63.] (▲) Henry x OC x Charles - ❝You were so cool!❞
[So the OC is based off of CcS, this might be hard, but I'll try my best not to make it weird! /It's hard to implement serious magic in a world where magic is for comedic purposes 😅/]
TAKES PLACE AFTER SPECIAL BROVERT OPS
Requested by @Tialuna , tysm :>
(Colette has finished up her job capturing another monster roaming the streets during the dead of the night, but soon realizes two of her closest friends, whom she wished her powers to be secret from, see her. 3rd POV, fluffy, comedic, and maybe a little sad. Hope you enjoy!)

And the monster fell to the ground, defeated by the fancily dressed, young lady's spells. She sighed, as she knew she had finally taken down all the monsters that plagued the streets.
It was also nighttime, so the chances of someone seeing her would be low. As long as nobody knew her powers, then things would be fine.
"Alright..." She clicked her tongue, raising a card into the air, bringing her wand up to strike the card and seal the monster.
But as she was about to do so... A cheerful, familiar voice echoed not far behind her.
"Woah! Colette, is that seriously you?!"
"W-wahhh!" She clumsily swung her wand in the wrong direction causing her face to head straight down to the ground... Fortunately being stopped.
"Jeez, calm down there," A calmer and deeper, also familiar voice saying, after catching in the midst of her fall. "We're not beasts unlike this one beside us."
Colette got up thanks to the voice, and looked at the two, before her eyes widened in shock. Charles Calvin and Henry Stickmin, two of her best friends whom she wished they never saw while using her powers.
She sighed, there was no hiding it now, she was going to have to spill the beans.
"Thanks for catching me, Henry," She said, a hint of sadness and worry in her voice, clearly catching the attention of both of them.
"What's wrong? You won against that godzilla-monster using your powers, right?" Charles asked, his eyes as optimistic as ever.
"Are you sad because of the lack of treasure or cash as a reward? Then again, you could sell those cards for a hefty amount of money... Maybe that's just me. But are you okay?" Henry asked as well, somewhat focused on the value of the cards she used.
She looked down at her wand, wondering if her long-time friends would be bewildered and upset by her magic. "I know it's obvious, but... I can use magic," She said at first.
"But not for the government," She glanced at Charles, "And not for stealing." She glanced at Henry.
"I use this magic in order to seal monsters that have escaped their cards, but y'see..." She lifted her head back up. "I don't--I mean-- I can't let anyone know. Or they might kidnap me, or worse..." Her eyes grew desperate.
"So I beg of you two, please don't tell anyone!"
Charles put a hand on Colette's shoulder, and gave her a reassuring smile.
"Don't worry Colette, I won't tell the government. The guys over there can be seriously pushy, so it would be best that they don't know about your powers." He said, flashing her a cheerful grin.
Henry gave Colette a small hug to raise her spirits, which succeeded, but also had the after-effect of Charles shooting him a small glare.
"Don't worry dear," Henry smiled gently towards her, both of his hands on her shoulders. "Whatever happened with the Toppats will not happen again while Charles and I are here, I assure you. I promise to not tell anyone."
"Thanks Henry, Charles..." Soon, something popped into her head that the three could do after she sealed the still-unconscious monster. "Hey, how about we go to La Prominente Bakery after this? I heard they have a new special."
Charles smiled brightly. "For sure!" Before giving Henry an envious side-glare.
Henry kept his serene, encouraging smile. "Of course." Before giving Charles an even harsher glare.
"Now then," Colette picked up the card once again, and raised her wand. "Here we go!"
