"THE FIRST MEETING OF THE YEAR! Of all members of the Tokyo Manji Gang will begin now!" Draken's voice boomed throughout the shrine.
"Toman and the Black Dragons faced each other in conflict. We originally had a peace agreement, but that failed. It was caused by discord between the brothers Shiba Hakkai and Shiba Taiju. Toman clashed with the Black Dragons on Christmas, claiming victory after a hard-fought battle." Draken explained.
"Three people here today will discuss this matter with everyone!" Draken continued on. "First person! Shiba Hakkai, to the front!"
Hakkai stepped forward. "It all started with a stupid little lie I told. To keep up that little lie, I dragged my family... I dragged Toman into it. Then the problem grew bigger... resulting in the conflict between Toman and the Black Dragons. I'm responsible for all for this. Everyone." Hakkai then bowed. "I'm sorry."
"Hakkai..." Takemichi muttered as everyone started talking.
"Don't worry 'bout it, Hakkai!" Muto spoke up. "What sparks conflict in the first place... is always somethin' small, anyway."
"Besides, we beat the Black Dragons. So things ended up fine! Right, guys?!" Smiley added on.
"Raise your head, Hakkai!"
"Nobody's gonna blame ya!"
"Guys..." Hakkai muttered.
"Hakkai! You've still got a place with us... as the Tokyo Manji Gang's Second Division vice-captain!" Mitsuya turned around. "You guys cool with that?!"
"Yeah!"
Everyone started cheering Hakkai's name. "The battle with the Black Dragons... just saving Hakkai was worth all that trouble! Takemitchy." Chifuyu said.
"Yeah!" Takemichi agreed.
"Now! The second person! Inui! To the front!" Draken shouted out as Inui appeared.
"Hm?" Keiji glanced over, seeing Inui and Kokonoi.
"Inui Seishu, from the 11th Generation Black Dragons." Inui introduced himself.
"Kokonoi Hajime, from the same gang." Kokonoi added on.
"Black Dragons?!"
"Didn't they get crushed?"
"The 10th Generation Black Dragons lost to Toman. Our former leader, Shiba Taiju, has retired. We have succeeded the gang as the leaders of the 11th Generation." Kokonoi explained.
"And, after discussing it with Mikey... we've decided to join under Toman!" Inui concluded.
"Huh?!" Takemichi exclaimed.
"I assign the Black Dragons to the First Division. In other words, under Hanagaki Takemichi's command!" Mikey announced.
"Whaaaat?!" Takemichi shouted.
"Got it?! Takemitchy." Mikey said.
"Y-... Yeah." Takemichi replied.
"Tsk!" Chifuyu mumbled.
"The Black Dragons are under my command? Why? Whose decision is this?!" Takemichi questioned.
"'If we're going to be part of Toman, we'd rather be with him...' That... is what they want." Mikey responded.
"I'm 100% sure there's another side to this..." Chifuyu commented.
"Now, now, Chi-chan!" Keiji began, wrapping his arms around Inui and Kokonoi. "Sei-chan and Koko-chan are actually great to get along with when they're not your enemies."
"Glad to be here! Captain!" Kokonoi exclaimed.
"I won't ask you to trust us. Just tell us when you need us.Β We'll help you." Inui informed.
"Lastly, I want to talk about something... involving the Christmas conflict." Mikey spoke.
"Mikey-kun?" Takemichi muttered.
"Kisaki Tetta!"
Kisaki pushed up his glasses. "Yes!" He responded.
"You're fired."
γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγβ γβγ
Mikey's announcement caused everyone to mutter in confusion.
"Kisaki got fired?"
"For real?"
"Huh? But why?"
"I dunno."
"I gave Mikey-kun a general report of Kisaki's betrayal." Chifuyu explained.
"Huh?" Takemichi said.
"But I never thought... that Mikey-kun would respond like this." Chifuyu finished.
"He was even a captain, you know? Didn't think he'd get fired."
"What're you saying, Mikey? You're joking, right?" Kisaki asked.
"I'm not joking here. You're fired." Mikey repeated.
"Whoa, whoa, hold the phone, Mikey." Hanma cuts in. "If you fire Kisaki, then I'm out, too. Which means... of the 530 total members of Toman, the 50 former members of Moebius, and the 300 former members of Valhalla all leave. And Toman will shrivel to a mere 180. You sure about this?"
"I don't care. Toman's gotten too big, anyway." Mikey replied.
"Ah?"
"Gotten too big? What the hell, Mikey?! Isn't that Toman's goal?!" Kisaki questioned.
"Then... was your instigation of the Christmas conflict... done to make Toman bigger?" Mikey revealed.
