates also asked that at the same time. 

WITH BEN/GWEN/KEVIN POV 

"The kind that would ensure that you'll be alive to end this war." All three said it at the same time. 

This all stunned them for good but as truly determine in enduring this type of training just for them to prolong a very long life to achieve their goal in freeing this corrupt empire from the hand of the Prime Minister and to stop what coming each members of Night Raid that are with the trio Aliens force on each rooms were all glancing at those with them and nodded in pure determination. 

"We'll do it!" They all proclaimed.

Back with Kevin 

TATSUMI POV. 

I know that this kind of training would be harsher and difficult but If we're gonna survive this war we have to give it are all and as I glanced at Leone who had the same thought as me she nodded and I nodded back. "Please train us! I'm giving it my all to this training so that I can help protect not only my village but also my friends and End this war!"

Leone besides me cheered and punch her left palm and nodded as well in agreement. 

"You got that right Levi so give us your best shot!" This brought a smile to the Hybrid Osmosian face which made me a bit nervous. 

"Whoooo, don't worry you two I will!" Smirked Kevin.

Back with Gwen 

Gwen smiled at the determination Najenda and Mine gave her to end the war and free the people from the Oppression from the Empire’s cruelty and corruption and Mine was also ready to make a name for Hybrids of other races and refugees like her to be treated fairly and equally which is what her world was also experiencing with Racism. 

"Okay then we'll have to make sure that your body hardens to have enough to control and use KI." Gwen told them. 

"Understood, I'm ready when you are." Proclaimed a determined Najenda causing Gwen to Nodded. 

"Okay then let's get started."

NORMAL POV 

Within Two Days inside the Miniature Hyperbolic Time Chamber training room. The entirety of Night Raid had began their training in acquiring the Key knowledge of learning to Summon KI and so With our Alien Force had begun their training the first step was experiencing Endurance by having the ability to withstand hardship or adversity. especially the ability to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity. a marathon runner's endurance. And the act or an instance of enduring or suffering.

In short it was time for them to learn how to hardened their bodies to handle KI attacks as well as other physical attacks This took for them four hours out in the real world but four months for them inside each training simulator chambers experiencing the much heavier gravity inside than on their earth and now with the added Training weighted clothes they suffered Hardship in flowing the Simulated soil ground for the two first two months the one experience this the most was Tatsumi, Leone. 

"Oh shit this is harder than I thought!" Grunted Leone who is now plowing a huge soil field with a heavily weighted plough contraption which is a chained huge lags the first lag was strapped over her naked sweaty shoulders as the chain attached to it was dragging another one which was plowing the soil Ground and Leone has been doing this for the first week ( 10 minutes outside ) in their side of the chamber training this also goes the same for Tatsumi as they change places in plowing the ground which is simulated to look like a real huge mountain field a perfect one for farming. 

"You can do it Leone!" Cheered by a tired Tatsumi who was given a Senzu Bean to heal up from his exhaustion. 

This encourages the blonde beast changeling Assassin and redo her training. This process was done for merely three weeks in the first month which only took for around 30 minutes outside the real world and as the two assassins experience this hardship……. 

Mine and Najenda while having some calm and peaceful meditation methods in summoning KI within their both surroundings and themselves to utilize them as KI Attacks Mine has first learn how to shoot several KI sphere attacks though they're small and weaker than the average destructive Ki blasts but it's a start Najenda on the other hand had learn a special spiritual bonding KI Technique which requires in using her new Companion/BioTeigu in using all her KI Energies into Susanoo into unleashing his Trump card without decreasing her own life form which was a success and as they learn to control KI attacks they now began using this to surround themselves with KI Auras as the original methods in Flying Technique and Energy Suspension using their own Mana/KI 

Gwen was a bit surprised when Mine was pink when summoning her KI and she almost mistook her as a hybrid Anodite of this Universe but shook that thought away remembering she's a western hybrid of this world although considering that she was the only one with the pinkest hair then she mind just be one so she has to see if the energy she was using is either KI or Mana although there several records of KI users that has a similar colors as Mana so maybe that's the case for Mine in Gwen’s thought as for Najenda her KI color was regular light Yellow but when she uses the Spiritual Binding KI technique it converted into a blueish color like the Kamehameha wave causing her to create her own KI Attacks through Susanoo as her Trump Card. 

Back with Ben he was basically enjoying himself in training Lubbock in how to rely on his newly found KI The alteration-type ki manipulation technique (変化型の気功技, Henka-gata no kikō-waza) is a special ki manipulation ability used by several characters. It is the creation of weapons via energy. 

Since his skills are based on traps and weapons contract in using his threads he has taught Lubbock in using KI bombs as mine bombs he learned from the training book he got from his many times great grandfather Son Goku Sr. Who uses this trick against his opponent in the tournament of power in the old days and Lubbock was incredibly a genius when it comes to planting traps and manipulating his threads into contracting weapons and although he learn to do that after the first three weeks of the first month after hardening his body ( 30 minutes outside ) and he repeated those process for the next couple of days after his endurance training. 

