A day before, Majesty Kim had a talk with his best friend Park, about the marriage in private. The next day, When everyone settled down on the elegant dining table for breakfast. They looked at the majesty when he started to speak.

"Before we start eating, I have an announcement to make" They quickly paid attention.

"As you know, I've decided Seokjin's marriage with my friend's daughter. And crown prince ceremony will be held at the same time. Also, It'll be within two months. So, preparations should get started as soon as possible"

Prince Jin was taken aback and others were shocked as well with the sudden announcement. Importantly, Jungkook was not happy and it got noticed by Jin.

"But, father-" Before the elder prince tried to protest he was stopped.

"No, it's not a request. But an order to do as I said" All went quiet as the conversation ended just like that.

Jin was really sad but also angered about his Majesty's decision. All eyes were on jin when he just walked away to his room without even touching his food.

"Jinnie!" Queen was worried for his son.

"He's not a kid. He'll understand. Just Eat" The King didn't cared as he kept eating.

Queen was still worried, she tried sending him food to his room. But his door never opened. Soon the day passed as night arrived.

Jungkook was also worried, he didn't understand his own self. Whether he really cared for the other or just fooling himself. He was done with waiting for Jin. He decided to go and talk to him.

Prince Jin was really hungry, his stomach were kept growling. Finally he decided to go out of his room, but he couldn't even stand properly.

However, He managed to the door when he opened it as he was about to walk out. He collapsed right away, before he could fall down unconscious and hit the floor. Jungkook ran and caught him in his arms.

"Jin!.. are you ok?" He got worried more as he looked at unconscious Jin. He went inside his room as he laid him there.

"I'm sorry Jin that I didn't came to you right away when you needed me" He was upset with himself that he didn't take care of Jin. He understood what he feels for the other, the moment when Jin was in his arms.

He caressed his hair while gazing at his beautiful face. He sighed and walked out to bring food. When he finished plating up Jin's food in the kitchen, he went to the prince's room.

Jungkook placed it on the table which was near to Jin's bed. He looked at the elder while his chin was resting on his palm. Soon prince Jin woke up, he looked around weakly and caught a familiar face beside him.

"J-jungkook -ah.." his voice was hoarse. Jungkook quickly paid attention to him, he made him sit up carefully when Jin was struggling a bit.

Jungkook gave him a glass of water to drink and the other somehow got energy to hold but his hands were shaking, the younger held the glass for him. After he drank it, He gave him the food tray. But the elder was kept staring at food which made jungkook to spoke up.

"Jin-ssi.. Don't be stubborn. You didn't eat anything since morning. Please eat it" He was almost pleading him.

Jin thought for a moment, but agreed to eat when he noticed jungkook's worried eyes. He nodded and grabbed the spoon but still his hand was shaking. He couldn't properly eat without dropping food which got noticed by jungkook.

"Jin-ssi.. If you don't mind, Can I feed you?.." He hesitantly asked, he knows he doesn't have any rights or in the place to their level, in others perspective.

But Jungkook was surprised when prince Jin accepted his offer. The younger thought Jin wasn't as others, if it was other royalties they wouldn't even let servants touch them. Jin was different and that's what made jungkook to like about him.

"Ah.." Jin cutely opened his mouth saying a lil 'ah' to make him come out of thoughts and to feed him. Jungkook smiled at him as he took a small amount of food in the spoon as he fed him.

They smiled at each other widely. Soon when Jin was almost about to finish his food, the younger said something which made him stop eating.

"You shouldn't punish yourself for others, that's not right" Jungkook was scooping the last bite of food while looking down as he said it.

The elder just stared at him with a blank face. He spoke up when Jungkook looked back at him.

"Then What am I supposed to do?.. When my father is forcing me to marry someone whom I don't even know.. and also I don't want to be any crown prince. I never wanted any of this"

"..I know jin-ssi. But its Majesty's order. We can't go against his words"

Jin got sad, his mind only came up with one thing that Jungkook didn't liked him. The other noticed his sad pout who was looking down at his hands, Jungkook sighed and placed down the food tray.

