"You will all perform for a Charity Concert!" The organizer announced as soon as we got in.

"Really?" I asked. Man, I can't believe this!

"Ah, yes, and I suppose your friends know how to play as well?"

"Yep!" I replied, the smile never left my face. "They're both good in singing actually!"

"Alright, tomorrow at lunch you girls will practice, please bring your things. "

Excitement started to get over me as soon as we left.

"So," I began the plan as we walked back. "Twilight and Sunset will obviously take the wheel in being vocalists, then we play our instruments!"

"Good idea. " Crystal said as we sat down on the cafeteria chairs. We decided to go there since it would be a good idea to discuss.

"You girls joined?"

I groaned as Kyla walked past the table, carrying her tray.

"I hope you get sick. Wouldn't it be a shame if you couldn't attend, equines?"

"Hey!" All of a sudden, Sunset slammed the table with her fists and stood up, catching the attention of everyone in the room.

"For the last time, stop calling us 'equines'!"

"Whoops," Kyla just rolled her eyes at us. "I almost forgot about how you want to be normal like us. It's weird to have wings and horse ears appear at the top of your heads, isn't it?"

Sunset was about to slap her, bit Twilight luckily held her hand.

"Sunset, please don't." She pleaded.

"Okay, then." Sunset slumped back on her seat.

Few moments later, everyone returned to the usual noise of the canteen.

"Sorry, everyone," Sunset spoke sadly. "It's just that, Kyla's so mean!"

"Don't worry, Sunset," Lemon said reassuringly. "We all feel that way."

Just then, the bell rang. So we stood up, cleaned the table then left to go to our next class.

After three hours spent merely on listening and taking down notes, we all went back to the house.

"Alright, mind if I explain something I should've told earlier?" asked Sunset. We all nodded in response.

"I... had a dream, last night." She sighed. "In my dream, Kyla... She-she found a portal going back home. But then, she destroyed it with a staff. I don't know what it meant, I cried after waking up."

Twilight patted her back, we all gave her grins, so that she'll feel that everything's alright.

"I found something!" Crystal shouted.

"What is it?"

"The book, it has an encoder at the back!" She showed us the back page of the book, and there were symbols, each had a word under them.

"I'll copy the translations, so we can decode right away." Starshine held a pen and notebook.

We gave her time and left her alone, going through different rooms. I, meanwhile, left towards the basement.

I decided to go there since there were some old things that can be useful.

So I rummaged through the hoards of boxes and found the one for my moving day.

It was labelled messily in my handwriting:

"mY OLd Stuff"

Good job, child me. You only got the last word right.

Oh well, I grabbed that box and carried it up to our meeting table.

"Ah, Destiny," Twilight and the rest walked in. "What's that?"

"My old stuff," I replied. "There could be something useful in here."