As for Chelsea she's the weakest of all as her methods and skills are based on her job description as infiltrations or spying. And because of that he has to do a lot of yelling for her to endure hardship in plowing the field and other kind of training to build in some muscles into her sexy slim body and had given her 10% enough to survive a 1% KI blast from him which still have her a few scrapes and bruises and so after Lubbock's training in the first month. ( 1hr. ) Ben focus on training Chelsea in the next month with both endurance, KI manipulation Techniques and of course Shapeshifting Technique  

This allows the user to change their physical form into any appearance they desire. The transformation itself is accompanied by a puff of smoke, concealing the user as they transform. Whilst this technique can be used to make the user significantly larger or smaller than their natural form, it does not change their physical strength; transforming into a more muscular or larger form cannot make the user stronger, limiting the techniques used in combat.

Even so with this Shapeshifting Technique as backup Incase her cover in using her Gaia Foundation Teigu was uncovered she won't be easily get suspected and with Vocal frequency training by using his sound based Aliens like Echo Echo Chelsea learn to control her own speech in mimicking others she also somehow gave energy and fire KI abilities and with the help of some of his aliens Chelsea manipulate her Teigus' limits into copying the powers of Ben's Aliens so with her true potential unlocked after the second month Chelsea was ready to use her own techniques as well as her new with how durable they are becoming from ordinary weapon attacks it's impossible for them to be killed in battle now but it doesn't mean they are truly invincible with KI attacks so they are not to underestimated the empire now that Ben knows that the Rooters Academy might actually help them also learn KI techniques to counter them. 

The training goes on with everyone in Night Raid in just one day, it only extends right after they Tatsumi and Leone Exchange with Akame and Sheele through Kevin's Training. 

And with everyone Ready they also soon learn of the horrific attacks of a new Threat.

(Present day just after two day and Two Hours Later after the attack: Within the Imperial Palace's Throne Room)

"Thanks to the Jaegers almost all the rebels within the vicinity to the capital have been wiped out." The emperor said with a bright smile, as he sat atop his throne. "You must have Night Raid quaking in their boots, General Esdeath, because they haven't made any moves in the past month. These are truly spectacular results."

"Thank you sir." Esdeath said, bowing her head to the emperor. "And once we find Night Raid's hiding place...we will swiftly destroy them."

"I'm quite glad, but...I'm sorry that I haven't been able to find a man fitting your criteria." The emperor apologized, as he rubbed the back of his head. "If you still refuse the minister, then perhaps his son? I believe he has a very promising future."

"Your highness." Esdeath said, raising her head to lock eyes with the emperor. "As I've previously reported, I've already found the man that my heart desires. Or thought I had when I first laid eyes on Tatsumi but with my encounter with the Golden Warrior that Night. I found myself vexed in meeting him."

Now this confuses both the young naive emperor and the Minister who had both glanced at each other and raised an eyebrow. 

"The Golden Warrior, the one who is claimed to have some sort of Teigu that allows him to transform into multiple Danger Beast?" The Emperor asked. 

"Yes Emperor Makoto. While Tatsumi is a man of many mystery and talents this Ben Tennyson this Shapeshifter who has bested many of my Jaegers has caught my full attention not only he is strong but also quite cunning and with his ability to control KI and that Golden Warrior I am dare to say the least that's he'll be quite a challenge and if I do ever encountered him…" Esdeath began to blush. "I wouldn't mind persuading him to our side and be there as my lover."

"Correct me if I'm wrong but, wasn't this Ben Tennyson character were claimed to be a Night Raid member as one of your own soldiers in Jaegers; Seryu Ubiquitous has seen him multiple times aiding the Enemy?" Asked Makoto. 

"Yes he is indeed acquainted with them but I do still believe within my own abilities I can be persuaded to come to our side."

"And if he doesn't?" Asked Ministry Honest. 

"Then I'll have no choice but confront him and beat him to submission."  Esdeath exclaimed sadistically.

(Five Minutes Later: Palace's Dining Hall)

"It seems that you've been a large influence on his highness. He's become very interested in love lately." The minister said, as he glanced at Esdeath, who sat on the other end of the table. "But once he's older, it'll be a full course meal of debauchery, from drinking to women to gourmet...heh heh. I'm getting giddy just thinking about it."

"And he'll still be your little puppet." Esdeath said with a hint of venom in her words, slightly glaring at the minister as he gorged himself. Tatsumi's words still echoed in the back of Esdeath's mind, and she couldn't help but feel slightly disgusted by the minister's actions. But Esdeath knew that she had to keep these thoughts to herself, so allowed a small, fake smile to spread across her face. "Then you can continue to bend the government to your will."

"I'll give his highness..." The minister said with a twisted smile, as he put a few cubes of sugar in his tea. "Sweet, sweet memories."

'This man is such a pig…' Esdeath thought, resting her head on her palm. 'I can see the lust and corruption in his eyes, as he continues to plot and scheme. Desiring to fully put this country under his boot. What a pathetic bug.'