"Christmas conflict?"
"Huh? Kisaki was involved, too? Wasn't it just the First and Second Division members plus Keiji?"
"You spurred on Takemitchy and the others... and gave Yuzuha a knife, so she could kill Taiju." Mikey continued on. "Mitsuya, Chifuyu, and Kei told me everything."
"Huh? What does he mean? What's goin' on?"
"What? So Kisaki was behind all of it?"
"The fuck? What a scumbag."
"Still, I didn't think Kisaki would get thrown out over this. We didn't have any proof, after all." Chifuyu commented. "Whatever petty arguments come out of this... will be worth seeing."
"In order to make Toman bigger... I've ignored your underhanded methods until now." Mikey continued on. "But that ends here."
"No!" Kisaki dashed forward. "You'd grown weak! Taiju was a threat to Toman! I acted for your sake!"
"Hey! Who said you could come up here?" Draken asked.
Hanma went to punch Draken but he easily dodged his attack.
"Shut up and let Kisaki talk, fucker." Hanma said.
"Asshole!" Draken insulted.
"Don't listen to those worthless fools, Mikey. Aren't you going to make a new age for delinquents?!" Kisaki's voice boomed out.
"Kisaki... is he seriously freaking out right now?!" Takemichi thought.
"Toman's gonna get bigger... and become an organization that can bring anyone to their knees. If it gets bigger, it's sure to breed darkness." Kisaki said. "And I'll take on all that darkness. So you can shine!"
Kisaki holds his hand out. "You need me. Mikey. I am the shadow you cast. We need each other. So, reconsider this, Mikey!" He exclaimed. "You can't achieve your dream on lip service alone!"
"He's... not saying this based on any sort of calculation. His feelings for Mikey-kun aren't grounded in reason at all." Takemichi thinks to himself.
"We're through, Kisaki." Mikey claimed as he turned around. "Your arbitrary decisions will screw up my dream."
"M-... M-... Mikeeeeey!" Kisaki exclaimed.
Mikey headed into the woods. "Kisaki got thrown out!" Takemichi noted.
"This meeting is now over!" Draken shouted.
"That was too quick... does that mean... my mission's a success?" Takemichi asked himself.

Keiji was standing next to Miyasato wearing a white bomber jacket along with everyone else. Takemichi had called them together.
"What's the deal, Takemitchy? Why'd you want us all here?" Draken asked.
"Mikey-kun! 'Kisaki is the enemy.' Those were the final words Baji-san left with me." Takemichi informed. "'The Third Division Captain... isn't Kisaki. Pah is.'"
Mikey's eyes widened. "'Pah-chin. Mitsuya... Draken... Mikey... Kazutora... Those guys... are my treasures.'" Takemichi continued on as he trembled a bit.
"Please don't forget what Baji-san's goal was! Please, stay strong!" Takemichi shouted out. "If anyone can create a new age alone, it's you, Mikey-kun!"
"Takemitchy." Mikey muttered.
Chifuyu walks forward towards Takemichi, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Quit makin' me cry, dumbass." He said.
Takemichi scratches the back of his head. "Um... can I ask for one more thing?" He questioned.
"Hm?"
Takemichi takes out a camera. "Mind if I take a group photo, to remember this occasion?" He asked.
"Huh?"
"What occasion?" Draken questioned.
"I won't be able to see... these guys in the past anymore." Takemichi thought.
"Sure, why not?!"
"Don't wanna."
"When're we gettin' some food?"
"Stand together, guys!"
"What a pain."
"Chifuyu?!"
"Ready, guys?" Mikey only yawned. "Mikey-kun?! Look this way, everyone! Three. Two. One."
Takemichi rushed forward as Keiji wrapped his shoulder around Miyasato, giving a small smile while Miyasato looked irritated.
And then, the camera clicked.

"I'm thinking of breaking up with Jiro-chan."
Keiji's statement made Miyasato spit out his soda that he was drinking.
"Why? You've only been with Mikey for two months, right?" Miyasato questioned. "I thought you liked him."
"I do like him, To-chan. But I don't think he's ready for a relationship." Keiji claimed.
Miyasato raised an eyebrow. "What gives you the right to decide that for him?" He asked.
"I mean, he needs time to heal. He just lost a childhood friend, and I could tell he's still thinking about it from when I saw him during the Christmas conflict." Keiji responded. "Getting into a relationship with him after Bloody Halloween was a bad idea on my part."
Miyasato sighed. "Do whatever you feel like is the best thing to do, Kei." He said.
"You know, To-chan, you're not the greatest vice captain. You suck at giving advice."
"Huh?!"
"Ouch, To-chan! Not the ear!"
