Renee's POV 

The match between The Shield and Ziggler, Strowman and Mcintyre had escalated to a whole new level, chaos happening all over the place, I couldn't see what was going in the ring as Braun's large frame blocked my view I looked to see he was eyeing up Dean, he charged and just as he was about to spear Dean through the barricade Roman made the save and delivered a spear of his own to Strowman crashing through the barricade to the concrete floor, seeing him sacrifice himself like that just showed how much he cared for the people he loved and it makes me so proud to know that he is the father of my child.

The main event of Super Showdown was happening soon and since I was not commentating on it they allowed me to head to the back to check on Roman, when I seen crash through that barricade the wife in me wanted to get up and check on him but obviously I couldn't, Roman is stubborn he doesn't like anyone checking him over he grabs a bag of ice and that's it, I made my way though catering spotting Seth getting fussed on by Brie "hey Seth where is he?"  "he went to the lockeroom" "so I take it he hasn't been to see the doctor?"  "you know what he is like Renee stubborn as ever, grabbed some ice and left"  "better go and see how he's doing, nice match by the way" 

I got to his lockeroom, opening the door to see him sitting on the couch still in ring pant but his vest was off and as I predicted a big bag of ice on his shoulder, I closed the door behind me making my over to the couch and taking a seat next to him "it's not as painful as you think it is" he sat up straight letting out a groan in the process "yeah sounds like it Roman"  "I'll be fine Renee it's not that serious ok" he snapped "ok there was no need to snap my head off I'm concerned"  "I'm sorry it isn't the injury that's bothering me"  "what is it?"  "when I got backstage Vince informed me that I would be working a programme with Ziggler after all of this, he thought after what happened with you it would be a good idea"  "I won't have to be involved will I?"  "No I just don't like the thought of that little prick bad mouthing you every week"  "I'm a big girl Roman I can handle, there is actually something I wanted to tell you"  "can it wait until we get back to the hotel Renee, I want a nice hot shower and get in to bed"  "yeah sure it can wait."

Upon hour arrival to our hotel Roman made a bee line for the bathroom to have  shower while in there I changed into my nightwear I wasn't in the mood to have a shower, the longer I waited to tell him the more nervous I got, I mean why am I so nervous we have discussed having children on many different occasion, a few minutes passed he emerged from the bathroom sweatpants on and of course no shirt "feeling better?" he just gave me a thumbs up before taking a seat on the ned of the bed, I walked to him taking a seat on his lap "I know you don't want to do this programme with ziggle but just think about it you get to kick his ass and not feel bad about because you despise him and it will so much fun to watch"  "I guess your right it will be fun I'm looking forward to it now, anyway you wanted to tell me something back at the arena what was it?" 

I got off his lap and stood in front of him "I found out something the other day and I wanted to tell you while we were here but I guess it doesn't really matter where I tell you"  "ok Renee calm down and breathe, what is it?"  "Roman.....I'm pregnant" silence filled the room in what felt like forever he wasn't happy about it "oh god your not happy about it are you, I just thought since we've talked about it I -"  he stood up from the bed and took a few steps until there was only a couple of inches between us, he placed his hands on either side of my neck, leaned down and kissed me it lasted a few seconds it was slow but it was filled with passion, pulling away his thumb caressing my cheek "what made you think I wasn't going to be happy about it?, your carrying our baby, that's the best news I've had in a long time" without saying anything else he kissed me again lasting a bit longer this time I know it's early days yet but I cannot wait to start a family with this man.