"Now then...I have another favor to ask of you, general." The minister said, as he took his tea.

"Alright, let's hear it." Esdeath said, leaning forward in her seat.

"It's about a new species of Danger beasts that have been spotted on the outskirts of the capital." The minister said, as he set his tea cup down. "I want you to capture and subdue them."

"Oh that!" Esdeath said, perking up a little bit. "I've actually been looking into that myself. At first, they were only appearing in the deep forest and in the mines...But just this morning they slaughtered the inhabitants of a small village nearby." However, Esdeath's eyes narrowed as she remembered the report of the incident she had read. "But it's strange...among the dead in the village were two of those Danger Beasts. Both of them were completely drained from the inside as if something had sucked in all their life force or insides with stabs marks revealing into their very back as they were left as rotten slobs of flesh along with them were two presumably couples that also suffered the same fate as the Danger Beasts as if someone or something has been hunting them this also was similar reports from other villages just around the outskirts of the Capital. So in my thoughts that there may have been someone who's either a Danger Beast themselves or a rogue Teigu user who managed to fight off the beasts and started hunting them down for sport and killing those who see them in sight to leave no trace of their whereabouts.” 

"Hmm, how intriguing. We'll have to try and find whatever is doing this huntings. Maybe we'll be able to 'coax' some information out of them." The minister said with an evil smirk, as he stroked his beard. "But back on topic. Apparently these new Danger Beasts are very humanoid. Don't you think they'd make very entertaining toys?"

'I'd much rather just hunt them all down to extinction. I don't have time for your silly games.' Esdeath thought, discreetly releasing a bored sigh. 'Besides, when I'm hunting I don't enjoy toying with my prey. I enjoy the thrill of the fight much more, and would rather go in for the kill.'

"I've already ordered General Budo to eradicate them all." The minister explained, as he leaned forward in his chair. "But, I want you to look more into it."

"If that is your wish." Esdeath said, adjusting her cap and rising from her seat. "Ever since I heard about these Danger Beasts I've had a burning desire to hunt them. I'll try to capture two or three alive for you. You can thank me by sending extra supplies to my soldiers in the north."

"You're as dedicated to your men as ever." The minister said, as he took another sip of his tea.

"The better you treat your soldiers, the more they'll respect you. Then they'll fight even harder for you, and be more willing to throw themselves into the fight." Esdeath said, a smile spreading across her face. "Although, that's not something you'd know about." Deciding that it was best to leave before she said anything rash, Esdeath turned her back to the minister and began to make her way out of the room. “That's one of the reasons why my men are known as the strongest fighters there are.”

(Several Hours Later: Outside the Gates to the Capital)

"Hurry the hell up man..." A merchant hissed to his partner, as he trembled in his seat. "We need to reach the city while there's still some light out!"

"I know God damn it." The carriage driver grumbled, urging the horses to go faster. "The sooner we're out of this hellhole, the-" The driver was cut off when a group of freakish monsters walked out of the forest in front of them and blocked off the road. "FUCK! T-T-T-THERE HERE!" Both merchants screamed in horror, as the group of danger beasts rushed towards their carriage. However, before the danger beasts could reach the cart a large man in a gas mask slammed into the leading monster.

"Man, I got here right on time!" Bols exclaimed, just as another Danger beast began to charge towards him. Easily dodging the monster's attack, Bols grabbed the beast around the waist and smashed it head first into the ground. Bols released the dead danger beast and grabbed Rubicante. "Time to take these freaks down for good!" Brandishing the imposing flamethrower, Bols unleashed a wall of fire that instantly incinerated most of the danger beasts. The surviving monsters quickly turned tail and fled into the surrounding forest. Releasing a light sigh, Bols turned to the two merchants. "You guys can rest easy now." However, both merchants squeaked in fear when they got a good look at Bols' menacing gas mask. "Uh...I defeated the Danger beasts for you..." Confused as to why the merchants were still scared, Bols began to slowly approach them. "What are you guys still afraid of?"

"Don't worry about him, he's harmless." The carriage driver nearly jumped out of his boots when he felt a hand land on his shoulder. But he was relieved when he saw that it was an auburn-haired girl. "Everything is alright now. The flames of justice have annihilated the wicked."

"O-Oh! I see now..." The carriage driver said, as he rubbed the back of his head. "You're all soldiers from the capital! Then we're totally saved!"

Back in the forest, the escaping danger beasts hadn't made it very far before ice began to encase their feet, eventually covering their entire body. Emerging from a nearby cluster of trees, Esdeath and Kurome approached the trapped monsters.

"Just as I calculated..." Esdeath said, approaching the closest frozen danger beast and tapping the icy shell. "Looks like we managed to capture all of the ones that ran away." Walking around the frozen monster, Esdeath began to inspect the strange beast. "I see...I've truly never come across this type of Danger beast before." Releasing a light sigh, Esdeath placed her hands on her hips. "Alright Kurome, let's gather everyone up and get these things back to the capital." However, Esdeath sighed once again when she spotted Kurome staring at one of the frozen danger beasts, a thin line of drool spilling from the corner of her mouth. "And don't even think about eating them."