"Jin.." the elder quickly looked up at him when he heard his name was called in casual way. It makes him feel that jungkook's being more closer to him.

"I know, it's hard.." He held prince Jin's hands and made eye contact while his next words came out from the bottom of his heart.

"We'll get through this.. together" He said as he intertwined fingers with jin's, which fitted perfectly in his veiny hands.

Jin's heart went crazy when he listened to his word 'together..' It felt like he got some hope. The hope leads to promise himself that he will live his future life with jungkook together.

Their moment interrupted when they heard a knock on the opened door. Jungkook quickly let go off their hands and stood up on side when he noticed it was Queen.

"Your majesty.." He bowed to her politely.

"What are you doing here?" She questioned him, even tho she knows everything.

"Highness hasn't eaten anything since morning. He fainted right in front of me when I came here-"

"Jinnie, are you alright dear?" She got really worried as she sat beside Jin and checked his body temperature if he also got fever but thankfully he doesn't.

"I'm fine,mom. Nothing happened. Thankfully, Jungkook was there.." Elder looked at his side and smiled at jungkook whom returned a small smile.

She noticed it and smiled as well but secretly.

"Thank you jungkook-ah. I'm glad that you were there"

"No problem, your majesty. Can I leave, majesty?" He left with the empty food tray when she granted permission.

He got panicked for a moment when she entered. He thought if they got caught, relieved she didn't saw. He sighed deeply as he just walked to the kitchen.

But whose gonna tell him, She knows.

She noticed the whole scenario while he was taking care of his eldest son, even tho no one told him to. She watched them from afar, hidden in a corner. She just wanted to see what was going on.

"Are you really ok now, dear?" She asked Jin once again.

"Yes Mom" he assuredly smiled at her.

"Jinnie.. don't do this again. I got worried sick. Please don't hurt yourself, Let me take care of you till I'm alive-"

"Mom, don't say those things" He doesn't like hearing those things, it always makes him upset. He doesn't want his loved ones to go anywhere but to stay with him.

"Someday everyone has to go, dear. That's fate. What makes me most disappointing is, I couldn't even defend for you with your father in this forced marriage and I doesn't even know what my son really wants. I let you punish yourself by starving.. how bad of a mother I am"
She was crying that she couldn't do any help for his son.

"Mom, please don't cry. It's ok. Let me tell you something, but you don't have to do anything. Just listen to me, alright?" He finally made up his mind to tell his mother that he's in love with jungkook.

"Mom.. I.. I like jungkook. I want to live my rest of the life with him.. And- and I know it would be difficult for you. But I have the belief, he will always be there for me and make me happy.

Mom, You've always been a best supporter and a great mom ever since I know. I'm sure he is just as you. Please mom, will you please be with me on this too?" He has the pleading eyes and scared inside if she would disagree.

".. of course I am, jinnie. What did you thought? Instead, I'm really happy that you found the one for you." When she smiled widely at him, he hugged her as he smiled back.

"Love you Mom!" She ruffled his hair as she giggled at him.

"But jinnie, your father is so much confident about this marriage. It would be really hard for us to go against him this time.. Is He on this with us?"

"Yes I guess"

"Wait, didn't you tell him that you like him?"

"Uh.. no"

"Then how will he know?"

"Mom.. he knows. It's just that, We are both awkward so we don't talk much"

"Mm.. However, I'm happy you both understand each other even without talking. Ok dear, You should take some rest. I got something to do, alright?"

"Ok mom" He waved at her cutely and slides inside his blanket covering him up till his shoulders. She waved back and closed the door as she walked out.

For first time in Jin's life, he talked to his mother about his first love. And Queen was happy and relieved that Jin atlast told her something. She comforted Jin and went out. She found Jungkook in hallway.

"Jungkook"

"Yes, your majesty" he went to her politely.

"Jungkook ah.. Will you take care of my jinnie?.. for the rest of your life?"

"WHAT?" His eyes widened.