(One Hour Later: Back at the Imperial Palace)

"Wave. Kurome." Bols announced, as he walked into the Jaeger's meeting room, carrying a small tray. "I've made us some tea."

"Thanks for always going to the trouble." Wave said, looking away from the game of chess he was playing with Kurome.

"Yeah, thanks." Kurome said with a smile, as she ate one of her candies.

"Oh it's nothing." Bols hummed, waving dismissively. "I actually enjoy doing things like this." But, Bols stopped when he saw that Wave appeared to be quite frustrated. "Is there something wrong, wWave?"

"I...I just don't like it..." Wave muttered, as he tightly balled his fists. "You're such a good guy, Bols...but everyone just acts like those merchants from before...they just judge you by your looks."

"If I remember right, you weren't too much different." Kurome pointed out, causing Wave's face to flush red in embarrassment.

"That was then damn it!" Wave exclaimed, as he slammed his fist onto the table.

"Wave." Bols said, setting a cup of tea down in front of the flustered, dark-haired man. "I believe I already told you this. I'm not a nice guy...I've incinerated whole villages that were plagued by disease...burned men at the stake who pleaded their innocence..." Bols stared down at his hands, envisioning the countless people he had killed. "That's why I think so many people hate me..."

"But you were only following your orders as a soldier!" Wave exclaimed, as he suddenly stood up from his seat.

"Even if somebody had to do...I did what I did..." Bols said, releasing a heavy sigh. "And that frightened reaction I get from those I save...is what I deserve."

"Bols..." Wave said, as stared at the floor. "Don't talk like that." Exhaling, Wave sat back down into his seat. "Look man, if you ever-" However, Wave was cut off when the door to the room suddenly opened. Turning his head, Wave was surprised to see a beautiful woman holding a young girl in her arms. "Who are-"

"Hi honey!" The woman said with a large smile on her face.

"Daddy!" The little girl cheered, as she reached out to Bols.

"Whoa! What are you two doing here?!" Bols exclaimed in shock, walking up to both newcomers.

"H-Hold on a second!" Wave thought, as he darted his gaze between Bols and the two girls. "That's Bols' wife and kid!? What the hell?!"

"Oh you silly." Bols' wife giggled, holding out a small, neatly wrapped box. "You were in such a rush this morning that you forgot the boxed lunch we made you."

"Oh shoot, I really messed up now." Wave said in an embarrassed tone, as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Daddy, you're so forgetful!" The young girl laughed, handing her father his lunch.

"Is this really happening?" Wave thought, as he sweatdropped. "This scene is like it's straight out of an old sitcom."

"You have such a tough job honey." Bol's wife said, gently rubbing her husband's cheek. "You need to keep up your strength."

"You're absolutely right!" Bols cheered, as he wrapped his arm around his wife's waist. "I promise I'll be more careful in the future."

"Daddy, give me an uppy!" The young blonde girl cheered, tugging on Bols' pant leg.

"Of course, that's my good girl." Bols said, as he picked the small girl up. Hoisting his daughter onto his shoulders, Bols turned to Kurome, and the still shocked, Wave. "My wife and daughter know all about what I do, but they still support me! So now matter how tough I may have it...as long as I have my family I'll be fine."

'OH GOD!' Wave thought, shielding his eyes from a blinding light that seemed to be emanating off Bols and his family. 'It's so bright! Their love is too pure!'

Back with Night Raid Two days later everything was going well with everyone on Night Raid as Everyone had already gotten strong and whatnot had learn every single KI Techniques in manipulating KI to battle against the oncoming threat such as Project Cy-X and Android 24 Also known as Officer  Midori Nama Kurimu Seryu’s cousin and with them still as a large threat added to the Empire they have to avoid casualties and so Ben and his main members of Alien Force had work them all to the bone. 

(The Next Morning: 15 km Northeast of the Capital)

Tatsumi, in his new training weighted clothes, was with Gwen and Susanoo as he tested his new found strength without his armor to see if he can survive the big fight. Gwen sat there watching him being bored as Kevin was with the guys at the Hideout finishing the added changes for their new base. Ben was busy doing who-knows-what with Sheele, but the latter to her was not to question it. She noticed that the pair had been spending a lot of time together since their one year training session in the chamber so it was best for her not to intervene while the sun was high. 

However, she had taken interest in studying Tatsumi, he seemed a little level-headed than the other members of Night Raid. Akame was a close second when she was not obsessing over the Tennysons and Kevin's powers.

Night Raid was a little bothered to have three superpowered teenagers in their group, but they were radically thankful that they were. From what Ben had told the group, Gwen had the power to suck the souls out of anyone and merge it with her own life force as a quarter Anodite, a pure energy being if need be however she much still needed to learn how to control it or worse she'll lose her humanity despite how powerful she is with an easy way to kill someone. 

Everyone who heard that was now including Najenda were extremely grateful, if not lucky, to have them on their team. They were dangerous if left alone to their own devices.

They trusted Ben somewhat, but they were having a bit of trouble trusting both Gwen and Kevin. Mainly Gwen for a good reason. They had to keep an eye on her especially. Despite all of that, Gwen had agreed to go with Tatsumi and Susanoo to the falls since she wanted to explore the area and also try to get to know everyone. 

Akame had to urge herself not to spar with Gwen; she already made mental notes that the possibility of her landing one hit on Gwen was slim to none. It landed on a chance between 1/1000 to 1/1,000,000. It was an extremely small chance and it was proven during the training session two days ago when Kevin and Gwen had switched on who to train after Ben training Lubbock he had switch with Sheele and Mine with Akame when they trained with Kevin after the first day to say that they have changes a lot in just one day though it must have been a year for them to change that much Lubbock unlike his smaller lean frame he look a bit muscular now his muscle was average for his body build but still much more muscular same with Mine she now bore a thicker legs and to Tatsumi's surprised and embarrassment the second girl he loved has grew few inches in the chest department and a few muscles there but not too buff like Leone mich to his surprised even though he has trained with her in a year with Kevin but it wasn't just then that changes he took had grew taller and had some muscles on top of that he has the same height and built in body now as Ben is 5'9" (175 cm) and like Ben, Tatsumi has weighs atleast 225 pounds of pure muscle this goes the same with Lubbock just to the span of one day ( a year ) inside the chambers. 

Akame was still the same though since she and Sheele had to switch with Kevin from time to time with them over the years so it wasn't enough for them to build a few muscles but they are still lean muscular compared to their previous appearance as they are more skilled in agility and speed as swordswoman. 

And with Lubbock and Mine being trained by Kevin when it comes to weapons it was easier as they are weapons and traps experts and with Kevin's own experience with Alien Technologies and modern day weapons he taught them a lot. 

And as Sheele changed position with Lubbock in Ben's training session and both had grown closer to say the list Akame was a bit Jealous as she was switching with Mine to train with Gwen when it comes to close arm combat as she was a black belt in Taekwondo in their universe. 

And here we are after two days ( Two years ) Everyone was doing their own thing preparing for the big fight against the empire and now at the falls, Gwen sat at a platform reading one of her spellbooks. This got Tatsumi on a noose. He was curious about how she could do that.

"Um...why do you keep doing that?" Tatsumi asked.

"Reading?" Gwen asked.

"No...I mean...sitting on a..."

"My own power?" Gwen asked, "Oh does it bother you?" She asked with genuine concern. She forgot that this universe, though it had powerful warriors, never saw power like hers before. Even though she was Ben's family, her and Ben's  inherited power was still foreign to them. Her intentions were moot at best.

"N-no! It's...we never..." Susanoo 

"Even though we now have the means of acquiring equal footing with you people in just the span of two days. Your powers are still extremely strong. Too strong. Even if Ben can transform into this Alien X or that Golden Warrior form that I've been hearing about, you'll still have the power to shut him down if you wanted to." Susanoo said.

"How'd you know that?" Gwen asked.

"Kevin told Tatsumi who told me." Susanoo explained.

Gwen sighed. "Yes, if I wanted to, I could temporarily shut the Omnitrix down. My powers are not as powerful as the rumors say they are. There are drawbacks. If I go full Anodite I'll lose my humanity." 

"B-b-b-bullshit!" Tatsumi said. "You can teleport from one place to another. I refused to believe it at first, but since you're Ben's cousin anything is possible I assume!"

"You and everyone." Gwen groaned, turning to Susanoo. "So why are you two doing this anyway? Fishing?"

"I'm training Tatsumi." Susanoo said.

"I'm training so I can test out my new found strength!" Tatsumi said with enthusiasm in his voice, "Hey, maybe you can join us! It can give us some insight into what your powers are capable of!"

"It does make sense, you might be pulled in one of these days." Susanoo said.

Gwen pondered for a little bit until she finally made her decision. "Alright, I'll do it! But I think it would be fair for me to see what you guys are made of!"

"Seems cool!" Tatsumi said; he got into position. Gwen had no idea what Tatsumi was waiting for, however, she could only guess that it was a big rock or something along those lines.

And for him to accurately guess the giant rock, she mentally slapped herself in the face, "Of course it's a rock." She noted.

The giant, round boulder tipped over from the falls heading its sights over towards Tatsumi. Gwen was about to power up until she saw Tatsumi's brute strength at work when he punched the boulder into pieces. The small debris sprayed everywhere. Gwen shielded herself from the said debris while Susanoo simply dodged his head to the right with his eyes closed.

Gwen was stunned.

"The holiest of the shits!" Gwen said under breath. "Just in two days and you already can took that thing down without even an ounce of a struggle! You're like Saitama with hair!" Both Susanoo and Tatsumi gave her blank stares. Gwen had to catch herself. "Oh...anime doesn't exist here. Whoops." She slapped herself on the forehead. "You two aren't gonna tell Kevin about this right?"

"Right?" Tatsumi and Susanoo both looked at each other, both unaware of the reference.

Suddenly, another boulder rolled its way towards the trio. Susanoo stood up with his staff ready. His eyes quickly scanned for a weak spot, and when he found it, he struck it with such precision that it took a full minute for the boulder to break apart, even though he trained with everyone in the chamber his still pretty much rely on his strength as a Human Teigu and this pretty much still impressed both Gwen and Tatsumi.

"Wow!" Gwen and Tatsumi said in unison.

"You can't just rely on brute force when it comes to dealing with an Enemy. Always look for a weak spot before you start to hit something, it's a key cardinal rule to follow when you go into battle." He said to Tatsumi. Gwen stepped off her platform and walked over towards Tatsumi and Susanoo stood. They each took a few steps back, not wanting to be in front of "friendly-fire" when she powers up. The third and last boulder tipped over, and Gwen's eyes fired pink glares warning Susanoo and Tatsumi to step a couple more steps back - to which they did. When the boulder drew closer, Gwen fired a simple, but a powerful blast at the boulder, reducing it into matter vapor with a single BOOSH!

There was no debris; it shook both Tatsumi and the highly skilled, but stoic Susanoo. Gwen turned back to them. "How'd I do?"

"Where's the boulder?" Tatsumi asked as the cloud of Incursio evaporated.

(A few miles away from the old camp and to the New Night Raid base.) 

"So...this is our new base?" Tatsumi asked with a sweatdrop, as he stared up at Night Raid's new base, which was almost an exact replica of their old headquarters. 

Ben also has the same thoughts. "Yeah It doesn't really look like a new hideout to me at first glance."

"Indeed, but when you consider how hard it is to find and how easy it is to flee from, it's a lot like our old base." Akame agreed, discreetly hugging Ben's right arm.

"I don't care how it looks..." Mine said with a grin, as she rested her hands on her hips. "I'm just glad this place has hot springs."

"We should have some drinks there when we finish work." Leone said with a mischievous smirk, leaning over Tatsumi so that her large breasts rested on his shoulder. "Maybe you'd care to join me Tatsumi? I wouldn't mind washing your back..." Leaning in further, Leone whispered hotly into Tatsumi's ear. "And your front too."

"Oh, sign me up for that." Chelsea teased, which caused a massive blush to spread across Tatsumi's face.

Ben Snickers at Tatsumi's situation on being flirted on although he wouldn't voice it because he too was being approached by Sheele and Akame. 

"I wouldn't mind washing Ben's back too." Sheele said blushing. 

"Anyways we added more security into this new base also it has lots of floors this time." Kevin added notifying that he had help with the contraction of the new Base. 

"What Changes are we talking about?" Tatsumi asked.

"Well if you are considering Level 7 Technology as changes." pressing a button in a small remote like device noises was heard. 

And soon enough the middle part base opened up and two barrels came out with the interior hollow cylinders, which received the charge. And the Cascable are  the large knobs shaped projection at the back of the tube and the Muzzle is the front opening of the tube where the projectile was shot out from the barrel this cannon fired energy blasts large and powerful enough to take out a block from the Capital. 

But that's not all. Two large electrified tube-like pillars with huge glowing red spheres on top of them stood tall in front of the base which is around 10 ft in height. 

The sight of the technology installed into the Base awe Night Raid. 

"Those pillars, they'll act as Shield Generators."

Now this got the girls curious. "Shield Generators?" Chelsea asked and Kevin Nodded. 

"Yup with the Permission from Boss I have installed these pillars to act as a defensive measure to act as barriers or energy fields. These fields Will also act as a camouflage." Kevin explained. 

"Wouldn't the empire just track our sent with that Organic Teigu with them wouldn't that help if they find our location?" Leone asked and Kevin smirked. 

"Glad you mentioned that this forcefield will also have energy dampeners making it impossible for people who can senses KI and it also blocked our scents from the inside and the shield can make the entire base invisible from the outside of the barrier dome making it looking it's a rock formations for the mountain." Kevin added. 

"And if you're all worried that they might just sent scouts after tracking our scents in this location  without them finding the based I have Kevin also plan to install more of these shield generators to surround the base and the area around 50 Kilometers away from our location completely shielding the very top of this mountain next to that small Cabin we just have Susanoo build near the training Igloo shape chamber that is almost big as a house and the waterfall." Najenda reassured them. 

"With that said we won't be having a second Stylish Situation another time." Ben told them they were still being hugged by Akame and Sheele although can't help out have Gwen felt a bit jealous. 

Just then a call from Lubbock was heard. 

"Najenda!" Lubbock exclaimed, running up to the group. "I just finished putting up the secondary barriers around the hideout!"

"Nice work Lubbock." Najenda complimented, just as Susanoo returned, with a shovel resting on his shoulder.

"I've finished digging the emergency escape passage." Susanoo said, stopping in front of Najenda.

"Oh! That was really fast. I knew you could do it Susanoo." Najenda said with a grin. "Now our new hideout is pretty much up and running."

"Damn it..." Lubbock growled, as he grit his teeth, storming over to Susanoo. "Don't think you've won!"

"Huh? What are you talking about?" Susanoo asked in a confused tone, quirking an eyebrow.

'Man, he's got some real insecurity problems…' Tatsumi thought with a sweatdrop, as he turned back to the new base. "So this is our new base, eh? It might not be too different, but I guess that'll make it feel more like home.”

"Damn right Tatsumi it does feels like our old based but that's only in the first glance." Ben added from behind him.

(Ten Minutes Later: Night Raid's Meeting Room)

"I know we've only just settled in..." Najenda said, taking a long drag of her cigarette. "But our target is a new variety of Danger Beast. Their strength however is completely inhuman according to the reports these new Danger Beast species look humanoid in shape and that their not only they work well in numbers but a normal fighter won't be enough to outclass one in a fair fight as their strength is immensely strong as Fourarms." Taking the cigarette out of her mouth, Najenda released a light sigh. "In most instances they've been moving around in large hordes. And they exhibit slight signs of intelligence. They're also physically very tough and have given even the most skilled fighters a run for their money. They've been lurking in the caves and mines south of the capital...eating people and livestock with a seemingly bottomless appetite. It seems that the Jaegers and imperial guards have been driving them back during daily raids. But these monsters must be quite plentiful, because they're still being spotted all over the place but that's not all there's also another one that is quite disturbing report says that someone or something is also hunting these Danger Beasts as they found several rotten corpses of them laying on destroyed villages as if they are drained from the inside with stab marks on their back as they were left behind as a slob of rotting flesh and the guys in the revolutionary army believes that whatever is hunting these Danger Beasts might been either a rogue Teigu user or a new type of Danger Beast.” 

"Well, if the empire has their hands full with them, then it's likely not a trap." Mine deduced, as she stroked her chin.

"Not to mention whatever's hunting these Beasts also seems to be taking out on those who spotted them on sight like they're trying to hide their presence." Gwen pointed. 

"Indeed this mysterious Hunter is something to be cautious with and I know it seems like we'll be aligned with the empire..." Najenda said, putting out her cigarette and lighting a fresh one. "But will you still help out?"

"Of course!" Tatsumi exclaimed, as he tightly balled his fists. "There's no way I can just stand back and do nothing."

"Damn right you are, we're totally in!" Ben exclaimed. "I can't be called a superhero if I won't help those people even though they are the enemy."

"Ben and Tatsumi’s right." Akame chimed in, resting her hand on Murasame's hilt. "This is not a band of beasts we can allow to wander around freely."

"And I've been dying to release some built up stress after enduring those harsh training and ready to test out my new strength and abilities!" Leone said with a wicked grin, as she cracked her knuckles.

"Oh yeah, I totally agree with you there bloody! After those intense training with you guys it has been pumping to try out those sword skills I learned from Red girl and window boobs!" Kevin got a slap behind his head for that remark by Ben. 

'We really should just be leaving this all to the Jaegers. These guys are way too optimistic…' Chelsea thought, leaning against a nearby wall, arms crossed over her chest. However, a small smile spread across Chelsea's face when she glanced at Tatsumi and Ben. 'But I guess a little optimism isn't such a bad thing. If I said anything he'd just go on about how we're all assassins, but we're also on the people's side...and that we need the sooner we stop these things the more lives we save. So I'll just keep to myself this time.'

"Tatsumi!" A sudden exclamation from Susanoo snapped Chelsea out of her thoughts. "I have something dire to tell you!"

"What's up Su?" Tatsumi asked, as he cocked an eyebrow in confusion.

"Your fly is open." Susanoo replied, pointing to Tatsumi's open zipper. "It's distracting me, so please fix it!"

"GAH! What the hell!?" Tatsumi exclaimed in embarassment, as he quickly zipped up his fly. Afraid to raise his head, Tatsumi could tell that all his friends were desperately holding in their laughter. "Please be gentle."

"BWAHAHAHA!" Kevin bellowed in laughter, holding onto his sides. "After you sounded so brave and cool! I'm sorry Tatsumi, but that was so lame!"

"Indeed Tatsumi! Hahahaha did you enjoy showing it!" Cackled Leone can't help but feel like teasing her boyfriend.

"Hey, hey!" Lubbock cheered, as he danced around Tatsumi. "How's it feel buddy!? How's it feel!?"

"Oh my god! hahahaha I'm so glad I'm not you right now because this is so embarrassing!" Laughed Ben grabbing his stomach.

"Fufu, I'm sorry Tatsumi but it's so funny!" Laughed Sheele.

'I can't believe I fell in love with this idiot.' Mine thought, pinching the bridge of her nose.

'Damn it...I've never been so embarrassed in my life.' Tatsumi thought, as his entire face burned bright red. Turning around, Tatsumi saw Akame stood in front of him. "Akame. You aren't gonna make fun of me, right?" Said girl stared blankly at Tatsumi for several moments, before she started to giggle simultaneously. 'Oh my God, I want to die right now!' As Tatsumi lowered his head in shame, Lubbock continued to dance around and mock him. "S-Shut up damn it!"

"I-I'm sorry Tatsumi..." Akame managed to say, doing her best to stifle her giggles. "I'd noticed before Su, but I thought you were trying to make some kind of fashion statement."

"I'm not that outrageous!" Tatsumi exclaimed, as he waved his hands dismissively.

"Don't worry Tatsumi." Gwen said added a bit more into the fire and crouching in front of the young assassin and staring directly at his zipper. "From now on I'll be much more diligent about keeping my eyes peeled for it."

"NO! STOP IT GWEN! NOT YOU TOO!" Tatsumi screamed, his embarrassment shooting through the roof, as he instantly covered his groin. 

"This is how my men are." Najenda said, as she walked up next to Chelsea. "Don't let them bother you too much, Chelsea."

"It's fine...but I'm worried...I saw the records. Bulat was like that..." Chelsea muttered, watching Tatsumi with a sad look in her eyes. "I'm afraid that someday, that optimism will get Tatsumi and Ben killed no matter how powerful he is or how strong we are now."

(Same Time: Imperial Palace's Garden)

"Run...I wish to speak with you." Esdeath said, as she carefully inspected the array of the beautiful flowers that filled the palace's garden. "According to what the minister found out, those new Danger Beasts used to be human."

"As I thought..." Run muttered, stroking his chin. "I figured their physical characteristics were too close. Men transformed into monsters...Only the power of a teigu could do that. It's more than likely that those beasts are the results of Stylish’s experiments. They only started appearing shortly after he went missing."

"Do you have any other ways to support your theory?" Esdeath asked, as she turned her head to glance back at Run.

"Well when I searched the doctor's lab...I thought it was far too clean." Run explained, crossing his arms over his chest. "Even though he was supposed to be researching a wide variety of things. The inside of his lab was quite immaculate and undisturbed."

"So, you're suggesting he had a secret lab somewhere else?" Esdeath asked, which caused Run to nod his head.

"Yes. Perhaps the things he'd been keeping there managed to get out." Run replied, releasing a light sigh. "It's also possible...there's a completely unrelated third-party teigu involved. But that's too outlandish to even consider."

'Just a I imagined…' Esdeath thought, as she gently plucked and twirled it in her fingers. "Run is quite handy off the battlefield as well."

"That strongly suggests that the doctor didn't encounter the enemy to find Tatsumi and probably crossed paths with Ben Tennyson." Run explained, closing his eyes and lowering his head. "Damn it..." Esdeath muttered, as she crushed the flower in her hand. "Perhaps he was even crazier than I thought."

"But there must be some limit to these Danger Beasts." Run reasoned, raising his head. "Even as we speak, Seryu and the others are working to take them out."

"That's not what I'm really concerned about." Esdeath said, as she stood back onto her feet. "The real question is, did those beasts get out on their own? Or did someone release them with a key?" Run's eyes momentarily widened when Esdeath said this.

"I see." Run muttered, regaining his composure. "I will look into this matter further."

"I leave it in your hands then." Esdeath said, as she rested her hands on her hips. "This problem may extend even deeper than we think."

(Somewhere in the Capital) 

Seryu Ubiquitous along with her Teigu Hekatonkheires or Koro the organic Teigu was fighting off the same Humanoid Danger Beasts. 

Seryu was charging head on with her gigantic Drill weapon as she cackled maniacally towards the new Danger Beasts. "HOW DARE YOU TERRORIZE THIS LAND LIKE THAT MONSTER BEN 10!" She proclaimed maniacally. "KORO PHASE ONE!"

The Teigu Dog soon nodded as it leapt beside her and bit off her right arm and soon A large flail that can take down a large number of opponents. "SHINKOU BALL OF JUSTICE!" With a  huge swing she swiped the leaping Danger Beasts away causing them to go rolling on the ground. "HAHAHAHAHAHA KORO THEY SHOULD BE NICE AND TENDER FOR YOU!!!" Laughed Seryu AKA Project Cy-X 

As The Organic Teigu started devouring the Danger Beasts. 

However upon watching them from between the trees of these forests was the same Creature that had attacked those two couples night ago. 

'Hmm, I see these are the jaegers and it looks like they have one of my missing pieces with them.' The Silhouette figured hiding in the forest had thought, as it eyes one particular Seryu Ubiquitous. 'Hmm I would easily snuck up on her right now and absorb her, however at my state right now I can't come face to face with General Esdeath and her Jaegers. I have to get stronger as I’ll be as far against Ben Tennyson as I was originally designed. So for now, I'll play with my toys.' He sadistically laughed as he left within the Forest.
